Ce est une belle maison de deux étages qui se trouve juste à cÎté de la montagne. Il est spacieux, aménagement confortable avec planchers Burrow granit partout, sauf pour les chambres. Il est proche de l'une des 12 piscines communautaires avec salle de jacuzzi complets. Il ya deux chambres en bas et une à l'étage. Les chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plat avec un grand écran plat dans le salon.

Le Clubhouse est une courte promenade. Le Clubhouse a une grande piscine pour les enfants avec une entrée en pente, tortues jaillissant jets d'eau et de l'eau qui tirent vers le haut du tablier en béton faisant un effet de cascade pour les enfants.

La grande piscine pour adultes est Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la piscine pour les enfants, afin que maman peut regarder ses enfants dans la piscine Ă  cĂŽtĂ© d'elle. Il ya beaucoup de Cabanas autour de chaque piscine dans le cas oĂč vous souhaitez sortir du soleil. Ils sont d'abord arrivĂ©, premier servi.

La piscine de est longue et large et conçu pour le vrai nageur. Il ya un centre de remise en forme complĂšte dans le Clubhouse qui a mĂȘme sa propre tĂ©lĂ©vision reliĂ© Ă  chaque piĂšce d'Ă©quipement.

Le gril au club-house est ouvert pendant la saison et sert une cuisine raffinée.

Dated and Shabby

This unit could be in the poorest condition of any unit that I've stayed at over the last 10+ years. The furniture looks like it came from Goodwill. The couches are old and broken down. The linens in the bedroom are shabby and the pillows are dirty. There's water damage in the bathroom, and all of the appointments of this place are hodgepodge. Keep looking for a better place.

Great property!

In one word our stay in this property was FAN-TAS-TIC! It was spacious, clean, and had everything one needs to feel at home. We were able to make a lot of our meals at home as the kitchen was outfitted not like a rental, but like one's own kitchen. The 3 bedrooms (each with their own bathroom) were perfect for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable. The weather did not require that we use A/C but it's good to know they have it in case it gets hot. The garage was great since we had a rental car. We were amazed by how quiet it was and had great sleeps. The view on the mountain made it feel very private and was great to look at every day. Many pools (and hot tubs) throughout the resort, with pool towels provided by the owner. The gated resort is very well maintained. The owner was extremely responsive and always answered any email in a timely manner. They gave clear instructions for check in/out and accommodated our late check out request. I would definitely stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation in the palm springs area - close to everything yet secluded.

We always love staying at the Legacy Villas. This was our first time in this floor layout and it was great. We had 4 adults and 2 children stay comfortably here. We prefer having a 2 car garage so this was perfect for us. While there were some smaller issues (ie, no umbrella or shade for the back patio, pillows were not comfortable), this was acknowledged and addressed by the management company in a timely manner.

Wonderful!

Clean, comfortable property on a beautiful gated community with nice pools. The house is well cared for and Manager very responsive. The home is rt up against a small, impressive hill backdrop. We could stroll along the hill and walk through the community and enjoy. Looking forward to visiting again.

Quiet location next to pool

Roomy unit steps away from the pool. Large patio that faces the mtn. makes it nice and quiet. Well-stocked kitchen. Furniture could use an update but was still comfortable. Large dining table for 6. Pool towels available but no pool toys or rafts etc. so bring your own. Overall good stay.

Quiet property, nice pools, great townhouse

the location of this property is excellent, gated community, very safe, quiet: it backs up to the gorgeous mountains, beautiful view. pool within steps of the townhouse. the main pool is super nice. we were there the week of Thanksgiving and you wouldn't know it, it was so nice and quiet and peaceful, plenty of space to spread out at the pools. the townhouse is well appointed and in great condition. check in and check out were very simple and easy. we will definitely want to stay at this property and location again.

Amazing Place to Stay!

It is rare that a rental property is actually better than the pictures. This was absolutely the case. Amazing, spacious, well equipped and spotless unit in a great community. One of the many pools was close by. Unit was well stocked and extremely comfortable. We will for sure be back.
