Property was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable and the owners checked on us several times. I would highly recommend this property.

Great place for a long weekend stay in Durango. Very close to downtown. Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed and more. We loved the record player! The sauna and hot tub were really nice after long days of hiking. Perfect spot for our family of 4.

Walk from parking to door is further than expected, especially being an amputee. Also people do not pick up their dog poop, so that’s the first thing that greets you as you walk to the unit.

We had a great stay in Durango here, with our family of four. Just a few minutes to town and great DVD/VHS collection lol….the girls loved the hot tub….good times

Great Stay

This was the perfect location and home for my family. My kids, being the old souls they are, were absolutely blown away with the vintage movie collection. We will definitely seek this home out again in future stays.

Family reunion for big birthday celebration

We were quite comfortable here for evenings. Spent days with extended family in town at home of my mom, a longtime Durango resident.

Vacation with the grandsons

Our two night stay was wonderful. The location was great…just a few minutes from downtown, but quiet and peaceful. The unit was super clean, well-appointed, and featured great amenities. We enjoyed everything from the Aveda products provided in the bathrooms, to the comfy beds, to the amazing video collection. It was perfect for our needs (and wants)!

Great place to stay in Durango

Stayed here in the summer. Was a quick drive to everything we needed and easy to get to San Juan National Forest and Mesa Verde. Great hiking and biking trail right behind the condo. Condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable for us and our two teens.

Great location and accurately advertised. I wouldn't suggest kids younger than 5 for the stairs, but it's clearly visible in the photos. Was not a problem for us.

Quick 4th of July jaunt

We had the opportunity to use the space as a jumping off point for taking in the beauty of the region. We weren't at the property a ton, but when we were it was a great space for meals, movie watching, a morning cup of coffee, and generally just enjoying time with family.
