Being in the heart of Chicago, with the Red Line right on the corner and so many attractions within walking distance, really makes it easy to experience the city without needing a car. And we agree — the views are a huge part of what makes the stay special, both during the day and when the city lights up at night. We work hard to provide a true Penthouse experience, and we’d be very happy to host you again anytime.

We're also happy you found the views spectacular and appreciated the amenities and our hospitality. And yes, having Jewel-Osco conveniently located right in our building makes it easy to pick up groceries or anything else you might need during your stay. We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the seating. As for the balcony, that particular residence is one of the few in the building without one due to the original architectural design, but we're happy you were still able to enjoy the incredible skyline views. The best restaurants within walking distance. The Mag Mile and River just a few blocks away. The views are the very best the city has to offer.
