Ce magnifique condo 2BR / 2BA est tout ce dont vous rêvez en vacances ou en escapade en bord de mer. Vous venez de terminer un remodelage à 100% et une nouvelle disposition moderne en avril 2015, vous vous sentirez comme si vous aviez emménagé dans la maison modèle avec tout le confort et la fonction les plus récents ..... appareils haut de gamme, baignoire jacuzzi, 2 grandes télévisions à écran plat et avons-nous mentionné, une vue sur tout l'océan Pacifique pendant que vous êtes assis dans votre salle familiale ou sur le pont arrière. Le condo est situé au niveau principal, donc PAS de monter et descendre les escaliers jusqu'au parking et aux activités. 2 places de parking assignées et couvertes sont juste à l'extérieur de l'arrière du condo, et avec 2 patios avec chaises, vous pouvez passer des heures à vous détendre et regarder / écouter les vagues se briser en dessous sur le littoral.

Le Del Mar Beach Club est le meilleur développement sur le bluff de Solana Beach ....... 4 piscines, 2 zones de spa / sauna, centre de fitness, courts de tennis .... et un club-house pour se détendre avec une vue panoramique sur la Pacifique dans un environnement contrôlé par le climat.

La ville de Solana Beach est située à 20 minutes au nord de l'aéroport de San Diego et idéalement située entre tous les groupes de grands villages balnéaires ..... Solana Beach, Del Mar, La Jolla, Encinitas ...... et à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de LegoLand, Wild Animal Park, le zoo de San Diego ou le centre-ville de San Diego.

Lorsque vous avez une journée entière à explorer, essayez une excursion d'une journée au Mexique, dirigez-vous vers l'île de Catalina, ou même 1h30 au nord par l'autoroute et vous êtes à Disneyland!

Overall great place but very disappointed that there was construction going on the entire time we were there. Just picked a bad week I guess. The pools on the bluff were great and the location from the condo was perfect. In the patio closet there is beach stuff like chairs. The only other downside was that the complex outdoor hallway light shines directly into the unit through the frosted front door.

Thanks for staying and I apologize for HOA construction. We cannot always control them, but they have finished their fascia repair now and the new metal roofing looks great on our building. Come again soon, and let me know to give you a thank you credit !

Winter Getaway

Ocean breeze

This ocean front condo was a perfect escape from the Arizona heat. Very comfortable and clean. Take a short stroll down the stairs to beach or sit on patio and watch the dolphins. Loved it.

Beachfront fun

This property was clean and modern with beautiful views from the living room patio. The beach is less crowded and private, located steps down from the property. Our family enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

You can hear the crashing waves from the living room and enjoy the views and sunset. Very nicely furnished, clean, well cared for and comfortable. We will definitely rent again.

Lovely location!

Steve was super responsive, and the property was lovely. The view was just as pretty and dramatic as the photos looked. Beds were comfy, and maintenance to fix beeping fire alarm was very fast. Loved having the full kitchen; plenty of dishes. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect escape

My husband and I needed an escape from the CA desert and this property exceeded our expectations. The view is spectacular, the location could not be better and the unit itself was modern, updated, clean and provided everything one could possibly need while staying there. We hope to return again soon!!

Great location!

The location is probably one of the best in all of Del Mar Beach Club! Beautiful view of the ocean and only a few steps to the stairs down to the beach! The parking spot was close to the door and there were no stairs to climb with luggage. Everything was as expected and Steve was very quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very convenient location! View is amassing. Place was clean but kitchen could be supplied a bit better with cooking utensils & towels, drawers smelled a bit musty. Just needed more time in dryer before stocking. A few small quirks during stay but response from host was very good.

Sunsets on the Pacific!

This VRBO was outstanding. The perfect location.. right on the ocean.. lovely sunsets. Walks on immaculate beach.. the water surprisingly warm! Everything inside the condo was high end. And check in and out a breeze.. I’m hoping we can return next year.. we will definitely stay here! Thanks Steve!

Perfect Beach View

Very pleasant condo and a good siize for 4 adults and a well-equipped kitchen. The owner was quick to respond to questions|concerns. One drawback: if you’re a bit mobility challenged: it’s a long flight to f stairs to get up and do an to the beach but the view of the Pacific Is unobstructed and dramatic. If I’m in the area, I would stay again.i

Breathe in that Ocean air, soak up the sunsets

An excellent choice as the condo overlooks the ocean making it tough to miss those idyllic sunsets. Love hearing the sound of the waves crashing during the day when stuck on laptop. Better, still, to walk right down the steps to the beach for a long walk. Congo is up to date, well appointed with a great kitchen, dining and hang out area. Easy parking and convenient location. Walk to restaurants too. No reason not to book!
