Ce studio confortable est juste une courte distance de marche Newlyn Harbour et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances reposantes.

Voies maritimes est situé au dernier étage d'une maison mitoyenne de granit surplombant les vues panoramiques sur Mounts Bay, Penzance Harbour et Newlyn poisson Quay.

L'hébergement spacieux plan ouvert est joliment meublé à un niveau élevé. Il ya un lit double confortable avec le roi taille couette et draps blanc éclatant, un grand canapé d'angle qui en fait un lit d'appoint très pratique et sous la fenêtre d'une table ronde de salle à manger et des chaises.
Une télévision avec lecteur de DVD, se trouve sur le mur qui peut être incliné vers soit le lit ou le canapé.

L'appartement dispose d'une cuisine bien équipée pour cuisiner. Thé et café sont fournis ainsi qu'un pack de bienvenue généreuse, y compris le petit déjeuner pour votre premier couple de matin.
Il ya une salle de douche spacieuse avec sèche-serviettes.

Extérieur de l'appartement est un jardin avec un coin salon où manger en plein air peut être apprécié.

Un parking est disponible pour un maximum de deux voitures.

Thanks for a lovely stay. The flat is just as described, cosy, comfortable, well equipped and really nicely set out (and yes the view is awesome). Ali is a great host. The parking access is a little tricky but fine once you get the hang of it.

Beautiful studio with great view

One of our best VRBO stays. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Ali provided eggs, coffee, tea, milk bread, butter and flowers (I probably forgot something. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was lovely. Perfect size for a couple, great facilities, amazing views. Ali greeted us on arrival and was lovely. The only caveat I would add is the very narrow lane up to the parking spot and gravel by driveway wasn't helpful for grip and turning of car. But the stay was lovely, lots of nice eateries nearby and great sea views with a flat coastal path.

Great stay at Sealanes

A really lovely place to stay with everything we needed. Perfect location for exploring the far west of Cornwall and our l planned visit to the Minack. Friendly host who kindly found some picture books for our 4year old to enjoy during her stay. Super view out of the window- there’s always something to watch in the harbour or in Mounts Bay. Definitely plan to return.

Many thanks for your hospitality Ali. We truly enjoyed our stay at Newly, a few miles away from all the sightseeing sites in west Cornwall. Penzance is within walking distance with all the shops you need. The room has a very beautiful view over St Michael’s Mount. All of them for a reasonable price!

A really wonderful vacation

We are just back from a week in Newlyn and are recommending it to all our friends! The studio was the perfect size for the two of us, spotless and well organized. The view was incredible and the location exactly right. And most of all, Ali’s warm hospitality made our time there unforgettable. It was like visiting an old friend!!

Lovely place to stay in a beautiful part of Cornwall.

We had a wonderful few days at Ali's Newlyn accommodation, it was a great base from which to explore Cornwall. The property was very comfortable and had everything that we needed including a lovely welcome pack to get us started. My only recommendation would be that a map be provided as finding the property was a little tricky. Thank you Ali!

A lovely well appointed flat that was perfect for our short break. Slightly tricky to find but excellent directions were provided. The amazing view of Newlyn harbour and Mounts Bay from the front window is difficult to beat. A very useful information book about local services was put to good use. All in all very good value. Wonderful short break in Newlyn

Lovely apartment. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed. In a great location for exploring Lands End and the surrounding area and attractions like St. Michael’s Mount, which we could see from our apartment. If driving take a small car as parking is a bit of a challenge! Ali was an excellent host. She made us feel very welcome and gave us some great tips. We highly recommend this property and hope to return again some day.

Very lovely stay in Newlyn

Many thanks again to Ali, We had a wonderful holiday in her comfortable apartment with a fantastic view onto the harbor and St. Michaels Mount and the Mount Bay. Newlyn is very nice with some excellent Restaurants (esp. fish) and Pubs. Good Supermarkets are located nearby (easy to reach by feed or Bus/Car). For sure the roads are steep, so you should love it to walk up and down a bit :-). To enter the terrace by car needs a little bit of practice, but even we Germans from flatlands were able to get by. Take the tips from Ali regarding that, then it’s easy.
