PERFECT FOR US

This was a great place for our vacation. A terrific location. You don't even need to go onto the highway to get to the grocery store. The house is very spacious. Just what we needed for the 7 of us. We would definitely stay there again!

Dog friendly comfortable house

We have stayed at this rental back to back summers. It gives us a comfortable at home feel and is dog friendly! I can’t vacation without my dogs and this place is perfect. We have plenty of space and the area is so friendly. It’s the perfect place to walk your dogs. It’s also a perfect distance from everything we like to do on our beach vacation!

Nice quiet neighborhood

The only issue we had was the grill was out of gas and it was resolved by the next morning after messaging the host. It also needed cleaning. Everything else was great. I would recommend this location. A quick drive gets you to either Rehoboth or Dewey Beach.

This place exceeded our expectations. It was perfect! Had everything we needed. The pictures definitely do not do this home justice! And it was only 5 minutes away from the Tanger Outlets and less than 15 minutes from the beach. The backyard was large and plenty of parking space.

Absolutely lovely and great location

The photos do not due this property justice. We had so much room and very clean space. Convenient location to all attractions and having a washer/dryer unit in the rental was a game changer. We will absolutely love to stay here again. We had a family of 6 it was perfect you honestly could sleep about 15 in here. Neighbor was great super friendly neighbors as well. We brought our family dog plenty of yard for him and nice area lots of dog owners .

Perfect location… close to friends

We’ve been visiting childhood friends for the last several years in Rehobeth. This house was the perfect location. Only five minutes from their place. So we really only stayed at the house to sleep and to bathe. The pictures don’t do it justice! This house is adorable. Definitely hoping it will be available once we decide on our dates for next year. We will be rebooking!

Roomy for family

House is bigger than looks on photos. Some things like grate on door could be cleaned better and could use a few more pieces of flatware. Yard could use some clean up mostly dirt, sticks and leaves.

Beach getaway

We enjoyed the size of the house so our family in the area could visit with us comfortably. We were told in advance to bring sheets and towels and thankfully threw in kitchen towels too. There were no pot holders so towels came in handy. When a water pipe broke under the house the owner was very responsive and had it repair the next morning. All in all an enjoyable week.

Okay place, close to beach

This place fell a little short in a few spots. One being that there was no prior conversations or anything written in the description that said contractors would be in and out of the property throughout the day. They weren't really a problem and we're friendly but I think it's important to state the place is shared with a bunch of people parking in the driveway and unloading tools in the backyard. Other than that hardly any lights worked, bulbs were burnt out, a dirty sponge was left on the kitchen sink for us. The carpets were heavily stained as well. The location was convenient though and truly if you're using it as just a place to sleep and shower it fulfilled that duty well. Close to the beach and easy access to all the local amenities.
