The house is absolutely beautiful! Everything was nice and new and very clean! The view was awesome from the master/porch. The walk to the beach was so easy and short. Such a cute little road (Spooky Lane). The pool was wonderful after a day at the beach. It’s so close to shopping and several good restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!!

Great location!

We loved the house and location, kids enjoyed the pool! Only a short walk to beach, shops, and food. The beach was beautiful!

Outstanding location and accommodations

Beachwalk Inn is located in walking distance not only to the beach, but a very short distance to Gulf Place where you can listen to live music, grab a bite to each at numerous restaurants, and have ice cream for dessert at the local creamery. Family Beach Trip

My family of 8 enjoyed our stay at Beach Walk Inn. House was great - updated, large kitchen with plenty of storage, beds were very comfortable, plenty of seating options. Easy walk to the beach and nearby shopping and restaurants. As another reviewer mentioned, you have walk around the side of the house to get to the pool, so that could be improved. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We had such a great time staying at the beach walk inn. The house was beautiful and right next to the beach entrance. Everyone was comfortable with their own space. House was nice but in need of a deep cleaning including the pool. Trees around pool also need trimmed - lots of debris requiring skimming several times a day! House is right on 30A therefore lots of road noise. Transoms shouldhave curtains as there is too much light to sleep. Mattresses are in need of replacing. The supposed private beach had lots of peopleparking in the grass across the road and walking in. Will not rebook for next year.

Memorial Day Santa Rosa Beach Stay

House was as advertised and the check in process was amazing. The property manage was so cooperative and allowed us to occupy the property 3 hours early which was huge! The location is amazing. About 200 yards off the beach with easy public access. Parking is great, can easily fit five vehicles in the spaces. Little amenities went a long ways with this property to include pull cart for beach supplies, out door shower, the grill with plenty of propane and of course the pull. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful Newly Renovated Home

This house is beautiful, spacious and newly renovated. The location is amazing: close to restaurants, ice cream, shops and an easy walk to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked. The pool had its own gate which was nice because we had a 2 year old with us and didn't have to worry about him wandering into the pool area. Pay attention to the bedroom/bathroom layout when booking if important to you. The 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor share a bathroom and the bunk room has its own bathroom. We had an amazing time!

Great Spring Break Location

We had 2 families sharing Beach Walk Inn for spring break. The location was perfect, we could walk over to Gulf Place for shopping and restaurants. The ocean view is under-sold in the photos of the property--there is a great view from the master balcony. The location of the beach is perfect--a 2 minute walk to get down there. The beach was practically empty most mornings but would fill up in the afternoon. The house was clean and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We paid to have the pool heated which was worth it for our group in early March. Diamond responded to several small issues (a light bulb and fan issue) immediately and there was a person cleaning the pool multiple times during our stay. The large kitchen and pantry gave us ample room for food and snacks. We would happily return to this location again!

Very nice

House was as promised except it's not what I would call a large pool. It was clean though and deep enough which is very important to us. House is lovely with a nice view from the third floor. Quick walk to the beautiful beach. Diamond was very pleasant in their communications, which were plentiful and appreciated. Honestly though, I can't believe that people complained about the pool not being accessible from the house. Seriously it's about a 20 foot walk from the door and it certainly was not necessary to have a door cut in from the bunk room, which just makes it harder to cool. But it shows how accommodating Diamond is.

Pool location is behind house with no access from any rooms

The house and decor is newly renovated and beautiful. The only complaint is that it is not obvious in the description that the pool is not connected in any way to the house. There is no way to "go in and out" sliders or french doors to the Pool area. Not very Family Friendly for those with children. Main level with kitchen is on middle floor, so not a good layout for Families with kids. The downstairs is cold or hot depending on outside air and doesn't have it's own system for control. You have to go up to the second level and adjust the temperature, which then makes that level too hot or cold. Need to add a third unit for the bottom floor. The decor is fabulous.

Thank you for the 5-star review about our amazing home, Beachwalk Inn. We are having the 1st and 2nd floor AC evaluated to ensure the dampers are set correctly for proper ventilation. Unfortunately, you have to use the front door, the main entrance to access the pool but, we will have an entry door installed at the rear of the house in the upcoming months. The home has been professionally decorated by one of our local designers giving all spaces a coastal vibe and we are adding child safety gates for guests to use if they have small children and want to avoid having access to the stairs. We're glad you and your family enjoyed our home and your stay on 30A! We look forward to having you stay with us again. UPDATE: The AC issues have been resolved with new ductwork and thermostats on all floors. An entry door has been added to the bunkroom so there's an entrance at the front and back of the house.
