Cette unité spacieuse 3 ch / 3 salles de bain est situé à l'extrémité ouest du bâtiment. Les vues de cette unité de 16ème étage sont spectaculaires et les couchers de soleil sont à couper le souffle. La chambre principale est face au golfe et dispose d'un lit king-size et une salle de bains principale privé. Une chambre d'hôtes dispose de 2 lits doubles et l'autre a un lit queen. Its prime location right on the beach….covered parking…swimming pool…appliances in working condition…comfortable furnishings… and working elevators!

The condo was good, we enjoyed our vacation. The bathrooms, specifically the showers need to be remodeled or deep cleaned. There is what appears to be mold or mildew around the edges. There is also no where in the shower of the primary bathroom to set much of anything and with the corners and ground looking like they do, you wouldn’t want to set anything there either. I honestly feel for the amount this space rents for the showers seriously need to be addressed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoy the area of Navarre Beach. We have been there for the past 6 years enjoying 4-6 weeks at a time. We have been in the same location for all of those visits. We have had a 3 bedroom condo and have been satisfied! It is convenient, comfortable, clean and easily accessible. It could use some updating of the decor. We are planning on returning again new year. The staff at the resort have been very helpful.

Needs Some Serious Updating, But Love The Complex

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, our original room was double booked due to a "system upgrade" so we were downgraded to this room. There were many things that needed updating. The furniture should be replaced. In addition, the make-shift lock on the front door was broken and one of the guest room blinds was broken as well. Many lightbulbs need replacing. The master closet is unusable as it is currently used as a storage closet for large items. The floor had not been mopped and there was dust swept under all the rugs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only one way to describe it. Perfect, very large condo and huge deck on the 16th floor with great views. Even all the bedrooms had a small deck with great views. I’ve been going to Destin for 60+ years and I say it would be hard to find facilities like this. Not only was the condo perfect, the covered garage was handy as well. Definitely recommend this condo.

Almost Heaven

First time staying in Navarre. Been going to Destin for 60+ years. Beach Colony @ Navarre is much more less commercial and a quieter place to stay. Top notch condos and I love the covered parking.

Family vacation

We had a beautiful condo and the manager was very easy to get a hold of. We had trouble fitting all of our luggage into our car so my husband brought the luggage and they let us keep it in their office until he got back with us because the car rental place was the problem. The people in the office were wonderful. Talking to somebody over. VRBO was excellent. She answered me in a matter of minutes. Wonderful week and plan on doing it again next year.

Our favorite place

We love Beach Colony and 16F was a great unit! You just can’t beat the sunset views from the balcony. We were happy to see some updates to the unit that weren’t reflected in the pictures (maybe those should be updated) new furniture, flooring, etc. We would definitely choose this unit again.

Beautiful view

Views from the balconies are realky nice, just wish did not sit back behind the Pearl. Beach is awesome, pool is nice, and location is good. Only thing that needed to be changed would be the mattress. Mattress is wore out, full of dips and dead spots, really should be replaced. Other than that grest time.

Best Place In Navarre

Even though our trip was cut short due to hurricane Sally, we absolutely loved this condo. Linda is an excellent host. We all just loved the location and views. No matter which window you look out you will see water, the bay on one side, and the ocean the other. We will absolutely return to Navarre next year and this condo will be the one we rent.

Family Beach Vacation

We have a family reunion every other year with over 100 people and The Beach Colony has been our favorite place to stay. Our condo was clean and had the best balcony furniture in the group. The only items lacking were dish towels and bathroom towels. There were plenty of comfortable beds. It is definitely a family friendly condo and we enjoyed our stay.
