A beautiful place to gather for a Seacoast vacation. The home is 6.2 miles from Hampton Beach or a 5 min. car ride. The house location is on a secluded road 3 mins from exit #1 in New Hampshire. It is very easy to access the highway. Explore Maine, Nh and Ma seacoasts within 20 minutes from the house . Spend a day at the beach and return to a cozy family home to BBQ by the pool and have a fire in the fire pit. The house is decorated for comfort. All beds are made with premium bedding and the family areas offer a great atmosphere for sharing time with everyone in your party or retreat to small places around the house set up for reading and relaxing. A double sided desk equipped with a printer is located in the living room next to a bright open window incase you do need to bring work. The home provides and open concept kitchen and family room which opens to the back yard pool area and fire pit. French doors open to a screened in sun room with set up for dining for 8 poolside. The second and third floors provide the bedrooms.

I grew up on the seacoast of New Hampshire in a neighboring town to Hampton Falls. It was always my dream to live here. I drove by this home in 2004 and made an offer the next day. We have raised four children and filled the house with many gatherings and given it much love and attention over years. It is simply a nice comfortable and welcoming home. We rent homes for our vacations and we know that when you are on vacation that you want to be in a nice, pretty, and clean space. We DO NOT REQUIRE OUR GUESTS TO CLEAN THE PROPERTY WHEN LEAVING. We understand you are on vacation and check out day should not be full of chores. We want guests to book their vacations and enjoy the home. Check out day may be sad but not a house cleaning day for you.

If you are looking to bring your family or gather with friends on the seacoast of NH this home offers privacy, comfort, and a central location to start and end your day together. Sleeping 9 people it offers an affordable solution to renting hotel rooms and meals out for a weeks stay at the seacoast.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
In ground pool with comfortable outdoor furnishings and dining area. A fire pit with Adirondack chairs surrounding it next to the small but comforting fish pond with a mini water fall. Attached to the back of the house is a new glass sun room with dining area allowing you to enjoy the outdoors and the backyard while dining next to the pool. Open concept kitchen filled with all you need to create wonderful meals, and be able to socialize with your group at the same time. The kitchen/ family room is the heart of the house. The back yard is enclosed with a fence covered in natural vines and trees to offer quiet and privacy.
