The house is terrific! So convenient - a short walk to anywhere you'd like to be in Beach Haven. A comfortable for our group of four families, we had a great time!

LBI Vacation

We love staying at this property. Michael is great to work with and very accommodating. We have a large Family of 16 and this house is great for that. This location is close, within walking distance, to everything great for children and adults. Thank you Michael for a great stay!

Great location! The house is super convenient to all the fun things. We didn’t have to drive all week! The house has a fantastic kitchen dining and deck that seats the whole crew. We’d definitely stay there again.

The property and reviews listed were accurate. The location is ideal for those who want minimal driving upon arrival to beach. Even though the home could use some updates, it did not prevent our group from having a great time during our vacation.

Great home with lots of space . Perfect location; in walking distance to everything. Had all the amenities we needed including lots of beach chairs. Prompt response by owner for anything we had to inquire about. Would definitely book again.

The property is in a great location. Very walkable. The beach and shops were so close. There were a few items that we thought would be available but weren't, such as a couple of missing beach tags and no kitchen trash bags. One of the beds also had a broken leg but luckily there are a lot of beds in the house so we didn’t need it. There was also some sand on the floor in the main area when we arrived but overall it was great and we would stay there again.

Perfect location between the beach and shops!

Our family was very happy to have found this place! 6 bedrooms with 12 beds is NOT a typo. We had our entire family sleep comfortably here and it never felt crowded. Hard wood floors throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. About 2 blocks to the beach and one block to the boulevard - very convenient. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach. Thanks!

Best House Yet!

House is very homey. Love that there's not a lot of decorative items to move out kids reach. You can tell owners have kids and grandkids. You could feel the love. Mike was quick to respond. My family thought this was the best house we ever rented. Lots of space and great location. Would definately stay there again.

Location was perfect! The house was perfect for our extended family. The yard could of been cleaned up so kids could play . The refrigerator was leaking and had to empty two bowls twice a day from inside the refrigerator.

Great House

Excellent property in great location. We have come to LBI 3 times with another family. This was the first time at this house. There are 6 kids ages 4-11. This property was spacious and really worked for the 10 of us. Location was great where we only used the car once to go to the grocery store. Owner was very responsive. Definitely would recommend.

Wonderful Time at a Beautiful Home

This home was perfect for our Family Vacation. There was plenty of space for our large Family of 16. We cooked most nights at the house which worked perfectly. The house is close to both the beach and many of Beach Haven’s activities. We could walk to many of these areas. Our Host Mike was great and responded quickly with any questions. We have been coming to LBI for over 40 years. This property was big enough for three families and located within easy walking of many activities.

Great location but the house needs some love

First the good. Overall we had a good stay. Easy walk to the beach, bike path and town. The house accommodated our large family. Plenty of room in the main living space and bedrooms. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The air conditioners kept the house nice and cool. The bathrooms were very small but there is an outdoor shower. Three refrigerators but only 2 worked. Otherwise the kitchen worked well for our group. The main floor is wood/ tile and was clean. Unfortunately the steps and bedrooms are carpeted and were very stained and dirty to the point of not going barefoot. I realize this is a rental but the carpet needs attention. There is a good size deck off the dining and kitchen in the back. The backyard was just so sad. 😢Full of old broken outdoor furniture. The front outside space was even sadder. Weeds and overgrown shrubs and broken blind slats on the front window blind gave the house a worn and tired look. This house has a lot of potential, just needs a little love.

House itself and location were great. However, house was dirty and not appropriately cleaned. Dirty diapers on deck, filthy shower curtains, filthy outside shower with no water pressure, molded bread in kitchen drawer, backyard full of flies and bugs, broken blinds and shower pieces, owners beach accessories all over the place, stained carpets

Spacious

This rental is very spacious with an updated kitchen and plenty of seating through out. The deck off the back was a comfortable place to hang out. The furniture is dated as are the bathrooms. If you are looking for a great location to walk to everything this could be it. Mike was very responsive to requests.

Fantastic Home and Perfect Location

This is my second time staying at Michael's wonderful home, and I intend to rent it again next year when I come back. That should tell you all you need to know about my opinion of this wonderful place. The home has everything you could need, lots of space, many bedrooms, deck for outdoor dining, large kitchen and dining room. And the most amazing part is the location!!!! It is only one block to the beach and right around the corner from Bay Village & Fantasy Island. It is close to everything, We walk down to the beach in the morning, and walk to ice cream and watch the sunset on the Bay in the evening. The pictures don't do this house justice. It is Great and Michael is an excellent host, very responsive and easy to deal with.
