L’une de nos maisons de vacances Ă  Portland est un studio spacieux de 560 pieds carrĂ©s situĂ© dans une charmante maison victorienne (Ă©galement un VRBO 478812) avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils mĂ©nagers plus rĂ©cents. Il y a une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse. Nous offrons un espace salon confortable pour se dĂ©tendre aprĂšs une journĂ©e bien remplie avec un canapĂ©-lit, TV Ă©cran plat, cheminĂ©e et climatisation pour les jours chauds. Il y a une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec une gamme inox pour la cuisson, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. Si vous ĂȘtes ici pour affaires, il y a internet sans fil pour votre ordinateur (et blue ray). Ce magnifique appartement de style vintage a un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert pittoresque avec votre table et chaises de patio juste devant votre porte.
Cette unitĂ© est situĂ©e dans un emplacement privilĂ©giĂ© Ă  seulement 5 minutes Ă  pied populaire NW 23e avenue prĂšs de Thurman avec des tonnes de boutiques, de conception de maison deux magasins bien connus locaux et, des antiquitĂ©s, des sentiers de randonnĂ©e (Ă  quelques blocs de Forest Park), les parcs, des galeries, des restaurants fabuleux que ce soit pour l'happy hour ou gastronomie, boulangeries europĂ©ennes, micro biĂšres et pubs, cafĂ©s ... Ă  peu prïżœïżœs tout pour une agrĂ©able visite Ă  Portland. Il est trĂšs proche du tramway pour un accĂšs rapide au quartier des Perles, Ă  la riviĂšre Willamette et au centre-ville, il est Ă©galement accessible Ă  pied si vous ĂȘtes un bon promeneur! La maison est situĂ©e sur une impasse calme avec beaucoup de stationnement dans la rue, plus un chemin au bout de la rue pour un accĂšs direct Ă  Thurman oĂč les cafĂ©s, boulangeries et boutiques françaises commencent. Becky, my host has been doing vacation rentals for a while and she has it down to a science. Checking in and getting into the property was a breeze. Kitchen was very functional and operating instructions were provided for appliances. Very comfortable accommodations. The studio is located in a walking neighborhood that has a village feel. Coffee shops, restaurants and a food truck “park” are within easy walking distance. I recommend the Victorian Studio in Nob Hill.

GREAT PLACE

Booked for a wedding at Hoyt Arboretum and reception Crystal Ballroom. Perfect location. I was easily able to park on the street and get everywhere I needed to quickly. The unit was lovely, very quiet, had everything and a mere one block over there are streets and streets of restaurants and shops. Becky was a dear at helping me with anything. Thank you, thank you. I hope to book again for another visit.

Great spot for a Portland stay

This place was a great place to stay while in Portland. We loved walking around the area. Wohld absolutely stay here again. The only issue we had was the bed was a bit hard to get in and out of.

The location was excellent - great shops and restaurants within walking distance in a quaint, beautiful neighborhood. The studio was clean and well-stocked, and Becky (the host) was prompt and friendly in all communications. We had a bit of an issue with the Keurig machine - which she immediately addressed (although the replacement still didn't work). But "life happens", and that very minor incident didn't affect an awesome experience for us! I would highly recommend this property!

Great location

Perfect stay for three adults wanting to explore the Portland area. Bed and couch were comfortable, the space was small as mentioned but well-utilized, and the location could not be beat! Would recommend to others because of its location to 23rd avenue, a great spot for restaurants and shopping.

This property was spot on as described. The initial instructions were clear with the checkout being the same. This property is the perfect place from which to walk to the many shops and restaurants in Nob Hill. This property has everything needed for a Portland visit and the property manger couldn't have been any better.

It was a great place for my husband and I to stay. This was our first trip to Portland. We loved being able to walk to restaurants/bars/shops. Becky was very quick to respond and was super easy to work with!

Weekend getaway

This was an amazing property in such a cute neighborhood!! Tons of places to walk, grocery, coffee, shopping and restaurants. We booked the stay for a concert and would gladly stay again anytime we are in Portland. Well stocked kitchen, bathroom, etc.

Beautiful property in a great neighborhood

Nice, clean and quiet property in a quaint neighborhood that has everything you need. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and shops within easy walking distance with public transportation a ten minute walk away to connect you with the rest of the city. Great host with quick communication.
