Il y a 2 grands BR, qui peuvent accueillir 8 personnes, 2 salles de bain complètes, le câble et Internet. Le patio spacieux avec grill donne sur l'océan. Il y a une salle d'entraînement complète avec sauna et 3 grandes piscines. Une piscine est à l'intérieur et chauffée pour la baignade hivernale. Il y a un grand jacuzzi dans la piscine réservée aux adultes.

Amazing view

This is our second time staying here and it is wonderful. The condo is beautiful and clean. They have everything you need and the property manager is excellent with communication. We love it here!

Paradise

The pictures and description were accuate. The condo exceeded our expectations. The view was amazing, from sunrise (on the large balcony) to the sunset ( on the back sitting area). The kitchen was fully stocked with cook ware and appliances. The decor and furniture were top quality. The owner and staff were always available and pleasant. Will definately be back.

Great stay overall

Very nicely appointed unit as advertised. Nice view of the beach and large balcony. Updated amenities and kitchen. Main complaints were that the door lock code was wrong so we had to call manager and get anew code which required a 10 minute phone call while we waited with our stuff in the hallway at 10pm. And secondly the internet service was very inconsistent and often did not work at all for many hours at a time (sometimes would disconnect and other times was slower than 1Mbps). The manager Cindy was very responsive before the visit and during. If internet was addressed and stable we would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay on South Padre Island

We were back for a second year after enjoying our visit so much in 2021. Our first impressions were correct: this is just a comfortable, clean condo in a perfect, convenient location on South Padre. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, the comfortable living room, and the many amenities offered, including the swimming pool and balcony grill. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking if you choose to do so. But there are also many excellent restaurants in the area. The manager, Cindy, is very responsive to all questions. We love it so much that we are returning in February, 2023!

Best Birthday Trip Ever!!!

Beach front property with all the amenities. Place is very clean and beautiful. What's not to love...every morning waking up hearing the ocean waves and seeing beautiful skies. Will stay here again. It was a very special birthday indeed with fireworks on the beach.

Great location! Especially for those with little ones—direct access to beach, indoor pool, rec center, tennis court, sauna and everything needed for the beach is available to rent onsite.

Perfect for our weekend getaway!

We love SPI. We enjoyed this condo. The entire building was very quiet and lots of open parking if needed. The condo had everything that we needed for our stay. We enjoyed time on the balcony with the beautiful view. Beach access was easy and close. We would stay here again. Cute place! Great communication with the property manager.

Great place to stay!

Very nice , spacious condo with a beautiful view from both sides. It has a large, well equipped kitchen, many cabinets, large refrigerator, great cookware. Also, it has very comfortable living room recliners. The complex offers wonderful amenities with a nice indoor pool and is in a convenient area of SPI. We had some trouble with the living room TV controls, the door key pad (have to tap the lower left corner before entering the number) and the entry gate (enter # before the number). After a few days and with some help from others, we got them all working. We would definitely return and hope to do so!

So much fun in South Padre!

Perfect view, location, size and the property manager/owner was the nicest person. Everything went so smooth. Property is beautiful, staff is friendly and the privacy is awesome. So relaxing from the bed to the beach and everything inbetween. The condo is well stocked, full kitchen and there was even a grille. Lots of great restaurants just a block away. The view and sound of the ocean day and night is wonderful and easy access too. Only downside, the fish were not biting sadly!

Perfect location for our needs and well appointed

Property was well located and the condo was perfectly sized for the group with very nice furnishings an excellent amenities. Property managers could work on customer service but the condo owner, Cindy was very responsive and communicative. Definitely recommend.

This is a very nice place. We enjoyed the unit. Great location on beach. Great balcony view of the beach. We suggested a few upgrades if they want to be 5 star. A few little maintenance issues, like being sure all light bulbs are working; providing a condo user’s guide - how to use equipment, TVs, where to drop trash; beachgoer’s advice, etc. And just an owner/management follow up while we were there. We would prefer firmer mattresses, but I am picky about sleeping. Good supply of kitchen equipment. Good furniture quality. Easy to use pools. Easy walk to beach. Quiet property, at least when we were there in June, 2019. To get 5 star, just step up a few things. We would stay here again. Thanks for the opportunity to stay here.
