Great for big families close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was big enough to accommodate my daughters and their friends for spring break and the close proximity to Dollywood and other attractions made it even better.

Great place close to Dollywood

Really excellent 2br apartment. Eden Crest is an excellent host and took care of everything for us. The unit was clean and we had most of the facilities we needed. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great time with family!

Close to Dollywood, but away from the hustle bustle of Pigeon Forge. Easy to get to where we needed to go! Place was cozy and comfortable. Game room and was fun. The hot tub was fun, but not very private.

Family trip!!!

We enjoyed our stay at your property. The condo was very spacious. There was ten people in our party, 5 adults and 5 children. We would have enjoyed a half bath during our stay. We stayed in a ground floor condo and loved the easy access to our vehicle.

We loved everything about the condo beside the sharing of washer and dryer. Our neighbors washed the whole time we were there. Besides that it’s an incredible place and we will consider staying again when we return

Family trip to the mountains

Our condo was in a great location. A little loud with people up above but not unmanageable. Washer would not switch cycles and oven would not get hot other than on broil, but other than that the place was plenty big, extremely clean and comfortable. Will definitely try to stay again. We loved the hot tub being right outside the door, and even though it’s not completely private it was private enough for us. Great place to stay.!!!

It was very convenient. The only problem that we had was that there was a very loud wedding one night in the convention center across from our condo that started in the early afternoon and was still going on after midnight. The rest of the stay and the condo was wonderful. We loved it.

Girl Scout trip

You can hear your neighbors all day and night they were yelling stompping runing tv was super loud then the one night our kids couldn’t go outside due to a bunch of people smoking pot. We stayed here before and loved it that’s why we came back. It rain at Dollywood and they closed the rides when we went back to the house I told everybody we would dry our clothes well the dryer didn’t work dryer them for 4 hrs and just gave up and I hung them in the game room. Loved the beds

PROS Very clean Fit 11 comfortably Close proximity to Dollywood and other attractions Good for large groups CONS Sofa needs updating (fake leather peeled everywhere all week) Mattresses in both rooms need updating Washer and dryer is shared with other unit (difficult to use when others are) Kids in unit above us ran around at midnight to 3 am non-stop (unit is not sound proof) Sinks don’t drain in kitchen and bathroom **pool was broken and drained (disappointing since it was 90 degrees all week)

Lots of space and room to sprawl.

Property was in good working order and clean. Amenities were somewhat tricky. Nowhere was WiFi login, had to contact them for it and ask directions to the pool. (Down steep hill to end of road, next road over and up another steep hill....approx. 1/2 mile away). Not nearly as convenient and accessible to us as I’d hoped. They were very responsive to any issues and kitchen was impressively stocked with cookware. I feared flaking icky couches as previous reviews mentioned, but couches were in new condition and VERY comfortable. Overall, I was very impressed.

My stay

We could hear the people upstairs, stump across the floor, the hot tub was dirty, and the pool was drained and not available. Not enough towlet paper for the stay I had to go buy my own. Not enough dishwasher tabs . washer and dryer was rarely available and then it didn't even work correctly.

Great location!

Overall we had a great experience. The distance to Dollywood and the other attractions make this a definite place we will stay again. Although I would try to get one of the cabins next time. A few issues is that the condo is very noisy. You hear everything going on above you. The other issue there wasn't detail of where the community pool was. When we called the management company they didn't know either. So we drove around, the very large area until we found it. We couldn't stay at the pool very long because the mosquitoes were so bad. We talked to the maintenance man about it. He was very nice.

First Time Visitors

The condo was in a great location. Although, the cleanliness wasn’t the best, we were within walking distance to Dolly Wood Theme Park and Splash Country. The floors were dirty so we made sure the kids kept their shoes on. The bathroom in the master bedroom had slow drainage in the shower. Since my husband has plumbing experience, he cleaned the hair out of the drain and it worked great afterwards. It apparently hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. It’s a great condo overall, but cleaning needs to be professionally done between rentals. Also the dryer needs to be repaired or replaced. It took all day to dry clothes. We finally just went to the laundromat up the street.
