Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was way better than a motel and cheaper. The free parking is a definite plus.We saw bears 3 of our 5 days.one in the creek out back, one on the bridge, and 4 across the creek.A couple downfalls were the couch and TV. The TV has a blown speaker and the couch is very uncomfortable.

Our favorite part of the stay was the view from the balcony. The condo is very close to the action but the view from the balcony took me to a feeling of piece. Great location for a balance of serenity and nightlife! Would definitely stay here again and again!

We booked and hoped we would be satisfied for a few days. We definitely were. When we were due to arrive I received a text with instructions of how to enter the property rented. The process was simple. When we walked inside it was clean, spacious and perfect. The large kitchen was a huge asset. The wonderful patio has a babbling brook below. That was especially relaxing way to unwind after you have spent the day at the different attractions in Gatlinburg. When checking out it was smooth. We called the number provided and went with the prompts. Easy peezy. Yes, we highly recommend this vacation rental. You won’t be disappointed.

The condo was beautiful and really large. The kitchen was huge and had all the amenities. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the creek running below. The correspondence with the owner was great. The building itself was well kept and immaculate. We would definitely stay here again. If there was a downfall, it would be the proximity to the downtown area. It was much further from town than we had anticipated.

However in the second bedroom there is a small window that has a shade on it that lets a lot of light in. So I suggest you should take care of that.
