Nous avons des dates en juillet qui ne comprennent pas de week-end. Envoyez un message si vous ĂȘtes intĂ©ressĂ©!
Du samedi 4 juillet au vendredi 10 juillet - 6 nuits au lieu de 7.
Du mardi 14 juillet au samedi 18 juillet - 4 nuits au lieu de 7.

Bien sûr, nous avons Internet sans fil.
1er étage: récemment rénové. En bas a la climatisation centrale. 1 chambre king size, 1 chambre queen. Salle de bain avec baignoire et douche. Salon 11'x20 ', salle familiale 11'x 13' plus un espace pour vider les sacs de plage. Demi-bain situé hors salle familiale. Grande cuisine avec table extensible pour 10 personnes et comptoir pour 4 personnes. Au niveau du garage avec laveuse et sécheuse surélevées.
2Úme étage: A l'étage a des climatiseurs individuels. 2 chambres avec 2 lits jumeaux (un ensemble rapproché pour un roi court), 2 chambres avec lit queen. Salle de bain complÚte au 2e étage avec douche.
Extérieur: Grande terrasse au 1er étage avec douche extérieure et barbecue au propane. L'allée stationne 2 voitures. Stationnement dans la rue pour 4 voitures.

LBI love you!

Third year staying at this property and couldn’t be happier! Property as listed. This is a perfect spot for families to share, privacy for both and plenty of communal space to enjoy. Just down the road from beach, and lots of restaurants and shops.

Beach Haven home away from home.

We loved the home and location. Very spacious and clean. The property looks nicer in person than the pics online. Just note that there is no hot tube, even though the property lists it.

Great first family vacation

We loved our stay in Beach Haven! This house was perfect for our extended family considering the mother daughter set up with separate living corners. It was a great location in walking distance to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants! The hosts were very attentive! We hope to come back next year!!

Perfect beach getaway!

This is the second year we have stayed at this property and it exceeds expectations. Perfect set up for an extended family with kids to enjoy a vacation together. Great common spaces as well as privacy in the sleeping areas. All is kept clean, well stocked and welcoming. Thanks for another memorable visit to LBI!!

Perfect LBI getaway

The house was very spacious and perfect for family gatherings. We loved the outdoor deck area and the family rooms. The beach was a 5 minute walk and the neighborhood was very lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and comfy

Great location right near the beach, playground and pickleball courts. The house lends itself to comfort and easy vacationing. It’s not fancy, but clean and full of everything you need. Easy check in , half mile to great Beach Haven dining

Treasure in Beach Haven

This was an excellent house for a large family. The house was clean, spacious, and welcoming! We also loved the location! Linda was great at communicating all of the details! Highly recommend!

Great multi-generational or multi-family space

We had such a great experience! Perfect layout for two families or multiple generations - two living rooms connected by a big central kitchen and bedrooms separated on either side of the house, so no worries about early wake ups with kids bothering other folks. Great location close to beach, bay, and Beach Haven activities but still nice and quiet. Would stay again!

Excellent LBI Vacation Spot

This place has everything a large family could need for a great stay at the Jersey shore, and the owners were very easy to work with. It is a very comfortable, clean home, an easy walk to the beach or the bay, just a little farther to stores and restaurants; super relaxing! We loved it.

Making Memories!

This house is a very large, family friendly house. It has two separate living rooms which was great for playing video games and also watching tv! Bay is a half a block away beach is two short blocks! Very clean house, fully stocked! My family had a wonderful time! We hope to return next year!!!

Great Beach House for a Group!

We had a great experience staying at this house with three families. The layout is great for groups and we were all very comfortable, having to living room spaces was a huge plus. The yard was lovely and of course the short walk to the beach, what more do you need? The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals. Beds were comfy. I actually loved the old school yellow bathroom upstairs! Communication was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

The home was absolutely lovely! Great outdoor space, tons of room with two separate living rooms and wings of the house, and walking distance from the beach and bay. Unfortunately we had a rainy week but we made the best of the weekend in the fantastic space we had. Absolutely would come back again!

Great for a relaxing weekend at the shore

First time booking through VRBO, and I was so happy with the property & location. Beds were comfortable, house spotless, plenty of room for a large family to speed out. Easy walk to the beach and fishing pier right at the end of the block! 1 mile walker bike ride to Bay Village. Property owner was easy to work with and provided many of the basic amenities. Had a lovely long weekend. So sad to be leaving.

Great for Groups

We booked this property after our original reservation for another house was cancelled due to storm damage and I'm so glad. The house's layout is great for multiple families because there are 2 separate clusters of bedrooms with a full bath on each floor, which minimizes noise disturbances. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It's not difficult to cross the street to get to the beach. The back deck is nice, there's a table with chairs, lounge chairs, and built in bench. There are chairs, bicycles, a wagon, and beach toys in the garage. The property details said beach badges weren't included, but there were 4 when we arrived, which was nice of whoever purchased them. No one ever asked to see them when we went to the beach though, maybe because it was a holiday weekend. The property owner was very responsive and communicative and accomodating.

Essex and Bay Avenue

We were looking for a home on Long Beach Island that would accommodate our multi generational family and this home fit the bill perfectly! The large kitchen was perfect for all the cooks in our family and Game Nights were perfect around the kitchen table that easily accommodated 12 people! It was a short walk to see sunsets and the beach was two blocks away! The owners were easy to work with and their response to our questions were speedy! We would rent this home again!

Great house! Great Owner!

What a great house! Light and airy, spacious... the pictures do not do it justice! Plenty big for a group with multiple families. Tons of space and the two living rooms were great! The kids got to hang out in one while the adults hung out in the other. The house was very clean as well. Great location- quick and easy walk or bike ride to the beach. We lost power during our stay due to the Hurricane. The owner was wonderful. She was genuinely concerned for our families and brought us a generator! In addition to the generator, she left extra battery chargers for our phones. She was easily available and sent local updates on storm. A great experience!

The house has been in our family since it was built in 1955. It first belonged to our grandparents, then our Mom and Dad. Dad passed away in July 2012, and Sandy hit in October. Now, brother and sister, Rick and Linda own the house we loved spending summers at.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Outside of people letting steam off, this is a quiet residential area. Since Sandy, some ownership has changed, but there are still plenty of people that have lived on the street for decades.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

West Avenue is just down the street - great for biking, inline skating, and walking. There are playgrounds both north and south of the house, about 8-10 blocks.
