Cette maison de plage dispose de 6 chambres et 4 salles de bains, ce qui en fait la maison idéale pour une escapade multifamiliale. Il est situé dans la communauté fermée de Las Conchas à Rocky Point au Mexique et offre une vue incroyable sur la mer de Cortez. Il est à quelques pas de la magnifique plage de Las Conchas. C'est la maison de location idéale pour une grande famille ou plusieurs familles qui souhaitent passer des vacances à petit budget. Chaque chambre est savamment décorée et différente des autres chambres. Il dispose d'une cuisine et d'une salle à manger à service complet ou vous pouvez dßner sur le balcon donnant sur l'océan.
* L'occupation maximale est de douze (12) personnes.
** Louez cette maison pour trois nuits le week-end de vacances et deux nuits le reste de l'année.

Awesome place

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The owner was great and quick to answer any questions I had. The location is great; it’s just a quick walk to the beach. Super clean well taken care of home that was just as described. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Off road race in RP

We race offroad and are in Peñasco 4 times a year for races and at least a few other times for leisure and this is the best house we have stayed in. The owner/manager was very communicative and friendly.

Beautiful, quiet home close to the beach

We spent two nights at this lovely home with my husband's parents and brother's family. With 6 bedrooms and 4 baths there was plenty of room for privacy but also plenty of space for gathering together. The house has so much character and is really lovely. Just a short 5-minute walk from the beach and a hose on the front patio made it easy to wash off sand before going inside. We'd definitely stay again in the future.

Wonderful Place, Excellent Views!

I stayed over the weekend with 8 people and we easily could have fit 4 more. The house was in great condition and all the beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the top balcony view overlooking the ocean each morning. The owner lives in town and was immediately responsive when questions came up. The home is tastefully decorated with each room having a different theme. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. We were unable to get a solid wifi connection but it forced us to be off our phones and spend more time together. The only suggestion for the owner would be to provide more towels. Luckily we brought our own so it wasn't an issue. Thanks again for a lovely stay. I would rent here again.

Amazing House With Great Views

The instructions given by the owner were very detailed and easy to follow. The house was perfect for 12 of us to hang out while being able to have our own space. The ocean views were amazing. The entire family had a great time and we had all the equipment needed to cook. Beautiful house and the owner was super friendly, we will definitely be coming back.

Excellent Family Home Close to the Beach!

Great location close to the beach. Bob was easy to work with and available to answer any questions that came up. The entire process was super easy. A large home with plenty of space and excellent views. No groceries needed, just call or text Peter with Peters Tamales!! He is the man!!

Fast turnaround with a power outage

We were there during a pretty intense wind storm that knocked out the power. The owner responded immediately and got in touch with the power company. I was impressed by how quickly they got the power back on! The decor was super fun and the house felt very spacious. There are multiple balconies and a courtyard, which was nice when we had little kids waking up early while others were trying to sleep. The walk to the beach was maybe 2 minutes. You can see the ocean from the upper balcony and roof. We loved our stay.

Amazing home!

We went with another family so 11 people total. This house was perfect fit for us with plenty of space. Our favorite part was the roof top view! đŸ„° also the decorations were amazing, the courtyard with the showers were a game changer with kids....I could go on and on! Also such a short walk to the beach! Seriously we loved the place and had no complaints. Bob was fantastic to work with and we loved communicating with him and having him so near if we needed anything. We will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent location

My family and I stayed at La Grandeza from June 27-July2, 2021, 6 adults, 2 teens, and 2 children . We had an excellent experience. Bob was very prompt to reply to my messages He gave us great suggestions on where to eat. The home itself is beautiful and very spacious . It has 4 bedrooms downstairs, and two upstairs. The master bedroom is upstairs. This home is within walking distance to a beautiful, quiet beach. It was never crowded when we were there. We felt very secure here. Security is driving around all day. We highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back next year.

I stayed at this property with my adult sons and there children. It has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Lots of room. Walking distance to the beach. Best price I found in the area with that many rooms and it was a beautiful property.

Very nice and big for big families

Everything was good the house was big for larger families. Check in process was good it was clean . The only thing is I felt like we needed to walk on eggshells since the owner lives in garage . Other then that everything was good .

Amazing beach house

We chose this location as a family not only for the amazing artistry and decoration but for how close and safe it was to the beach. The house is about 10-15 minutes away from the center of town but is well worth the booking. The decorations in the house gave it a very homey feel. The views from the second deck lets you know why you chose the place as you get the cool sea breeze and amazing views of the ocean. The house was completely stocked as well with pots and pans, which is super helpful if your looking to skip breakfast in town and save some money. You cannot beat the view! Also a very calm neighborhood with constant security which makes you feel more at ease if you are visiting from out of state/country. This home would be amazing for multiple or single families as it has the space to accommodate. Overrall very happy with our experience as this was our first time using Vrbo. We are definitely looking to book again in the near future with Bob. Thank you!

Huge comfy home!

A group of friends and I stayed here for the weekend and enjoyed every bit of it! This house is Huge!! Has great patio views and numerous rooms some have multiple beds in them which was soo convenient. I highly recommend staying here!
