Very cute apartment has everything you need, the host was great with response time and helping to answer any questions that I had. I definitely would use this host again! It is situated in a very cute walkable beach town with lots of food and boutique shops.

We had a very nice day, the location is great. It’s just about two blocks from historic downtown Cocoa and right across the street from water. Although it wasn’t swim weather when we were there, the pool was beautiful. The apartment and the apartment and the apartment complex are clean and well kept.

Great stay!

This was a great place to stay! Terrific location, within easy walking distance of the village shops and restaurants. A very cozy, well equipped property. It was perfect for my wife and I. We especially loved the porch and swing with a view of the river.

Cute Place!

This rental was a perfect spot to stay before our cruise. It was quaint and quiet. The balcony was a great spot to relax.

Apartment was in Cocoa Beach, convenient location prior to cruising out of Port Canaveral. Apartment was clean and very comfortable, well appointed. Highly recommend!

Great stay before a cruise

Stayed here the weekend before our cruise and it was in a great location. The downtown area of Cocoa was a great surprise. The place was very nice and loved the swing.

This site was even better than expected. Excellent. Bedroom and living room view of the Banana River, the patio is great - and the only patio at the entire complex. Also the best parking spot at the complex - closest and shaded. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Photo is of sunrise over the Banana River - just a 30-second walk across the street from the condominium.

We had a great stay and will do it again! The balcony is a plus, we sat out there multiple times. I even enjoyed a surprise of a life time, I got engaged on the balcony!

Quick getaway and concert

My wife and I enjoyed 2 nights there. The balcony is great and the location is perfect. We were in town for a concert at Cocoa Riverfront Park, which is only about a 7 minute walk through Cocoa Village. All of the neighbors we met were very nice and it was quiet the whole time. The apartment had everything we needed which allowed us to pack light! Can’t wait to go again!
