Chambre des maßtres au deuxiÚme étage avec un lit king et une terrasse extérieure donnant sur l'océan Atlantique. salle de bain en marbre avec baignoire à jet d'air. Entrée privée à la reine chambre à coucher avec salle de bain privée avec douche. DeuxiÚme chambre à coucher à cÎté de une chambre avec lits jumeaux queen. Salle de bain moderne avec baignoire qui sert de cette aile. Cuisine granit, appareils en acier inoxydable. Waterfront salon et salle à manger. Situé sur un acre avec pelouse énorme. Situation calme, trÚs privé.

Beautiful House; Great Location

This was the perfect spot for a great family vacation. Close to town and to South Beach (and to the bike path that runs between them). The shallow bay in front of the house was an endless source of entertainment for the kids, including kayaking, paddleboarding, and looking for sea creatures (clams, scallops, hermit crabs, horseshoe crabs, fish). The birdwatching is also great, and the yard is big enough for wiffleball or touch football. The outdoor shower came in quite handy. The house itself is well maintained, comfortable, and very well equipped, with everything we needed. The beds are comfortable and the area is private and quiet, so we got plenty of rest. We loved every minute of our stay and we can't wait to return.

Breathtaking Views!!!

We would highly recommend this property. The owner was easy to work with and answered all our questions promptly. We had our daughters wedding on the property and it exceeded our expectations!! There is a large side yard and a cute dock down to the bay-great for photos. The views from almost every window overlook the dunes, Katama Bay and the ocean. It is very clean and most of the furniture has been recently updated. If you like to clam, the best clamming is right out your back door. Location is close to South Beach and a great bike ride into town. 3 of the bedrooms are on the first floor with the master in the second with a balcony. Very private for all guests. We cannot say enough but you will enjoy your stay here!

Amazing house! Amazing location!

We had an amazing stay at this house! The house itself is a bit older (perhaps built in the 1960's). But it is so full of charm! We fell in love with the house and the location. It is clean and we felt very comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. We fell asleep at night to the sounds of the ocean. Private backyard on a 1-acre lot. Check-in was super easy. There were no issues during our stay and no need to contact the property manager. He responded quickly to my questions during the booking process. Well-stocked with basic necessities. We appreciated the kayaks. Beach chairs are also available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year.

Dream spot and stay

The day we cannot rent this property we will be so sad. The owners are kind, and accommodating. The property is in the perfect location, water access wise, biking and more. Each of us were so grateful to have spent time here.

Relaxing Stay

My family and I celebrated my wife's 30th birthday here in Martha's Vineyard and this home was spectacular for it. We enjoyed watching the high tide and low tide of Katama Bay, along with kayaking/paddle boarding. Very relaxing!

Amazing location!

We stay here year after year , it never disappoints. Location couldnt be better and john is always a pleasure to deal with! Never had an issue. Will continue to book this house year after year

Fabulous house in an awesome location!

We had an outstanding week in Katama. The best views around. The house is very well equipped, with kayaks, a paddleboard, beach chairs, etc. You can either walk across the shallow bay to the beach or bike or drive down to the main South Beach entrance. The kitchen has everything you need and the beds are comfortable. Great cross breeze cools things off most days. All in all, it couldn’t be better. We look forward to returning!

Perfect Location

Our second stay here was just as perfect as the first. The house is beautiful and well-equipped, the views are incredible, and the access to the ocean and to town via the bike path is great. The kids loved exploring the shallow bay and walking over to the basically deserted beach. We can't say enough great things about it!

Perfect location, beautiful water views

House was very well mantained, very clean and updated. The house was situated on a beautiful lot with the backyard being edgartown harbor-really the perfect location, we went kayaking and paddle boarding! Across the way (which you can walk to in low tide) is the beach. Located on a quiet street which made for great walks with the kids. I would reccommend this house for anyone looking for a nice relaxing location and water views and water access, The owner was very accessible before and during my stay. I plan on staying here next year!! Thanks John for lending us your house for a beautiful fun filled vacation!
