- There is no smoking of any kind inside the home. There is a $250 violation fee if guests smoke inside.
- There are no parties or gatherings of any kind in the home. Only the guests that are registered to stay are allowed. There is a $250 violation fee for guests not following this rule.
- We require a copy of your ID prior to check in.
- You are required to push the trash out on trash pickup day. Please push it out to the curb the night before pick up. Pick up days are Mondays and Thursdays. Extra charges may apply if there is overflow of trash.
- Don't flush personal sanitary product down the toilet which causes clogs.
- No pets are permitted in rental units.
- We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless
accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
- Guest shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful, respectful and prudent manner so as to prevent any loss, damage, injury, destruction, or mistreatment of the Property. Guest further agrees to save and keep the Property in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition at all times during Guest’s occupancy.
- If Guest experiences any problems whatsoever with the Property during their stay,
please contact host immediately and we will make all reasonable efforts to correct any of the operational or functionality issues as quickly and as practically as possible.

Due to Covid-19 new regulations are in place.
- Review and implement a record keeping process to maintain records of guests and staff movement. These records should be kept for a minimum of 90 days
- We are maintaining 24 hours minimum between the conclusion of a guest stay and the check-in of the next guest stay for appropriate cleaning and sanitation between guests.
- Clean and disinfect all frequently touched surfaces in the property between each guest stay.
- Provide sufficient soap and surface sanitation supplies for guests to utilize in the vacation rental property during the guest’s rental period (market availability dependable)
- Employees who appear to have symptoms should notify their supervisor and stay home.
- We encourage our guests to practice hand washing regularly with water and soap for at least 20 seconds, use hand sanitizers at home and in the workplace
- We recommend removing shoes when entering the property and leaving them at the entrance.
- We recommend you bring the disinfecting supplies that will make you feel safe and comfortable in these difficult times.
- Damage Deposit at check in : $500 with CC pre-authoriz. Fully refundable after check out if no damages.
