This home is all about its exceptional location. This condo (Unit 2D) is in the heart of Durango's tourist district. Walk to all downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment. Six restaurants alone on the building's block. Immediately next to East by Southwest restaurant, one of Durango's finest and most acclaimed dining establishments. One block from Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango's downtown movie theater. Next to the Animas City Theater. Amaya spa directly across the street.

Lifestyle in this condo is like staying at a luxury resort with dining and entertainment options adjacent and of the highest quality. High-end luxury finish with complete entertainment and surround-sound system and TVs throughout and full cable with on-demand. The Building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully-enclosed underground parking garage (height is 7'6") with guest spots available for parking. Note the master bedroom closet is locked off but there is a portable hanging rack available.

Fantastic family trip in Durango! This property is perfectly located downtown near all the Main St. attractions and restaurants. The condo itself is comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Our family of 5 enjoyed our vacation and can’t wait to come back!

The property is at a great location, walking distance to the prime area of Durango downtown. It's right across the train station. The unit has all amenities, clean. It doesn't have any view, but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. It had a dedicated parking space, which was great.The property management team was very quick to respond to all our questions and concerns. We requested for an early check-in which they accommodated. We had also requested a late checkout, which while they couldn't exactly provide, but they were willing to meet us halfway. Sure candidate for future visits to Durango.

Location is great. Everything was walkable. We loved the French bakery and the bike rental place. The team was super responsive and helpful.Only minor complaints - there weren’t enough pillows for everyone, no Kleenex, and not enough TP, so we had to purchase more items for our stay than usual, but not a big deal.

Just was very welcoming and responsive to questions. Great location and dedicated, secure, indoor parking that fit my F250 (barely!). Would recommend some more cooking utensils such as a nylon spatula and spoons. A Keurig would be a plus as well.

Parking and location were great! Condo was okay. Advertised as “luxury” however we found too many maintenance issues that have been overlooked for a very large ng time. I.e., the sink faucet was worn out and broken, repairman came out an tightened it, as he walked out the door it broke against n. It was just worn out. Air conditioning works poorly and the bathroom fans need to be cleaned badly. Much more but got tired of dealing with it and just finished our week long stay and will never book again.

Wonderful condo and fabulous location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo had plenty of room and was easy walking distance to the main streets with restaurants, bars and shops. Would definitely book this place again if we come back!

Perfect space

This two bedroom property with a pull out couch was perfect for our group. It’s centrally located to wonderful restaurants, shops and so much more! I would stay here again!

Property was located in the heart of downtown Durango and perfect for getting around town. We loved all the restaurant choices and an easy walk to the Silverton train station. Loved our rafting experience at Mild to Wild.

Perfect location and very comfortable

The property is just as it appears in pictures. Primary suite was comfortable, and roomy. Plenty of room for clothes and other travel stuff. Bathroom roomy and great for two. Other bedroom was also comfortable but much smaller. Kitchen was well stocked snd all equipment worked.

Nice little weekend stay

This is a great little condo located perfectly near downtown Durango. We never cooked so I can’t speak to how well stocked the kitchen was but it was a comfortable stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The codes were a bit mixed up at times. There was an elevator code for an elevator that had no code panel. The elevators also didn't work.
