This place was perfect for our girls trip! The home was spotless, I loved how clean it was. It was close to everything and in one of the bedrooms there is a balcony where you can stand and watch all the gondolas pass by. Very cool! Giorgio met us and walked us to his home and gave us a tour. He answered questions promptly and was friendly and welcoming. On the walk to his home we crossed one bridge. Once in the apartment building there are two small staircases. It was a plus for an over-packer like me. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Giorgio!

Outstanding in all respects- only 4-5 min walk to the St.Marks. It was right in the middle of the shopping and dining district! Very clean, Absolutely would go back . Georgio was great!

This place was very clean and the location was super. Georgio made it very easy for the check in . We would not hesitate to re-booked this apartment it was in the center of everything.we really enjoyed our stay.

We had only a short stay in Venice and wanted to be close to the action, be comfortable and have amenities we are used to. This unit fit that bill to a tee. We would stay here again, absolutely. After a week on vacation in Italy, it was nice to have the option to go to a grocery instead of a restaurant all the time. Thank you for the nice accommodation, we will recommend to friends and family if they go to Venice

The apartment looked exactly like it did in the pictures and was as advertised. Great location in Venice with easy access to Rialto and St. Mark's. Would definitely try to stay again on future visits.

The property was spacious and very clean. Giorgio was very accommodating to our early arrival. The property is well situated to be in the centre of the action but tucked away so we were not bothered by excessive noise. We truly had an excellent stay in Venice

Fantastic location!

You could not ask for a better location to walk to the main sights. - and the view of the canal with a constant stream of gondolas passing by was fantastic! The apartment was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book here again!

Great apartment in great location!

We had a very nice stay at this apartment. Perfectly located, it has a great view of a canal where you can see gondolas pass by. About 5 min walk to St Marks square. It has a large living room and modern kitchen. Great host.

Giorgio was a wonderful host! He responded to all my questions prior to arrival and met us at the water taxi to guide us to the apartment! That was a great help! The apartment was very comfortable for our stay. We would stay here again!

This was a great place right in the heart of Venice. Easy walk to the Grand Canal and St. Marks square. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. Giorgio was excellent in meeting us at the Vaporetto "exit" and walking us to the apartment. Clean, easy, good A/C and perfect location!
