Cette villa joliment confortable est entièrement équipée avec une piscine privée chauffée, wifi et télévision par satellite. Idéalement situé au bord de la 3e trou du parcours de golf avec vue imprenable sur la mer et les falaises. Situé dans un quartier attrayant et calme, idéal pour un séjour de détente, mais avec d'excellentes installations pour les plus actifs à distance de marche. La Villa dispose de plusieurs terrasses avec soleil toute la journée, meubles de terrasse et transats sont fournis avec un barbecue, idéal pour manger al fresco. La villa est très spacieuse avec un grand salon, télévision à écran plat, WiFi, centre de musique. Il y a des portes françaises menant du salon à une grande belle terrasse, ensoleillée avec la piscine privée chauffée .Il est entièrement équipé et très cuisine bien équipée, y compris machine à laver avec une salle à manger pour accueillir 4 personnes. Il y a deux chambres, l'une avec un lit double et l'autre avec deux lits simples et une salle de bains familiale / salle d'eau.

Excellent accommodation and location

This Villa was brilliant for us. We are two retired people who wanted comfortable accommodation within easy walking distance of the sea and close to local facilities, but we got much more. The Villa was very clean, parking was really good, the pool was excellent as was the satellite TV. The host was very accommodating, even letting us stay later on the final day because of our flight time. Thoroughly enjoyable experience and would highly recommend.

The only issue we had were with the directions given from the airport. They needed to be more detailed. However Josie ( key lady) was very, very helpful and made sure we got there and showed us how to get to nearest large super,arket. Thanks Josie

Great place! Well equipped villa

We had a great time! When we arrived, Josie was present to show us around and hand over the keys. The villa is great! Pool is heated and nice place to cool down. Bit too small to really do some swimming. One bedroom is locked (private property of the owners). The terrace is perfect (always a place to enjoy the sun) and well equipped. For us the beds were a bit hard. In front of the villa there is a bar / cafe with public pool. In the weekends it can be a bit noisy (live music), but we didn't mind. You are close to the airport, so once in a while airplanes are flying over. The area is great. Located on a golf course with lots of hiking possibilities, shops and restaurants nearby (walking distance) and also a small supermarket. We noticed that the weather at the Amarilla golf course is perfect. Tenerife has around 20 micro climates, but the area of Amarilla is the best! Always sunshine! We traveled a lot, so we know! One thing to mention: there are 8 English TV channels.

DISSAPOINTED

The position of this villa is exceptional & a perfect location with beautiful views and is very pretty outside. Unfortunately the inside is very tired & every time you get food out its over run with ants. Josie did try to help with those. This is also a 3 bedroomed villa with en-suite & main bathroom, but unfortunately the 3rd bedroom with the en-suite is locked with no access to renters. The villa is advertised as a 2 bed so until our arrival we had no idea it was actually a 3 bed & only the 2 smaller bedrooms available. The description states there is a double bed in 1 room, it is NOT its only a three quarter bed NOT suitable for a couple to sleep together with temperatures of 23 degrees at night, especially with no air conditioning only a fan. The 3rd bedroom had twin beds as described, which we pushed together, we don't know how this villa could sleep 5. On our 2nd day we found the pool was NOT heated as stated & had not even been prepared for our arrival, my husband actually had to clean the leaves out of the filters & a pool man had to visit who had to top up the gas as the pump wasn't working properly. It took days for it to warm up, and it was only cleaned & chlorine added 6 days in to our 10 day holiday. Also from our 2nd day there was a strong smell of drain sewage, which we thought was coming from the bathroom so I bought a bottle of bleach hoping to get rid of the smell. It actually got worse & was unbearable & disgusting especially as sleeping near the stench. Eventually & after purchasing 2 bottles of bleach we realised it was coming from the locked room. The stench actually coming from the en-suite as no one had ever been in & cleaned the room. Josie, the lady that met us on our arrivel told us that no one had stayed in the villa since March this year (2016) so for 6 months that room had never been cleaned or aired as only the manager had a key. The manager had to visit whilst we were out to unlock the door and try to clean using bleach, but had to resort to putting parcel tape all around the outside of the room & over the lock, with towels across the bottom of the door as the smell was so bad. This worked thank god 3 days before the end of our holiday. It was not nice to keep passing a taped up room, it was like a crime scene. We had no offer of some of our money back or a proper apology, we were not even contacted to see if the smell was any better. Sorry but not as expected, No I won't be recommending. Photos available.

This is the first negative review received from any of our former guests for this property, during the guests stay we were contacted at least two or three times daily with various complaints and issues. We would like to clarify a few misleading points mentioned in this review: 1. The Villa is clearly advertised as a two bedroomed property , when guests queried the locked 3rd door on arrival they were informed that it was the owners private room. 2. The interior has been recently restored and is definitely not tired. 3. Ants: Open empty pizza boxes left lying around undoubtably attract ants. 4. Previous guests have not complained about the size of the double bed, beds in general in Spain tend to be on the small side and this matter is being dealt with. 5. Only two people booked in so remark about 'sleeps 5' irrelevant. 6. Their day 2 complaint about pool not heated ?? Regarding comment "not even having been prepared". Full maintenance was carried out the day before their arrival. We requested guests to cover the pool each evening which was ignored so the temperature dropped considerably at night and debris was deposited into the pool by the high winds that the area was experiencing. 7. We were not notified of the bad smell until one week after arrival.....not day 2. 8. Info regarding villa empty since March was misunderstood because there had been many guests since March but the owners had not been in residence since March. 9. Parcel tape used to hopefully ensure that any bad aromas did not escape. The remark about 'feeling like a CRIME SCENE' petty and melodramatic. 10. 'Proper apology' all issues were addressed, departure time was waived to enable the guests to remain in situ until their late evening flight time requirements. Was this not adequate? During a farewell visit on the morning of their departure , the only topic discussed was a disappointment at not feeling in the best of health due to 'a cold'. We are so very sorry that these guests felt the need to write such a untruthful and negative review especially after all the hours of personal attention spent with them and their everlasting issues ..

We just got back from a 10-day trip at this amazing villa. The villa was equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was also a large, heated pool. The location was generally quiet. The only thing that was a bit bothersome was the airplane noise, since the villa was only about 15 kilometers from the airport. But it wasn’t too bad. Supermarkets, restaurants, and bars were nearby and easy to get to. The villa itself was also very clean, and the pool cleaner came every few days. Check-in was just as straightforward. We’d love to come back.

Lovely get-away

Just back from a fabulous, relaxing week at this terrific villa. We really enjoyed our 1-week holiday. Villa is set in a quiet location but there are restaurants, bars and supermarkets etc within reasonable walking distance. There is a Lidl supermarket about 15 min taxi journey away (approx 10 euro each way). There is a pool bar literally across the road (but not noisy) that we only went to once, but we would go to more often if we return. It does very good food. Outlook across the golf course was nice, with mount Teide within sight. We sat out on veranda daily and it was a lovely space, with both sun traps and shaded areas - so suitable for all. There is also a small roof terrace but we didn't use that. Heated pool was great for a dip and it was good that balls/floats etc were available, even for adults to enjoy! Property manager was very helpful, although we only needed to contact them once and it was much appreciated that we were able to have a late check-out on our final day to accommodate an evening flight. There was some drilling/groundworks being done close to villa that created some noise during weekdays but this was simply unfortunate timing. The villa was extremely clean, among the cleanest accommodation we have stayed in. It was well-equipped although it would have been helpful to have a little more of the basics e.g. there was only one bin liner left and half a toilet roll. Beds were very comfortable although they would benefit from proper pillows. Overall, a fantastic villa in a nice location which we would highly recommend, and we are definitely considering returning!!

Fantastic Relaxing Holiday

We stayed at the villa in March 2022, sorry for the late review. We hired a car at the airport and set off on the 20min drive to the villa, after driving for almost an hour we were lost😱 there was a problem with our GPS! Lesley & Miriam couldn’t have been more helpful they called me tracked our location and came and picked us up, brilliant!! Thankfully the rest of our holiday was stress free, totally chilled out for two weeks. The villa is in a quiet area over looking a golf course with the mountains behind, great sitting out early evening having your GnT watching the beautiful sunsets! There are bars and restaurants within walking distance, and a small supermarket 2 minutes walk. You will need a car if want to go to the bigger supermarkets, sightseeing and visiting the busier towns. The villa has everything you need, for a comfortable relaxing holiday, and the private pool is brilliant! If there’s any problems Lesley is only a phone call away to sort it out. The downside: the shower was very poor no pressure at all. No air conditioning, we were there in March so not too bad but it must be stifling hot in high summer! The pool is great but the steps getting in and out of it are very steep for older people and young children. The villa is on the flight path in and out the south airport with a flight every few minutes, but to be fair it didn’t bother us too much once you got used to it! Lovely villa but poorly maintained

Clean and pool lovely but cold, some lights not working, wires hanging from walls, toilet seat broken, pool cover torn to bits, shower head too weak to wash hair, only 1 fan for the whole property so too hot to sleep in April, holes in mesh at windows and gaps in doors so lots of mossies inside, TV not tuned in, keys not where the host said they’d be. We did let the host know about some problems we noticed on arrival but these were not resolved so didn’t bother asking them to look at anything else. Such a pity as this could have been a brilliant holiday.

We take great pride in our villas and consider our standards are high, as vouched by other recent reviews . As mentioned , the light switch was fixed in your absence on the first day of your holiday . As we did´nt hear from you again we understood everything was ok. In view of your complaints, on your departure day the pool temp was checked and read 28 degrees , the TV satellite system was also working . We have a team of professionals who would have certainly taken care of your issues if we had known about them .

Winter Sun

We have just got back from a week stay at this villa and it was such a lovely holiday. The villa is fabulous! Very spacious, clean, well equipped and the pool was by far our favourite! Heated and a great size! Our little girl loved swimming in it all day! (As did we!) The kitchen has been modernised since the photos were added which was a pleasant surprise. Double bed in the main bedroom was comfortable and our daughter slept well in one of the singles in the second bedroom. The large terrace was also lovely for lunches in the sun. There is a bar right opposite which does great pizzas! The staff there were amazing with our daughter. Drinks and food also reasonably priced. There is a small supermarket 5 mins walk from the villa which sells essentials, freshly baked bread etc. We got a taxi to the larger supermarket (around €6) to do a bigger shop and just topped up throughout the week from the smaller supermarket. Would definitely recommend this villa to couples or families and we will most definitely be staying again in the future! Thankyou Lesley for a wonderful stay!

Tolles Haus , aber mit viel Risiko

Das Haus ist sehr ansprechend und sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit der Sicherheit durch Einbruch ist es aber sehr schlecht bestellt. An den Eingangstüren sind nur ganz billige Schlösser, und die Türen selbst nur aus dünnem Glas. Unser Freund, welcher im Nachbarhaus wohnte , wurde Nachts im Schlaf überfallen und ausgeraubt, Dadurch wurde auch für uns ein ruhiges Schlafen unmöglich. Wenn die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen nicht besser werden, kann ich das Haus nicht mehr empfehlen. mfG

Enjoyed our stay, facilities were good, very quite part of town, small shop 5mins away along with a few bars and restaurants, 25min walk to the busier part of town, the Irish pub called the wild geese was buzzing every night so all in all a very enjoyable experience

Well maintained villa with lovely private pool

Clean, well stocked villa with lovely pool which was heated which is a bonus. Parking on site but driveway very narrow so wouldn’t recommend a big car though you could park on the street. Good communication overall with property manager. We did have a problem initially with the pool but it was rectified promptly which was much appreciated.

WONDERFUL TIME IN THIS LOVELY VILLA

We have just returned from a lovely relaxing week in this lovely property. Perfect quiet location, amazing views to wake up to and wonderful sunsets! Villa was spotless clean! Thankyou to lovely josie for her welcome and advice. Highly recommend!

Jennie and Dave had a great time in this Top Villa will be going back again Aircon would make it perfect as hard to sleep at night very hot

Beautiful Villa with amazing views

The process was simple from initial booking to checkout. Both Lesley and Josie were very helpful and easy to communicate with. The villa was just as described.

Schönes ruhiges Haus mit tollem Pool

Das Haus ist super schön und sauber. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten genug Platz. Die Küche ist neu eingerichtet und hat alles was man brauch! Der Pool ist toll und beheizt! Generell ein schöner Außenbereich mit ganztägiger Sonne! Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, jedoch liegt gegenüber eine Bar. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört. Ebensowenig die Flugzeuge aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in Laufweite sowie ein Steinstrand mit Riff (super für Schnorchler). Wer Sandstrand möchte und eine vielfältigere Auswahl an Unternehmungen und Bars etc. sollte sich besser ein Auto mieten. Generell würden wir das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten, es war super entspannend und Lesley war eine tolle und immer erreichbare Vermieterin!
