Palms of Dune Allen est un complexe de condominiums de 24 unités sur trois étages au cœur de Santa Rosa Beach. Il y a des restaurants et des magasins à distance de marche. Il se trouve en face du Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club. Nous sommes à six milles à l'est de Sandestin et à deux milles à l'ouest de Grayton Beach.

Nous sommes juste sur le magnifique golfe du Mexique. Vous n'avez pas la traversée de la rue ou descendez une allée publique pour vous rendre à la plage. Vous pouvez laisser vos chaises de plage sur la plage pendant tout votre séjour. Nous avons la passerelle en pente la plus douce vers la plage de tout développement dans la région.

Notre unité est au deuxième étage d'un développement d'entrée sécurisée. Un ascenseur est disponible. L'unité est élégamment meublée.

Il y a un lit king-size dans les chambres principale et d'hôtes. La troisième chambre a un lit queen et un lit superposé, avec un lit gigogne. Il y a un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain. Il y a un immense salon / salle à manger ouvert.

L'unité est livré avec des draps et des serviettes. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, sauf la nourriture. Chaises de plage et chaises longues sont incluses. Il y a un accès sécurisé vers et depuis la plage.

Il y a des téléviseurs avec câble dans chaque chambre. Deux des téléviseurs ont des DVR HD. Nous avons un accès Internet sans fil haut débit pour votre usage sans frais supplémentaires.

La piscine a une machine à glaçons pour remplir vos glacières pour la plage. Les couchers de soleil sont incroyables !!!

Ceci est notre deuxième maison, et nous aimons partager notre fierté et notre joie avec d'autres qui apprécient les meubles et les équipements de luxe comme nous le faisons et respecteront l'unité comme si c'était la leur. INTERDICTION DE FUMER ou D'ANIMAUX DOMESTIQUES.

Great Place for a vacation!

Very nice accommodations! The views of the beach and ocean were perfect for my family's first Gulf Coast vacation. The condo is nicely appointed and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The owner did a great job coordinating the directions, access, area amenities, etc. I highly recommend renting his place!

We had a sisters' trip in Santa Rosa and the condo was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed, that we didn't bring with us. Beautiful views of the gulf! Steps away from the beach. Everything was pure perfection!

Beautiful Location

This was our first time staying at this property. It met all of our needs and was a great location for ease of access to Beach and Ocean Views. Communication with the owners was outstanding. We had multi generations stay and we would certainly stay here again in the future.

Great getaway

Palms of DuneAllen is perfectly located directly on a great stretch of beach along 30A. This unit was perfect for our party of 7. Well-appointed.

Wonderful condo, great location!

We stayed for a week with my sister and her family. We absolutely loved it! The condo overlooks the pool and has a great view of the Gulf! Beautiful unit in a great area with less crowd in a more quaint setting than up in Destin but still only a short drive to the outlet malls, Bass Pro etc. Very happy with everything and hope to rebook in the future.

Directly on the beach!

If you want the wow factor and direct on beach stay then this condo is for you. 2nd story with wonderful views of ocean and the pool. Short short short walk downstairs and over walkway to beach. So glad we did not rent a house on the interior of town...would have been so disappointed!

Amazing stay!

We have stayed at The Palms of Dune Allen for 10+ years and have always been very satisfied with the various units. This year, however, was above and beyond what we have come to expect. This condo was truly wonderful. We had great views of the beautiful beach; we were in very close proximity to the elevator; and the condo was beautifully decorated and very-well-stocked. The bedding arrangement made it very easy to sleep our group of 8, with room to spare. The owners also allowed use of their personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. Check-in packet was mailed well in advance of our trip and was extremely thorough with instructions and valuable information. It will not be a difficult decision about which condo to look for when we make our next trip to the beautiful beaches of Santa Rosa!

Amazing location

No high rise buildings. Plenty of space on the beach. Not over crowded. Sand felt like powder. So soft. We all loved it and would definitely visit again. Condo had plenty of room for seven people. Even had games we played at night. Kids loved that!

Beautiful gulf front condo on 30A

Very communicative owner and beautifully remodeled condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. We have been staying along 30A for many years and this was an especially pleasant stay. Restaurants are very crowded this year, so we cooked a lot!!

Million Dollar View

Great Location

We enjoyed the condo complex. It was not too big so the beach and pool were not too crowded. Location was walking distance to restaurants and shops. Condo had everything we needed for the week and was spacious and clean. Thank you!
