The property in Lido is away from the hustle and bustle of Venice and in an excellent location for the Waterbus station, shops and the beach. The property was lovely and warm, had lots of utensils for cooking meals, with a hot shower. What more do you want. As I stayed with a friend, I slept on the sofa bed in the Lounge which was more than adequate. Enrica was very friendly and quick to answer all my questions. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I had a great experience at this place. From the very beginning, check-in was super simple and hassle-free. The owner is extremely kind and always willing to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable.The place is very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could possibly need. It includes a washing machine, toaster, and many other useful items that make you feel right at home. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

Spacious, clean, quiet apartment located a short walk in one direction to the beach and a short walk in the other direction for the ferry to the tourist attractions. Numerous restaurants and shops along the walk.

Absolutely wonderful

Enrica was very friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Answered all of our questions quickly and completely. Close to restaurants, supermarket and water taxi stop. We would definitely stay here again.

Cool, chill, charming getaway spot (di una fighezza eccezionale!)!

The communication was great; the apartment was clean, well organized with easy access, a charming garden, and a great location on the Lido. Supermarkets are close by too. The beach is a short walk down the Gran Viale that is full of great little restaurants, bars, shops. Cool place. Great stay.

Convenient and Cozy apartment in Lido

We stayed in Lido during our visit to Venice, and this apartment was in a great location to take the vaporetto to Venice during the day and be able to easily get away from the business of the city during the evening. The apartment was clean and well appointed, which helped make our stay a pleasure.

Wonderful, affordable apartment in Lido!

We LOVED this apartment for our trip to Venice. It was in a lovely, quiet neighborhood a short walk away from the Vaporetto stop, which we were able to easily use to go in to Venice every day. The apartment was very nice: clean, comfortable, secure, and even had a little garden area outside where you could spend time in the mornings. Highly recommend staying here.

Quaint and Comfortable

The apartment is charming in an old world manner. The neighborhood is quiet, yet very close to shops, restaurants and the waterbus docks. We enjoyed both dining out and preparing simple meals at the apartment as the mood struck us. It was easy to get to the central city of Venezia to enjoy visiting the renowned historic sites and explore the canals with a gondolier as our guide. The communication with the proprietor was clear and very complete.

Great stay for a visit to Venice

You will have a big lovely place to yourself with a lofty living room, well-equipped kitchen, fully equipped bathroom and a lovely bedroom. Two supermarkets for food shopping are very close by as well as the vaporetto stop. We visited the Venice biennial and it was ideal for it as Giardini and Arsenale are just one hop away. The process of checking in was super easy and great instructions from the host. Could not recommend more for a cosy Venice home, where to rest after a busy day exploring the city.

Oasis from the Business

We loved the spaciousness of the apartment and Enrica gave us great instructions on getting there and supplied everything we needed. It is in the Lido across the water from Venice which is lovely, serene and gave us a sense of calm after returning from Cental Venice. Thank you Enrica for your hospitality and help.

Perfect holiday accommodation

We had a lovely holiday at Enrica's place, The apartment had everything we need and the decor was just to our taste. The location was great equidistant from the beach and lido vaporetto station on the lagoon side. It was near to some lovely restaurants. We have no complaints at all and we thoroughly recommend it. We did not get to meet Enrica unfortunately, but she was always at hand via text to answer the few queries we had and was very helpful.

Pictures Don't Do It Justice

The apartment in Lido is large with tons of space, a great kitchen, short walk to dinning and Ferry to Venice. Awesome place and Enrica is a great communicator. The pictures DO NOT illuminate how brilliant this place is! Great stay, THANK YOU. Ciao, Bruno
