Le fabuleux Keawakapu Beach est à seulement 10 minutes à pied des Palms at Wailea. Cette plage est mondialement célÚbre pour sa grande plongée en apnée et longue plage de marche. The Palms at Wailea est une magnifique propriété; luxuriant paysage tropical. Il y a une grande piscine et un jacuzzi qui est parfait pour les bains de soleil et offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan de la piscine. Nous sommes heureux que nos propriétés au Palms at Wailea ont été choisis pour figurer dans le livre de vente numéro 1 "Maui étude" et leur site web. Couldn't ask for more

Loved our stay here. The location is perfect between Wailea and Kihei. Condo was clean and spacious- the complex is beautiful and fairly quiet. Plenty of condos nearby to accommodate a larger group size. Love the lanai with chairs- we spent a ton of time out there and appreciated the ability to open up windows and doors to the outside. Loved having a kitchen and our favorite was the closest with beach supplies. Would love to come back and stay.

Nice vacation home!

Love our 1 week here at 205! The home was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped. This unit is so close to the pool and hot tub that my kids enjoyed going. It’s very close to beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were a plus

Perfect vacation condo

Palms at Wailea is a gem and this condo was absolutely perfect. We also read that the owners were donating 2024 profits to help victims of the Lahaina wild fires which is extremely generous and commendable. Our experience was top notch all the way around. We loved the coolers, boogie boards, beach toys, and how well the condo was stocked. Thank you!! A++++

Overall it was great. Couple of suggestions
maybe add a one cup Keurig coffee maker, a blackout curtain for the bedroom with the glass doors. Very minor things

Beautiful condo - great Location

This condo was just perfect for our family - 4 adults and 2 kids! Our kids slept on the sofa bed and there was still plenty of space for us to use in the main living area. The BBQ and lanai were a treat and we loved that we could see the ocean peek through the palm trees from there as we ate dinner! Proximity to the pool was ideal. We were close to the main entrance to the Palms but never heard much road noise! A beautiful space to call home for 9 days! Thanks for the stay!

Wonderful getaway!

We absolutely loved this rental unit! It was quiet, well stocked, very comfortable (great AC!), had a great outdoor space and beautiful unexpected peekaboo sunset views over the ocean. A very short walk (<1 block) to the pool which wasn't busy despite beautiful weather. The only hiccups were the keycode/keypad not working upon our arrival (which was solved by a quick phone call to obtain a new keycode) and cleaning staff arriving over an hour before check out time (despite us not letting them know we were out of the unit yet).

Perfect stay

The pictures were true to what you get. The only picture missing was the one of their “beach closet”, it was great! Had about 5 chairs, snorkeling gear, plenty of towels, umbrellas, noodles for pool, sand toys for kids, I mean this closet was a great hit with our family! The kitchen was a great size and was fully equipped! It even had a cabinet with spices and cooking oil! Wow! Sofa turns into a bed. I mean, this was the perfect place for us. Definitely felt like home! Thank you for everything!

Wonderful Wailea

We loved our stay at this condo. It was a terrific location from which to explore the beautiful island of Maui. Almost everything we needed was there for us
.beach chairs, umbrellas, kitchen appliances
.all of it. The only thing missing was a cooler to take to the beach but we got around that, no problem! The only negative wasn’t related to the condo itself but the property. While there was a very nice pool, that was about it for amenities. There wasn’t a lot to do if you were just hanging out. With all that said, we would definitely recommend this condo.

Moldy air conditioner

Unit was great until my kids felt sick, sore throats and complained of weird smells in their guest bedroom. After investigating, the guest bedroom air conditioning unit had a ton of mold inside and smelled. I didn’t know until after 4 nights and then felt really bad I let my kids sleep in this room. It would’ve been perfect, but Health and safety is.a priority that was not met
