Es war sehr bedauerlich, dass es ein Problem im Haus gab, das die Nutzung des Hauptschlafzimmers nicht erlaubte, und deshalb haben wir Ihnen angeboten, in eine alternative Villa zu ziehen. Da Sie sich für einen Aufenthalt entschieden haben, haben wir angeboten, den Pool kostenlos zu heizen. Dann ist die Poolpumpe in Ihrer zweiten Woche ausgefallen und wir haben sofort den Pooltechniker geschickt, um das Problem zu beheben. Sie haben erst beim Auschecken gemeldet, dass das Wasser nicht die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht hat. Für eine Lösung ist es zu spät. Wir haben auch den Pool gereinigt, um die durch das Feuer verursachte Asche zu beseitigen. Feuerasche kann für einige Tage in der Luft sein, daher können wir nur annehmen, dass dies das Problem war. Wir freuen uns, dass Sie insgesamt Ihren Aufenthalt genossen haben. Leider passieren manchmal Dinge, die sich unserer unmittelbaren Kontrolle entziehen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Kommentare.
