Bienvenue dans cette belle maison de 4 chambres située dans le centre de Keystone. Avec une vue majestueuse sur la montagne et la commodité des restaurants, des navettes et d'une petite épicerie, vous ne voudrez plus jamais quitter.

Cette maison comprend 4 chambres, un loft très spacieux et 4 3/4 salles de bain. Une cuisine récemment mise à jour avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et de nombreux sièges pour le plus grand des groupes. Les nouvelles mises à jour pour 2015 comprennent un tout nouveau tapis dans toutes les chambres ainsi qu'un magnifique plancher en ardoise au rez-de-chaussée et un nouveau bain à remous privé sur le patio avant! Le patio arrière fait face au sud vers la station Keystone permettant une vue à la fois sur Mountain House et River Run. Le samedi soir, pas besoin de combattre la foule pour regarder les feux d'artifice, il suffit d'ouvrir la porte et de sortir!
Lorsque vous êtes prêt à dévaler les pistes, il vous suffit de prendre la navette rapide de 5 minutes, située à quelques pas de cette maison.
Avec suffisamment de chambre pour toute la famille, des équipements privés imbattables et la proximité de la montagne, vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper en choisissant 18 Autumn Brook pour vos prochaines vacances!

À savoir:
- Pas d'accès à une piscine.
- Un entretien hebdomadaire est effectué sur le spa. Une personne chargée de l'entretien du bain à remous peut passer pendant votre séjour.
- Ici à Keystone, aucune de nos unités n'a de climatisation. Dans les Rocheuses, la température se refroidit vers 8 heures tous les soirs, donc pas besoin de clim.
- Le stationnement peut être limité. Il y a deux places dans le garage et une à côté de la maison. Veuillez ne garer aucun véhicule dans l'allée, car elle obstrue l'entrée du garage du voisin.

We used every bedroom and the loft area. We did not have to use the pullout couches. It was a smaller kitchen but the appliances worked well. Having five bathrooms was a bonus! Plenty of towels and hot water. Might need to clean the grill a little more before using it, but that’s always a good idea anywhere you go.

This unit has mice...we killed two. Maintance did bring traps when notified. The windows are a mess...they either didn't have screens,handles to open or notes to not open. We did locate screens in a closet so were to open some windows. The bedrooms upstairs got very warm so the air movement was needed. I don't know what the safety needs are but it seems unsafe to have windows that won't open in case of a fire. The unit needs a total refresh on paint and a deep cleaning of fixtures. It was closer to the highway than we realized so if you are a light sleeper the road noise would be an issue.

The up stairs definitely needs a ceiling fan or air conditioning. If not in July it’s miserable sleeping upstairs at nigh due to heat rises! With the upstairs window open you get a lot of road noise. The windows need new handles so that you can open up windows for air. Other than the air issue it is a very nice place to stay. The garage only fits a small suv or car. The hot tub was very nice! Only a 3 person but nice. The upstairs tv wouldn’t work. Nice location and plenty of room and restrooms.

The view was amazing and we could see the snow caps from the kitchen. Easy access to the market, shopping and recreational areas. This house was perfect for our family. We filled every room and never felt cramped or overcrowded.

This was a great family townhome! With 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, we all felt there was plenty of space. The loft was a great addition of sleeping space as well. The kitchen was FULLY stocked; multiple plates, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, cookware, utensils, etc. I loved that the stove was gas, not electric. There were plenty of chairs, plus benches for sitting at the table. The patio was small, but cozy. There were extra pillow and blankets in each bedroom. The location was great! Walkable to Keystone village, and close to Silverthorne and the highway to everywhere else. I did not realize it was right on the main road, so there was some car traffic noise. Someone did come half way through our stay to check if we needed anything, and to monitor the hot tub. Check out/check in was easy, and we were notified when the cleaning crew was finished for slightly early check in!The only negative things I have to say are; since there was no AC, it was unfortunate that several windows did not open, and the screens were torn on the ones that did. There were some fans, but most did not work. Gratefully, the owners brought us 2 new fans. Also, the hot tub fit 2 people only, and the jets were weak. The jacuzzi tub in the main bedroom did not have hot water.Overall, a great place! Just needs a few maintenance things.

Great place, close to the slopes

Great place close enough to keystone mountain to walk. We had some concerns about the cleanliness from recent reviews, but were pleasantly surprised that it was very clean. There are definitely cosmetic maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but overall we were very happy with the stay!

easy ski access

My immediate family and extended family had a lovely time staying here. It was so close to the ski shuttle to keystone and ski rental store. We had a great weekend filled with joy and laughter. Wonderful property.

Good stay with friends

Plenty of space for my birthday celebration! The hot tub was broken the first night and one of my friends fixed it before maintenance could get there the second day of our short stay. Overall great time and easy walk to the lifts at keystone.

Great Family Reunion Location

The location of this property was perfect for our mini family reunion of 3 families from CA, CO, and NE. It was just over a half a mile to the Keystone Village where we attended the Bacon and Bourbon Fest. There was plenty of room for all of us to cook and host large family dinners every night. Hiking, golf, shopping., and restaurants were all conveniently located in Keystone and the surrounding towns. We had an amazing time!

Great spot

We stayed here with our bridal party for our wedding and it was great for a big group. Check in was easy. Only thing was that it definitely smelled like smokers had previously stayed there which made it feel like it could have been a bit cleaner. Otherwise it was a good spot in Keystone.
