We Love The Terrace! Right on beach, we usually park and never leave til check out! Salt Life Restaurant ,The Sand Bar and grill , convenience store are all walking distance! The condo was well stocked and very clean!

It was perfect for us, balcony was great. We had a view of the ocean without looking over a parking lot. Covered parking was plus. Bed was comfortable and clean. Walking distance to two restaurants. Easy short drive to downtown and close to Fort Clinch. Just two small things to note… we got locked out when we went to check the pool out and had to go around to the parking area to get back in. And the dark shower curtain blocked all the light in the shower hahaha, so just don’t shut that all the way lol. We will definitely come back!!!

The location was perfect. The condo was very clean. Communication with the host was very easy and they were very responsive.The only thing was the pots and pans could use an upgrade because the Teflon was peeling off

This condo is the absolute perfect place to stay! My husband and I needed a weekend getaway so I booked here! We walked to dinner every night, the beach was only steps away, and the room was super clean, stocked with everything we needed! I will recommend this place as well as stay here again in the future! There was easy parking and check in/out. Definitely book here if you’re needing a relaxing trip!

Excellent location. Boardwalk to the beach, about 100 feet out the door. Restaurant next door. Easy parking, private secure building and interior doors. Easy, short drives to city, county and state parks. Easy access to historic district. Lots of eating and shopping options. Very nice staff all across town.

Perfect place for a couple, just the right size, and a quick walk to a uncrowded beach, with the Sandbar restaurant right there. It’s a quick drive to the charming town of Fernandina Beach. Lots of restaurants and shops. Highly recommend the sunset cruise from the dock at the end of Centre Street (aka Atlantic Ave)
