Il est préférable de profiter de l'excitation de Vegas avec modération. Cette maison de style ranch à aire ouverte avec un magnifique espace extérieur est parfaitement placée (4 miles à la tyrolienne à la Fremont Street Experience et à 8 miles des fontaines de Bellagio) pour vous permettre une bonne soirée et des journées de détente dans votre piscine privée. J'héberge Guesst depuis plus de 4 ans et je l'adore vraiment. Je vis juste en bas de la rue si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Sinon, je vous laisse profiter de tout ce que cette maison a à offrir.

We traveled to Las Vegas for a family vacation, and this property was absolutely perfect for our group. We were traveling with a toddler, a child, and several adults, and the space was comfortable and spacious for everyone. Since my family loves to cook, the kitchen was especially well-equipped and made our stay even better. The location was ideal — about 15 minutes from the Strip and only 7 minutes from Fremont Street. Doug was an amazing host: incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable throughout our stay. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Had a wonderful week at this lovely home. The host was very responsive and accomodated an early check-in for us. The home is spacious, spotless and fully stocked with everything we might need. This was by far the best place we've stayed in Las Vegas away from the Strip. The home is spacious, pet-friendly, and features a large common area and bedroom—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was clean and well-maintained, from the rooms to the outdoor spaces. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials for light cooking and BBQs, which made meal prep easy and enjoyable. We especially loved spending our evenings in the clean, inviting yard and pool area. The owner lives nearby, which made check-in and checkout smooth and hassle-free. We’d absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Had an amazing time in Vegas! Doug the property owner was very kind, accommodating and responsive to any of our questions during our stay and even came over to clean the pool from debris when we arrived. The only downside was the cleanliness of the property. We had to clean light switches, remotes, cupholders in the furniture, etc, that were dirty/sticky. The outside area was the part that was most disappointing, as it was worn, stained, and not clean. The property location is perfect, as it is close to everything which made the trip very easy to plan activities. Would have been a gold star location if it was updated and sanitized properly. I would definitely stay at this property again, however, only if changes were made to the issues mentioned. Again, Doug was a fantastic host.

Great place to get away from the strip when you need a break, and bring the dogs or kids. Great back yard oasis and only 15 minutes from the strip. Owner lives next door and is very responsive. Well equipped home has all your needs covered. Our dogs loved it too!

Las Vegas VRBO Home

Everything was fantastic, just as described. We had no surprises, which is unexpected when renting someone else's home. All bedrooms well furnished and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was new and modern wiith top of the line appliances, and fully stocked. The yard was huge, clean and inviting. The pool was fantastic, we used it everyday. Kids loved it and the many other activities outside, like full sand volleyball court, hot tub, lots of pool toys, corn hole, and plentiful seating options. Great new grill we used often. They even had new boxed food items, condiments, and cooking staples to use. Host was super friendly and available, and greeted us upon arrival, providing great information for local kids activities, and restaurant suggestions. All in all, perfect family vacation in the perfect home away from home.

Girls Trip

Better than we expected, right down to the personal service from the owner! House is clean inside and out with lots of seating for our large group. Beds and bathrooms are comfortable & very well stocked.Outside seating and pool is fabulous, thank you for a great experience.

Amazing House and Yard!

Clean and spacious home. Amazing backyard. All the little touches you could think of- i even found a book to read! Doug was so kind, and a great host. He was quick to respond to all questions and was a great help. He put together a great list of things to do and places to eat- we did a lot of what he suggested (things not even on our radar) and it made the visit that much better! This was, overall, an excellent stay!

Perfect Vacation Home

Family Christmas 2024

We had the greatest time here! Doug, our host, welcomed us, gave us the quick rundown, and was always so readily available and quick to respond to any questions we had. This property was very well stocked from the kitchen pantry to the toiletry and linen shelves, and even the closet stocked with puzzles and games! The outdoor area is beautiful. Our little doggy was spoliled with all the outdoor space. And the hot tub was perfect for the chilly winter days.Thank you so much, Doug! You set us up perfectly for our wonderful Christmas getaway!

Family Thanksgiving

Doug's house was perfect for 5 adults. It was very clean and well stocked. We were able to prepare an entire Thanksgiving dinner. The hot tub was appreciated after long active day trips. Location is perfect, off The Strip in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to get to all venues. Doug is quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Amazing property

This property has everything! Lots of space inside and out. The outdoor living space is amazing with several areas to enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped for any kind of cooking we wanted to do. There were plenty of towels for everyone. Doug was definitely a super host, ready to help with any request. I would highly recommend this property.

Appreciate the details

Had a great time at this property. Rarely is the house as described or photographed. This was very accurate, owner was responsive and accommodating. I appreciated the details with little things like multiple chargers by the beds, directions for use on items in the house, clear checkout instructions. Lots of ways to relax in the back yard. I would stay again!

I am a displaced mid-western farm boy. After living in San Francisco for 8 years, I moved to Vegas to slow down a bit and bought this house. I did a lot of remodeling and updating...including 100% desert landscaping and solar pool heating. When I outgrew the space I just couldn't part with the house and started vacation renting it in June of 2014. I didn't like the level of service the management company was providing so I took it back and am now managing it myself. I still live in this awesome neighborhood in the house next door.

I look forward to meeting my guests. I do my best to meet you at check in, say thank you person and give you a tour. I now have several return guests who find my hospitality, comforts and location unbeatable.

I am a licensed real estate broker/salesperson in the state of Nevada. If you happen to be thinking about relocating, I'd be happy to help you find the perfect home in Las Vegas.

I call it easy living. I've updated all of the appliances, took down a wall to open the space up and made great improvements in the back yard. The orange turf is actually the same turf used when the Wynn opened to advertise Avenue Q! It's fun and a great way to conserve our precious water in the desert.

My house was always the social house. My friends found it very easy to get to from all over the valley. Fremont street is 4.1 miles and I can get to Caesar's Palace in about 15 minutes...I'll share the back street tricks to save you a bunch of time.

If you are a golfer, the Las Vegas 'Muni' golf course is less than 1/2 mile away.
