Lovely warm cosy cottage in a great rural location. Great pub! Central for Bath, Bristol and Wells etc. We found it a home from home with everything we needed. Lovely comfy beds with plenty of heat and hot water. Great eco credentials too. Can’t fault it, thank you Judith.

Poppies was a cosy, very comfortable cottage in a little village surrounded by farmland. Everything you needed was provided. You need a car as plenty of country pubs and restaurants to visit. Not too far to drive to beautiful Bath, Wells, Bristol and surrounds. Ring O’Bells pub short walk from cottage providing a lovely meal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Poppies. The cottage was clean, tidy and very comfortable and was an excellent base for the cities, towns and villages in the area. Judith was an excellent host during our two week stay.

Absolutely loved this cottage, spotlessly clean, well equipped, very pretty in a very tranquil beautiful location with the lovely local pub Ring O’Bells 2 minutes up the road. Great cycling and hiking around all the lovely lanes. Will definitely say again

Had a lovely stay in Poppies cottage, everything was clean and tidy. The cottage is beautiful and the surrounding area stunning. Also a brilliant pub 5 minutes walk from the cottage, serving delicious food. Perfect if visiting Bath, far enough from the city that you're getting the best of both country and city life.

This is a wonderful cottage with everything we needed and a bed so comfortable that my wife wants one just the same. A great location for seeing the area and Judith was the most welcoming host. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area and recommended the cottage unreservedly.
