Condo moderne Abbey Villa rénové avec nouvelle cuisine, nouvelles salles de bains et tous les nouveaux appareils. Ce condo est dans un endroit calme du complexe donnant sur un ruisseau. C'est une promenade facile à la plage, au lac et aux locations de sports nautiques. Ce condo a deux chambres / deux salles de bain avec lits queen. Il y a aussi un matelas d'air queen aérobie disponible sur demande. Il y a une télévision HD grand écran, wifi, lave-vaisselle, four, cuisinière, micro-ondes. Ensemble complet mis à jour d'ustensiles de cuisine. Patio avec grill, table et chaises pour manger en plein air. Cette unité est une propriété privée et ne fait pas partie de l'Abbey Resort. Vous bénéficierez de 6 laissez-passer pour la plage de Fontana pour un accès gratuit à la plage pendant votre séjour. Les villas ont également leurs propres piscines extérieures privées. Veuillez apporter vos propres serviettes de plage car elles ne sont pas fournies.

This quaint Lake Geneva Villa was the perfect location for my husband & I. My son & his family had another villa near the pool, so everyone was able to visit easily. The weather was perfect to use the pool, walk around the lake a bit, go for ice cream at Blue Heaven, & check out the boats. I must say, a small bag of coffee grounds would be very welcome, as The Mill gets a bit crowded in the am!

This was our 3rd year staying at the Abbey Villas and we absolutely love it! This was our first time staying in this particular unit. Cherie the host is amazing and helped us overcoming parking obstacles during the busy 4th of July weekend. We had an incredible time and love that you can walk just about everywhere. There’s so much to do.I will say that each villa does vary in terms of amenities provided and comfort level. I would not recommend staying in a bottom unit villa if you have small children. You can hear the neighbors upstairs pretty much all night. I would definitely bring blackout curtains because the headlights from the parking lot shine right in the bedroom window.We plan to come back to the abbey villas every year for years to come. You’ll love it!

Perfect Lake Geneva Location

This property is adjacent to the Abbey resort and all the amenities of Lake Geneva. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back again in the future.

This property is located in Fontana, WI on Geneva Lake. Once you arrive by car, you can park and walk to all of the local attractions including the Abbey Resort, the Abbey Harbor on Geneva Lake, a municipal beach, and local pubs and eateries. A 22 mile, fully open access, walking path around Geneva Lake is yours to explore in full, or for just a mile or two. An 18 hole (Abbey Springs) and a 9 hole (Country Club Estates) municipal golf course are both less than 5 minutes away, as is a PGA-certified driving range and golf courses near downtown Lake Geneva.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Abbey Resort (walking distance) has a Spa, a Coffee Shop, and 2 restaurants open to the public (an elegant restaurant, and a casual restaurant). You can walk a couple blocks to the beach and relax. There are 2 beachfront restaurants. You can rent a boat/wave runner at Gordy's or Jerry's Majestic. Several more eating establishments are a short drive away in either Fontana or nearby Williams Bay or the town of Lake Geneva. The Villas have well maintained grounds with 2 outdoor pools. This unit does not have access to Abbey Resort pools.
