Cette belle maison est idéale pour un grand événement ou une grande réunion de famille. Cette belle maison du côté du golfe mesure 269 m², comprend six chambres, six salles de bain et peut accueillir confortablement jusqu’à 18 personnes.

304 Ariola Drive est géré professionnellement par Paradise Beach Homes.

Les portes avant mènent à une porte d'entrée lumineux avec des escaliers menant à l'étage principal. Ce salon à aire ouverte comprend une immense cuisine avec un long comptoir, de nombreux comptoirs et un très grand réfrigérateur / congélateur. Le salon a beaucoup de sièges confortables, télévision à écran plat mural et un bar. La table à manger, avec son assise de style banc, peut accueillir toute la famille au moment des repas. Trois chambres sont à la droite de la cuisine, le tout avec un accès terrasse. Chambre 1 a un lit king et salle de bain privée. Chambre 2 a deux lits queen et salle de bain privée. Chambre 3 dispose également de deux lits queen et une salle de bain privée. Trois autres chambres sont sur le côté opposé de la maison. Chambre 4 a deux lits queen et une salle de bain privée. Chambre 5 dispose d'un lit king et utilise un bain de couloir qui dessert également le salon. La chambre 6 est une suite principale avec accès au pont, un très grand lit et une grande salle de bain privée avec baignoire à jets de jardin et douche vitrée.

La plate-forme du niveau principal est incroyable avec des coins salons ouverts et ombragés, une grande table à manger et des balustrades en acrylique transparent pour une vue imprenable sur le golfe. Les escaliers depuis le pont mènent directement au sable blanc et à l’eau émeraude. La zone de parking sous la maison est grande et ouverte pour beaucoup de stationnement couvert et espace de divertissement supplémentaire.

This was a beautiful property. We hosted my family and had 14 guest stay comfortably. There was easy access to the beach and the spacious deck allowed family to be together both on the property and on the deck coming and going with ease. A bonus was watching the dolphin from living room. The huge refrigerator and ice machine came in very handy as well. Come prepared with beach towels and chairs as the property does not provide those.

Great for our family vacation!

Wonderful property for our family vacation! We were so impressed with the property, the cleanliness, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. One note that might help others traveling with little kids, there is not a great spot for a pack and play because the rooms are all packed with beds but we made it work. We've already booked again for next year!

More than enough kitchen utensils. Children and grandchildren loved the house and loved the location as did I. Very clean and loved that all but one of the bedrooms had a bathroom attached but the one that didn't have a bath attached the bathroom was in the hall for it.

I found the house very conveniently located and the house itself roomy and pretty well equiped. We were not sure about the lack of fundamental supplies in the house so we had to bring or buy everything ( like salt and pepper etc) I wish we had brought more basics

The property management and La Dolce Vita were wonderful. If something was needed they were there before we knew it! Yet for the price it would be nice to have chairs and umbrellas included in the rental!

Most Comfortable House Ever

It was not the fanciest but was the most comfortable home we have ever stayed in. Plenty of room to spread out, great location, close to an uncrowded beach and very clean. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this home! The home was well maintained and very clean. The location was easy to find and access from the main roads. There is a plethora of restaurants and shops in the area, but we catered most of the meals to minimize our need to leave the house. The beach is easily accessible and the view was lovely. The deck was spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend this house to others. This home is our top location for future stays. My many thanks for the lovely stay. Dr. G
