Appartement avec terrasse au centre d'Amalfi - LUNA

L'appartement est au centre d'Amalfi, à quelques minutes de marche de la Cathédrale, de la mer, de la station de bus (pour Positano, Sorrento, Naples, Ravello, Salerno, Pompei et caetera) et du port, d'où partent les ferries pour Capri, Ischia, Salerno, Positano, Napoli.
Alors que dans le centre d'Amalfi, l'appartement est très calme car il est accessible par des escaliers (115 marches) et n'est pas affecté par le bruit du trafic.
Les escaliers font partie du paysage, le chemin regorge de coins pittoresques, typiques de la région.
Restaurants, pubs, boutiques, bars, banques sont à quelques pas.
Il n'est pas nécessaire d'avoir la voiture pour arriver à l'appartement, et en effet il est recomandé d'atteindre et de se déplacer le long de la cote amalfitaine par les transports public, toutefois si vous préférez voyager avec votre voiture, un garage (payant) est disponible près de l'appartement.

C’est une maison typique de Amalfi, avec des plafonds à voûte qui atteindrent à 4 mètres de hauteur dans la vaste zone centrale.
L'appartement a été restructuré récemment en respectant l'architecture originale et en utilisant les typiques céramiques de Vietri peintes à la main, est spacieux et lumineux, est équipé de wi-fi, chauffage et climatisation. Les intérieurs sont modernes avec des meubles Art Nouveau.

L'appartement se compose de :
- un grand séjour avec coin repas et un canapé-lit confortable qui peut être utilisé comme un lit single
- une petite cuisine complète avec tout le nécessaire pour préparer les repas
- une salle de bain avec douche complète avec machine à laver
- une chambre avec lit double, coin TV, accès à la terrasse
- une mezzanine avec deux lits simples.
L'appartement peut accueillir 3 personnes : deux dans la chambre et une dans le salon. Je ne recommande pas d'utiliser la mezzanine pendant les mois d'été car elle n'a pas de climatisation.

De la terrasse d'environ 25 mètres carrés, équipée de tables, chaises et parasol, vous pouvez profiter d'une très agréable vue de la Torre dello Ziro.

Votre sécurité et votre bien-être me tiennent à cœur et en réponse au Coronavirus (COVID-19), j'ai adopté des mesures de sécurité et d'hygiène supplémentaires. L'appartement a été initialement assaini (selon le protocole de sécurité émis par les autorités régionales et comme le montre le certificat délivré par le Realvalle Group Snc le 28/6/2020) et sera nettoyé et assaini à chaque nouvelle arrivée par personnel qualifié, en utilisant exclusivement des solutions désinfectantes approuvées par les organismes gouvernementaux compétents.
En août, le séjour minimum est de 7 jours.

Great time staying here. Roberta was a very responsive and welcoming host. The place was clean and was in a fantastic location, very close to the center of town without being noisy. Would stay again.

Beautiful Gem In Amalfi

Rita and team where amazing from beginning to end. The property is in a great location in the heart of Amalfi with a reasonable amount of stairs for the area and there is a restaurant about half way if you need a boost. We cannot wait to return here soon.

Stayed here end of September 2024 Location is an easy walk to the town centre. Pay attention on your walk in as it is a little confusing Unit was clean. Had everything we needed. Only issue I was the patio door off the bedroom we couldn’t lock we ended up placing furniture against the door

Amazing location! INCREDIBLE VIEWS!

Apt manager Roberta was amazing. Really the only complaint, was the floors....not cleaned well. Other than that, apt was ok. We had to buy paper towels, soap and a few other things. Would we stay at same location again....YES, for the VIEWS!

Il est conseillé aux clients de garder le portail d'accès à la propriété fermé, si il reste ouvert, il pourrait arriver que le chat du voisin entre. Les escaliers sont une caractéristique d'Amalfi et le nombre de marches est clairement indiqué dans l'annonce.

This property has a very tiny kitchen and not enough space to hang your clothes ..Also VRBO should make sure that the price posted per/night should include everything and no strings attached., like all the hotels do. I wont recommend this property to anyone

Dear Artan, I'm so sorry to read your stay in our apartment didn't live to the expectations. I'm honestly a bit surprised because both the kitchen and the wardrobes are shown in photos and guests are able to evaluate if they fit their purposes – we haven't received any complaints so far on that. I'm also not sure what you refer to in terms of the pricing on vrbo. The only added costs are the air conditioning and the city tourist tax. The air conditioning cost is a sustainability measure to avoid waste and it very often results in a very low amount. While the tourist tax is a city tax on which we have no control at all. I hope this clarifies everything and feel free to write me a message in case you have further questions!

We really enjoyed the location and the size is a plus. The young lady (we can’t remember her name) who met us at the street to lead us to the place was wonderful. Our biggest concern was the lack of a deep cleaning. On the surface, it looked good, but as we got situated, we noticed quite a few unclean areas. Also, if you are like us and need a mold-less shower, this isn’t your place Had we not spent so much money on this apartment, we probably wouldn’t have expected so much. It definitely has potential, if they just put a little better effort into it. It is possible that the cleaning person didn’t show up before our arrival so we don’t want to assume this is all normal Sorry for this not so favorable review, but we need to be honest so that people can trust them. Lovely apartment in Amalfi

This was a charming apartment for a stay in Amalfi. It is perfectly located in town. The beds are firm and comfortable. The terrace has a lovely view of the town and cliffs and lots of sun. There is not an ocean view but that did not diminish the loveliness of eating our breakfast outside with the view you see in the photos. The apartment is cozy but has plenty of room for a family of 4 (or even 5). The kitchen and amenities worked perfectly, with plenty of coffee pots for your morning caffe. Hairdryer included, which is lovely in a foreign country when you don't want to bring your own, it had good power! Everything is close in town, including two grocery stores and many little fruit and other markets. The owner, Rita, was very lovely and accommodating. She graciously interrupted her personal plans to meet us at an unexpected time (due to travel issues). She gave many helpful suggestions and ways always available by e-mail or text for any questions about the apartment or the town. Very pleasant. I would recommend this darling little apartment to anyone staying in Amalfi!

Disappointing Stay Despite Great Location

We booked this property for a girls’ getaway, expecting comfortable sleeping arrangements for four single women. The listing advertised three sleeping spaces (twin beds, a double bed, and a pullout couch). Upon arrival, only the pullout and double bed were made, with no spare sheets for the twin beds. When we asked for more sheets, we were told the beds provided were “enough for four” and that two of us were expected to share the small pullout couch (which was located in the kitchen and directly connected to the bathroom). When we requested additional sheets, we were told they wouldn’t be available until after we checked out. As a workaround, we had to move a sheet from the pullout to one of the twin beds, but this left one twin bed unusable. We received only one towel each, with no hand towels in the bathroom. The bathroom itself wasn’t clean (hair on the toothbrush holder and dust in the corners), and the shower didn’t drain at all, meaning no showers after a day of hiking. Other disappointments included extra charges for air conditioning, not enough dish towels or toilet paper, giant dust balls beside the fridge, and not enough wine glasses. On the plus side, Anna and Luigi, the property managers, were helpful, and the location and terrace were beautiful. However, the owner’s lack of attention to detail was frustrating, and after climbing 150 stairs, we expected a cleaner and more comfortable apartment. Unfortunately, we would not book this place again.

To summarize, I would say that your problem is that, having booked for 4 people, you expected to find 6 beds ready. From the ad, it is clear that the 4 places offered are 2 in the bedroom (with a double bed) and 2 in the living room (with a sofa bed that can be prepared as two singles or a double). The mezzanine is defined as "additional space", it was used in the past for bookings of 5 people but, since it does not have air conditioning, I recently gave up making it available and reduced the maximum number of guests to 4. I would also have accommodated your desire to sleep in a more uncomfortable position (there is a staircase, no air conditioning, it is further from the bathroom, there is less privacy with the bedroom) but I did not have the possibility of giving you additional sheets as the external service that provides them requires 2 days' notice and the sheets would have arrived on the morning of your departure. It seemed like a good compromise that you moved the sheets to the beds you preferred, which you did for one person but it is not clear why you did not move the sheets of both single beds from the living room to the mezzanine. The other criticisms can be easily refuted by the photos and descriptions of the ad: the sofa bed is not in the kitchen but in the living room, it is not small but is made up of two 80 * 190 beds, the steps are not 150 but 115, the supplement for air conditioning should not have been a surprise because it is written in the ad.............

Nous avons loué, avec un ...

Nous avons loué, avec un couple d'amis,les 2 appartements de ce propriétaire,et nous avons adoré la formule. Comme les 2 endroits communiquent facilement ensemble via quelques marches à monter, c'est très agréable quand on veut partir avec des amis et avoir en même temps son intimité. Les lieux sont très propres et très tranquilles,et idéalement situés, au coeur de la vie italienne. La propriétaire nous a accueillis à l'arrivée du bateau, et tout a été très simple. Elle a même eu la gentillesse de venir nous montrer quelques endroits de la ville pour que nous passions un agréable séjour. Nous n'avions pas loué de voiture et c'est tant mieux, car tout se fait par bus ou bateau our visiter les alentours. Nos 2 semaines ont été formidables, puisqu'il y a tant à voir sur la côte...et nous avons très bien mangé à prix raisonnable. Bref, une région à recommander ! N'oubliez pas d'aller à Ischia, cela vaut vraiment la peine, et laissez tomber Procida, beaucoup moins intéressante à notre avis. Quant à Amalfi, nous avons trouvé que c'était décidément le meilleur endroit pour habiter sur la côte. Une petite ville chaleureuse, bien configurée, avec beaucoup d'ambiance, des cafés, de bons restaurants... Bref on s'ennuie déjà !! Merci encore à Madame Rita !

Great location and nice apartment with lovely view

We loved our stay in Amalfi ! Great apartment with a wonderful view of the town . The owner Rita was very responsive and left us a very nice welcome basket with a bunch of snacks Only suggestions are 1) let people know in advance the best way to get to the flat with the fewest number of steps, there are a lot no matter which way you go but some are shorter than others 2) check in was a little delayed .we gave info in advance Re :which ferry we were arriving on but still waited over an hour to be able to meet the agency rep who checked us in . Other than those few things it was wonderful! Lots of great places to eat , prices much better than Positano and very convenient for day trips along the coast

Awesome location and patio

The perfect spot in Amalfi for travelers who don't want to bring their own vehicle. Very walkable to everything in town, including bus stops, but still plenty of stairs to get to it (like everything in the area). The apartment worked well for our group of (4) people - there was a queen bed, a couch that turned into two separable beds, and two twin beds in a loft. The loft did get very hot, so we didn't even use it. The patio is the best feature and was the perfect place to have dinner. Note that this property is managed by an agency. Tip - be sure to ask for a different check out time well in advance so they know when to meet you. You will have to put down a deposit in cash for the second key and you will have to pay for A/C consumption (very minimal).

Above the Fray (crowds)

We loved this apartment. It had everything we needed (except a fan in the loft, which we easily bought on the main street). You can easily walk everywhere from here. It is also close to the ferry and bus terminals. However, it is not for the faint of fitness - because you will climb several stairs, several times a day to come and go. If staying in shape is your goal, you will not go wrong here. It is away from the crowds in the piazza and therefore very quiet. It also has a lovely large patio for your morning coffee and your evening glass of wine. We enjoyed our stay in Amalfi, and I would come back to this apartment in the future.

You're right, the loft room is slightly hotter than the two downstairs bedrooms because it isn't directly reached by AC. This is why I always suggest sleeping downstairs, but hey, I see the loft has its fair share of charme!

La casa è accogliente e autonoma con gli spazi ben distribuiti, il terrazzino è la vera chicca, puoi viverlo tranquillamente senza essere disturbati in alcun modo. Lo consiglio vivamente e sicuramente sarà la mia scelta in un prossimo soggiorno in Costiera. Ringrazio Rita per l'accoglienza riservataci.

We loved our home away in Amalfi. The flat was clean, the views of the mountains were lovely!

Our unit was very clean, the kitchen is small but we ate out so no problem. The views were amazing of the nearby hills. The patio was a great addition to our Home Away, because not only could we enjoy the views, we could sit and relax, we had a clothesline which was handy and we could enjoy the wonderful sound of church bells from the comfort of the patio. There were quite a few stairs to get to the apartment, but that was good for our general fitness. There were 4 adults in the unit and we had plenty of space. It was a quiet peaceful environment which we all took the opportunity to sit and relax away from the hustle and bustle of The Amalfi township. The agents were more than helpful. They were so willing to advise and help us out with everything! The owner responded to our enquiry quickly and our communication was stress free. We would go back to the apartment again!

Schöne Ferienwohnung direkt in Amalfi

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und genauso wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Rita ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die prompt auf Mails reagiert.
