Adorable chalet perché au-dessus du village de Stinson

Ce chalet confortable surplombe le village de Stinson Beach. SituĂ© juste au coin du marchĂ© de Stinson Beach, ce chalet a des portes françaises qui s'ouvrent sur le pont avec vue sur le village de Stinson Beach et la grande mer bleue. Le chalet dispose d'une cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz, d'un accĂšs Internet haut dĂ©bit sans fil, d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision HD Ă  Ă©cran plat et d'une grande terrasse avec barbecue Ă  gaz et douche extĂ©rieure. En plus du lit queen, l'unitĂ© dispose d'un canapĂ©-lit pouvant accueillir un ou deux petits enfants. Ce canapĂ© n'est pas confortable pour les adultes. Il s'agit de l'un des deux cottages soeurs cĂŽte Ă  cĂŽte qui peuvent ĂȘtre louĂ©s individuellement ou ensemble Ă  prix rĂ©duit (se renseigner sur les tarifs). Ils partagent un pont continu (divisĂ© par une porte coulissante) avec vue panoramique sur l'ocĂ©an. Veuillez noter que la propriĂ©tĂ© est accessible par un escalier Ă  flanc de colline assez long. Stationnement dans la rue seulement. L'entrĂ©e du chalet # 6 est accessible en passant par le pont avant de l'unitĂ© # 5. Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas autorises. Configuration des lits: 1 lit queen, 1 canapĂ©-lit

a miscommunication about where the lock box was and difficulty opening it/saved by a neighbor and agentover having a k size bed but it was too big for the room/right against a side wall/very awkward for one person the ‘fireplace’ heater barely warmed the place upotherwise we really liked the space, the location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space is nice, but parking was very difficult. The stairs leading to the space are long, and if you have heavy luggage it is a hassle. There were a few amenities missing, but on the whole it was well outfitted. There is a very nice deck to enjoy the limited water views, but the best part was the location. Easily walk to shops, restaurants, the ocean, and wedding venues. Barely had to use the car, which was good because getting in and out of the parking space is a pain.

Challenge with property

There was no dedicated place to park. Had to fend for ourselves with street parking and had to walk 1/2 mile to get back to the property. Was not well communicated about parking scenario. Also there is no safety railing to walk down the path to the property and back up. Can lose balance especially if you are hauling a suitcase. Found out that property owners around the property are fighting over a newly built parking area that is under construction. All in all if we had known about the above challenges would not have stayed there and definitely do not recommend to anyone else until they have parking and safety walking railings resolved and completed.

Wonderful home within walking distance to the beach. The home was clean and had basic kitchen supplies. Bed was comfortable and the home was clean. The deck and outdoor shower were the highlights of this home. We enjoyed our stay!!

I left something in the closet and they were kind enough to run over to the property and make sure they set it aside for us. I would stay again! Thanks!

The parking is obnoxious - if we had a medium or large car, we would not have fit in. Perhaps painted slots on the street would help. It could use a bedroom and kitchen clock, a dishwasher, some storage containers for food and a little better cell reception.
