Venez jouer à Ocean Isle Beach! Ocean Isle a été nommé par Money Magazine en 2001 comme l'un des 10 meilleurs lieux de vacances aux États-Unis. Profitez de notre belle maison de plage non-fumeurs récente qui se trouve dans la communauté de Summer Place avec 5 chambres (2 doubles, 3 reines et une salle de bain pour chaque chambre!) Ventilateurs centraux et plafonniers dans chaque pièce. Magnifiquement décoré !! La maison dispose d'un bain à remous dans la chambre principale, de la télévision par câble dans chaque pièce, y compris la cuisine, et le salon dispose également d'un lecteur DVD et d'un magnétoscope.

La maison peut accueillir confortablement 14 personnes. Profitez de notre grande cuisine avec bar à petit déjeuner et grande table de salle à manger. La maison offre une vue sur les côtes et des couchers de soleil. Cette maison dispose de 2 grandes terrasses avec table et chaises pour profiter de la vue. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied de la maison. Nagez dans la piscine Summer Place. Douche extérieure avec vestiaire. Barbecue au charbon et coin pique-nique. Magnifiquement paysagé avec palmiers et lumières! Vous ne serez pas déçu!

Summer Place est un petit quartier avec de nouvelles maisons de plage haut de gamme et à moins d'un demi-mile des installations d'Ocean Isle Town Center. Restaurants, petit toboggan, golf miniature, glacier, salle de jeux pour enfants et jetée de pêche. Nous avons 120 terrains de golf des meilleurs designers du monde dans un rayon de 30 miles. À seulement 25 minutes de North Myrtle Beach, en Caroline du Sud et à 45 minutes du centre-ville de Wilmington, en Caroline du Nord. Very nice layout with 5 bedrooms and each with a bathroom. Location close to bridge to island and easy walk to beach. Golf cart rental made it even easier.

This house was very spacious for the 2 families we had staying there. Bathrooms for every room. Large living room and kitchen. Plenty of deck space and parking. TV’s and appliances have been upgraded since photos.Hosts were very responsive.

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for my family and adult children, loved how every room had its own bathroom. kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and plenty of room for us all. We enjoyed the easy beach access and the pool was a added touch. Also enjoyed sitting on the porch in thr evenings.

A great house with plenty of room for our family. Location was perfect, nice pool, close to the beach. The kitchen has all the items and some to prepare great family meals. Endless pots, pans, that most houses don't offer.

Great Experience

We had a great time at this property. We had three families staying together and had plenty of room. Each bedroom has their own bathroom which was nice. There was plenty of deck room and room for all (11 people) to eat at the same time. Beach was about a 5-10 minute walk away. House was clean. It's really nicer than the pictures on the website.

Yearly Ocean Isle Family Vacation

We vacationed with family and had all ages (youngest a 2 y.o). The house was fully equipped and very well cared for. We were so impressed with the attention to detail and cleanliness. I would definitely recommend this house for a family beach week. There is a community pool that the younger family used. They often had this pool to themselves. We did have a golf cart that made beach access easy off Private Road Public access. There’s plenty of room, pillows, blankets/throws. There’s also plenty of parking.

Great house in adorable OIB

House was clean and every bedroom had a bathroom! It was a short walk to beach and community pool. Lots of outdoor sitting space and quiet, safe neighborhood. Outdoor shower was awesome. If you have small children, I recommend you bring or rent a wagon for walking and carrying beach stuff. The softer mattresses were the only con. I highly recommend this place and also the area if you haven’t been! Prefect for families!

House and area was amazing. We had an amazing vacation and house was perfect. Only complaint would have been clothes dryer did not dry clothes good. We had to run each load at least 2 to 3 times to get completely dry, but other than that it was great and would love to stay here again.

Fantastic communication/response time from owner

I emailed the owner several times with questions about our stay. She was always quick to get back with me. Everything in the description is accurate. Our family of 11 thoroughly enjoy our stay during our weeklong stay at the beach. Probably the best thing about this property is that there is a beach access right beside the house that makes getting to the beach a lot faster than other properties on this street.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home so much! Close enough to the pier and restaurants/park that our teenagers rode their bikes. Very quiet street and overall felt very safe. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows for those of us who forgot ours. There were extra beach chairs and toys with a wagon to use as well. The outdoor shower made rinsing off after the beach so nice! We all loved the 2 spinning chairs in the living room. Plenty of seating for the 11 of us for meals and games between the outdoor deck table and indoor dining table. The community pool was nice but could get crowded at times. The beach access directly beside the house was nice but is sandy. We ultimately chose to walk down to Duneside Dr. and use the access at the end of it. Slightly easier with small kids and wagons. Owners are quick to respond to any question and we would definitely stay here again.

spacious and clean home.

the home was clean inside and out, well-stocked kitchen with plenty of pots and pans and utensils, plates and silverware. extra ice maker too. My one concern was that there seemed to be something wrong with the placement of the duct work under the house for the HVAC in that the large bedroom with 2 beds downstairs was always 5-10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. I kept the blinds closed in there and kept the door open to no avail. it would be almost chilly in the LR but that bedroom would be uncomfortably hot. not fair to anyone using it.

Wasn’t a straight shot to the beach. Gulf cart was a big help. The pool is very small. The 2 downstairs bedrooms could not get cooled. You would freeze out in the living room and burn up in the bedrooms.

We wish you would have contacted us immediately so that it could have been addressed promptly. Our phone number was provided to you prior to your stay in the rental agreement and it is posted at the house. The pool is a community pool and pictures of the pool are on our VRBO listing. Beautiful, well equipped home

Our extended family vacation was nearly seamless at this beautiful home! It fit our party of 13 well. As many others have said, the pictures don't quite do it justice. It was spacious and having a bathroom for each bedroom is a huge plus! It was a quick walk to the beach and while we never used the pool, it was nice to know it was there if had enough sand. This was our first trip to Ocean Isle (though we're quite familiar with the other Brunswick County beaches) but I suspect we'll be back...if we can stay at this property again. It was excellent!

Wonderful stay!

This was our second time staying at this property and we had again a wonderful time. The house was clean and is well taken care of. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is stocked with anything you might need. Overall another wonderful week at OIB!

2022 family trip.

This was are second trip to Ocean Isle. Although it’s grown a-lot since are first trip. It’s still a wonderful beach. This was are first stay at this house. It’s a nice place close to everything by a short walk or drive. We would recommend this place if you visit ocean isle.
