Dear J, Thank you for taking the time to post your review. It was great seeing your family and friends having such a great time at SeaLaVie. The large pool area is a great place for a family cook out or a swim in the heated pool when the Gulf waters are still a little chilly. Being on a gated street so close to the beach makes for a nice quiet area that it is safe for the kids to play ball in the street or to take a short walk to get your toes in the sand. It is great house for a family vacation and we are looking forward to seeing you and your family back at SeaLaVie in the near future.

We apologize that the pool heater shut off during your stay. We always try to respond to maintenance calls as quickly as possible and are glad we got it fixed for you. This home is located in Blue Mountain Beach and is just a short bike ride from shops and dining at Gulf Place. The beach is also just a short walk away and the private pool is a nice amenity to have.

Guest safety is extremely important to us, and we regret that the issue was not fully resolved after the initial housekeeping visit. We apologize for the inconvenience experienced during your stay. The first time you called in you had denied anyone entering the home and by the time you called us back we were under difficult circumstances given the fact that the request to have pest control spray the home came in late Friday afternoon and our Pest control service is only open Monday - Friday. We do extremely thorough inspections of our homes both before and after guest stays and we did not see any sign of the home being roach infested like you claimed. We also made multiple attempts to contact you after your stay to resolve the situation but our calls were never returned. We would have been more than happy to work with you to find a resolution.

Morgan, we do apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. If you ever feel as if the home is not cleaned to your standard, please give our team a call. We would be more than happy to send housekeepers back out to ensure the home is to your liking. All of the homes we manage, receive routine pest control maintenance to proactively keep any pesky bugs away. For better or worse, palmetto bugs are native to our area, and they make their presence known when we receive an abundance of rain- and we have received quite a bit of rain this summer season. Despite the rain, we understand that sharing your vacation with bugs is not fun or ideal, and we would have been happy to schedule an additional pest control visit at the home, had we known you were experiencing any frustrations. We do include our trash instructions on our GLAD to have you app, but we do occasionally stop by to remove trash when we are out and about to hold you over until trash pickup day. Please let us know if we're able to offer assistance in the future.

This home is not only steps away from the beach where you have private access but also a short stroll to cafés and local restaurants at Gulf Place!
