Cozy and spacious

We spent a weekend in cabin #19 for a weekend snow trip. The cabin is very clean and had lots of room for our guests. The wood stove made the cabin nice a warm. Has full kitchen, with most kitchen tools you would have at home. The upper level is a little noisy when walking around. But it's fine during the sleeping hours, when no one is moving around. I liked that it had separated options for sleeping, and there's a bathroom on both levels. The host was very responsive and polite to my questions. She provided so much cabin/check in detail that I missed a few things (my fault), but she didn't seem to mind when I reached out. My kids enjoyed having their own space to hang out/sleep. I would stay here again.

Needs a little work

Let me start off by saying the property manager Darlene was great. Courteous and responsive. The cabin looks much better in the pics than it is. Things are a bit old. The biggest problem we had was getting the heat upstairs to work. The unit that heats the upstairs is literally right above your head in one of the upstairs bedrooms. It is so loud you cannot sleep with it on. We froze. Slept in sweats and sweatshirts. The ad shows 2 bedrooms with two twin beds. That was not the case. There was only one. I understand Covid changed a lot of things for this industry but there is nothing but minimal salt and pepper. Be sure to bring your own spices, dish soap (both for the dishwasher and liquid soap) no sponges either. I have stayed in a few VRBO cabins and this one would probably get a “C” rating. The fireplace was great ! As a family we had a great time but not sure I would recommend this property for the price we paid. Thank you Darlene ! You were great. Location was good if you want to go to Dodge Ridge or Leland Meadows.

Cozy inviting cabin

We have stayed at this property several times. It is a wonderful cabin. Dishes, cupboards and kitchen were not clean, this visit, unfortunately.

Cozy cottage in woods

I recently stayed at this charming cottage, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. While the cottage itself is a bit old, it is very nice and exceptionally clean. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and well-prepared for our arrival. The neighborhood is also quite lovely—clean, peaceful, and quiet, making it a great place to relax. I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a cozy and well-kept stay.

Need compensation for at least one day per following problems:

Kitchen sink drain, dishwasher, garbage disposal problems.Kitchen sink backed up with water/food debris, time to drain (1/2hour or more)Refrigerator, ice cube maker not functioning, Food/Drinks NOT kept cold. Front Door deadbolt difficult to lock.Location of "good" kitchen knives, hand soap, hard to find.Hot water turned up too high for bathrooms & kitchen.Minimal towels in frequently used downstairs bathroom.Minimal amount of toilet paper for party of six persons, 3 nights. Upstairs & downstairs Air-conditioning inadequate.Heaters operating in "WINTER" mode. Swamp cooler worked for 1 upstairs bedroom, Noise extremely irritating, several people had difficulty sleeping & left early.2 upstairs bedrooms, so hot they were difficult to inhabit.Air-Condition unit upstairs did NOT appear to be functioning at optimum. Upstairs toilet flushed 1/2 time, intermittently filling the tank. took the lid off and giggled unit, to get tank to fill. Then flush later. No Air Conditioner downstairs.Air-Conditioning non-existent in the downstairs bedroom.

Getaway with friends

The place was pretty much as advertised. The new reality with post-covid rentals is that there are essentially no condiments outside salt and pepper, so bring your own. The electric stove was problematic as the two burners stopped working while we were cooking. Discovered they were not plugged in all the way and that fixed it. Left only two dishwasher pods, not really enough for a large group staying for 3 nights if they cooked a lot. Rental agreement says 3 cars maximum. If this place had the maximum number of guests, parking limit could be a challenge. FYI, you could easily fit 4 cars in the driveway. The door leading out from the laundry room looked like it had not been cleaned since last year. Also unsightly piles of debris were left on patio areas. Good binder with recommendations on dining and activities. Would have liked instructions on how to operate TV/cable.

Cozy Forest Cabin in a Great Location

We had a wonderful time at this cozy stay! The cabin comfortably housed 7 adults for our Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough to support several people preparing a large meal. The wood stove was wonderful and complemented the incredibly cozy atmosphere in the living room. The cabin was a short drive away from some beautiful hikes.

Great for a large family

Pinecrest weekend.

Property was great. Great location. Had one small issue. No sheets. Contacted the property manager. Problem solved in less than an hour. Very responsive. Everyone enjoyed the weekend. Upstairs does get hot. With fans and window ac unit, it cooled off nicely. Would definitely recommend it and we will be back

Surprise 25th Birthday

This property had plenty of beds for our gathering of friends to surprise our son on his 25th birthday. The young adults came in on Saturday morning and stayed until Sunday. The dining table was big enough that we were able to play games and the living room was great for other games. It was a fun place to gather.

Perfect Mountain Cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed this cabin. It was exactly what a cabin should look and feel like! It was just our family of 5, but would have easily fit another family! The kitchen and living room has a great layout and the bedrooms were great. Would definitely stay again.

When I started, the cabins didn't even have TV, it was the forest and fun that drew guests up the mountain to play, swim, fish, hike, bike, horseback ride and visit Columbia State Park, Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, Pinecrest lake, Ice skating, snow play, Tuolumne and Stainislaus River, big Trees and so much more. It has been a pleasure to serve thousands of guests over the years. We do our very best to make each stay a great experience. The crew works exceptionally hard to keep everything going!
