Cuisine, salon et salle Ă  manger entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©s avec terrasse agrandie! Tous les nouveaux gros appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers! Superbes comptoirs en granit et nouveaux meubles partout! Nouveaux sols en travertin! La chambre principale offre un lit king size, une salle de bain privĂ©e et un accĂšs au patio. La deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit king size et salle de bain privĂ©e. We come to rocky point a couple time each summer, this was a Wonderful house, right on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Great stay! It’s right on the beach, got a beautiful view of the ocean and went for walks every morning. It was very welcoming and fantastic that every room had its own bathroom, well equipped, and clean, would definitely would recommend!

Amazing place!

This house is perfectly located, gorgeous views, and has an excellently stocked kitchen for all your needs. Bedrooms are large and the beds are comfy. No complaints at all! We loved it!

Perfect family vacation

The hosts were very helpful and gave very clear instructions. The house and casita were beautiful, and very spacious. There was plenty of room for our party of 10. House was located right on the beach. Will definitely be coming back next time we are in town.

Peaceful stay

Location and floor plan was great. Step from door to back patio a bit of a hazard as well as steps from patio to beach. Loads of plates but other serving pieces and utensils lacking. Back porch wonderful! All in all a great time had by all!

We had an amazing time with our family! Plenty of room and the back porch has shade at all times of the day which is perfect for those of us that sunburn! The beach was clean and lovely, barely any real rocks and the water was absolutely perfect. Kayak's provided worked well and was a new activity for us. The house itself was clean and well stocked with plenty of plates/cups/ eating utensils, food prep items.... The recommendation of Peter's Tamales was excellent, he even custom made breakfast burritos for those of us with allergies! The microwave went on the fritz while we were there but they were out within the hour to help. AC worked GREAT the whole time, just had to keep bedroom doors slightly open at night otherwise they got too hot. The 10 gallons of bottled water provided was wonderful and even with 6 of us, didn't use all of it. We hope to stay here in the future!

Amazing Time!

We enjoyed staying at Casa Neblina and the Casita next to it. The house size was perfect. The patio view was large and the view to the beach was amazing ! 😊 walked on the beach at sunrise every morning. Had a great time !

Amazing!!!

This was an amazing rental!! Right on the beach! Sandy beach during high tide to swim, bogey-board and snorkel, during low tide we walked the rocks and tide pools and found shells and sand dollars!!! During high tide you can kayak or paddle board when the waves are calm. The house was clean and nice, the beds comfortable, everything worked and it everything was perfect for our family!!! We had meals delivered to the door by Peters Tamales- delicious and he was so nice!!! Vendors came to the beach right outside our door selling massages, souvenirs , and smoothies in pineapples which my kids loved!!!! It was just us on the beach as far as we could see, except the occasional local selling things. We had such a great experience!! Nicest rental and nicest part of the beach on los conchas we have had! We will definitely go back!!! The hosts are amazing!! We loved every minute!!!

Awesome place to stay!

This property was great! Right off the beach. Big hose and a large deck! You can’t go wrong with this house. We are renting this place again! Close to the main places to go! Owner can easily be reached.

Great time!

Older home but nicely updated inside. Nice, large covered patio where we spent most of our time when not on the beach. Cozy fires in the evening in the firepit. House sits on a nice stretch of beach that isn’t rocky like other areas. Super easy communication and good local recommendations from the Manager. We added the casita which is a nice option. Only complaint is the casita pull out sofa badly needs a new mattress. We had to move the person using it to the sofa in the house because it was that bad. We had to then shift everyone around so as to not leave the other young person in the casita alone. Not a huge deal but we would have just passed on the casita addition had we known. Overall, really wonderful weekend!!
