Vous serez à mi-chemin entre la Place d'Espagne et la fontaine de Trevi: 400 mètres. Très central et calme, cet appartement romantique, entièrement rénové en février 2017, offre un excellent confort. Il dispose d'un décor confortable et accueillant. Parking payant Parking Ludovisi: 18 Euro par jour (400 m) Description: Salon: 1 canapé-lit double, 1 table à manger, TV, chaîne hi-fi, 1 fenêtre donnant sur la rue ci-dessous. Cuisine: entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, micro-ondes, bouilloire, grille-pain, cafetière. Chambre double: lit double (160 cm de large), 2 tables de chevet, 1 armoire, 1 fenêtre donnant sur la rue en contrebas. Chambre double: 2 lits simples convertibles en 1 lit double, 1 table de nuit, 1 commode, 1 porte-fenêtre donnant sur la cour intérieure avec un petit balcon (largeur 90 cm). Everything about our stay was wonderful!

The flat was extremely clean. Everything was as described. The 2 bedrooms were great for our family of four. Mimma was super helpful with suggestions for restaurants and things to see and for help with taxis. We had a wonderful stay in Rome and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Trevi Apartment

We loved this modern and very updated apartment with 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom. Having the kitchen and clothes washer were very convenient. The apartment is centrally located to walk and explore all the historic sites. Mimma, the host, was very helpful with making van transfer reservations, restaurant reservations, and answering other random questions we had during our stay in Rome. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

I cannot say enough about how perfect this apartment was for us, but the absolute best part was the owners, Mimma and Luigi. They were amazing at communicating prior to and during our stay. Apartment was in a great location, adorably decorated and was even stocked for breakfast. They were also so very helpful with our transportation from the airport and then again to our cruise port. Truly a memorable experience. I would highly recommend!

My home in Rome

The places was great! We stayed for a day and a half. If we could we would stayonged. We actually wanted to stay here at the end of our country hopping trip but ot was it available. The pictures and description were exact. I loved how you walk out of the apartment and there's a cafe right there...in 5 steps. The property owner and spouces were extremely helping prior to our arrival and upon arriving. We would definitely stay here again.

For those travelers who have been hosted all around the world…Being in Rome where everything is quaint, charming, beautiful and unique, what else would top your experience? Aside from the fact that this Trevi apartment is pristine looking and located in a great area, Mimma truly goes out of her way to make your experience extra special. She is the epitome of a perfect host, helping you feel at ease, being available when you need help, making you feel at home away from home. From recommendations to off the path eateries to assistance during our stay in Rome, our experience was superb, we couldn’t have picked any other place. Thank you Mimma and Marco for making us feel welcomed and for sharing your wonderful city with my family. We hope to come back soon.

Perfect!

First of all, Mimma is a gem. Her apartment is lovely and we felt so welcome. Mimma waited up for us after our flight was delayed 6 hours and couldn’t have been more gracious. She arranged airport transfers which really helped everything go smoothly. Also, Mimma was very responsive to our WhatsApp messages. The apartment is clean, well designed and centrally located to most tourist attractions in Rome. As we came in so late we appreciated having provisions for coffee and a bite to eat for breakfast. Don’t forget to try her recommendations for dining and gelato! Thank you, Mimma for being so wonderful! Andy and Susan

Prime Location

Trevi Apartment is in a prime neighborhood location in Rome - it’s just a stones throw from the metro, local supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants and coffee bars… and of course gelato! We only had a brief 2 day stay in Rome but this apartment helped us make the most of our time there seeing the Vatican, Colosseum, Roman Forum and of course several visits to Trevi Fountain… ADVICE if you stay here go to the fountain EARLY!! We went at 0630am and the crowds were very thin… no shady vendors and our kids could throw their coins in without much hassle. Mimma went above and beyond to help ensure we had a great visit to Rome including coordinating a van transfer at the last minute when our train into Rome ran late and even calling us 5 minutes after a minor issue we had to ensure everything we ok. Must stay if you’re planning to visit Rome.

Mimma Rocks!

Unfortunately I am only able to give a five star review. I can’t say enough good things about the apartment or about the best host we ever had! First, the apartment is in a fantastic location, a short walk from the Barbarini Metro stop and easy walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, The Pantheon and Piazza Navona. (I did all four in about two hours). And on our cab ride to the airport I didn’t realize how close it was to the Colosseum. There are plenty of great food options a short walking distance and a supermarket with a five minute walk. We comfortably slept six adults and were able to do some laundry prior to our cruise. The only downside is we only stay one night, and it was not available on our return. Finally, I can’t say enough good things about Mimma. She was a fantastic communicator on WhatsApp and made great suggestions on where to go and what to do. She arranged all of our transportation for eight travelers and a ton of luggage for a third of the cost I compared with other travelers. We had a personal driver to the airport, to the cruise port and back to Roma Termini after the cruise. (All arranged by Mimma). The best review I can give you is my 83 year old mother in law couldn’t stop talking about meeting Mimma and her husband at check out. Thank you for sharing your home with us Mimma….you are the best!

Reluctant to Let Everyone Know Since So Womderful!

Everything was perfect. - perfect location, perfect hostess and perfect for our family of four (two adult sons). This will be the only place we stay when visiting Rome. It was a short walk to all the sights. Be sure to get the number for the restaurant up the block - unfortunately all booked when we arrived. Do not hesitate, or look, anywhere else to stay.

Immaculate well-located apartment with great hosts

Our family of four spent three days in this terrific apartment. It could not have been cleaner and one would think it had been renovated the day before. The ceilings are high and the apartment is light and airy. There is a terrific restaurant next door. And the hosts could not have been more responsive. You can’t go wrong with this one.

Awesome!!!

You will miss out if you do not book this lovely apartment. The location is perfect for sightseeing!! The owner took care of all our needs and is super sweet. Her recommendations were spot on. We went to the restaurant she suggested which is next door to the apartment and had a great meal our first night in Rome. She left us goodies and baked us a cake which we enjoyed in the morning for breakfast. I’m pretty fussy and this apartment exceeded all of my expectations. Thank you for everything Mimma!!! We hope to be back.

El departamento es muy funcional, cómodo, moderno y de exelente calidad!!!! Está todo nuevo, como a estrenar. La ubicación es buena, nos pudimos manejar a pie.
