It was pretty much what was expected since it was the 10th visit to the Sandpiper condos. Great location is the top attraction of the place.

This is a beautifully appointed unit! Moreover, the owners are wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend this condo for a stay in the Jax Beach area! We will MOST DEFINITELY request to book for our future visits to the area!

Great ocean views and comfy condo with well-equipped kitchen and linens. The manager was wonderful - very quick to respond to questions and very helpful through the whole visit.

Jacksonville Beach Stay

Enjoyed our week at Jacksonville Beach. Right on the beach with beautiful view. Everything we needed. Many restaurants close by. Safe harbor seafood restaurant is phenomenal.

Great location and beautiful view

This condo was very well stocked, extremely clean, so close to the Mayo Clinic, and a variety of different foods! A very short walk to the beach or pool. It is so relaxing and a great view from the balcony. Overall a wonderful place to stay!! The host is the best an so helpful. Thanks for making our stay a great one.

Great location

We stayed with 17, 11 and 5 YO. Enjoyed the beach everyday! Appreciated that there were tons of nice bath towels, and kitchen had everything we needed to eat in.

Nice apartment by beach

Overall good place. Only reason not 5 star is due to some water leak issues by window then raining hard and slower WiFi (7mbs). I would stay here again.

Great place to stay

Plenty of room for 3 or 4 adults. The kitchen/living area is pretty spacious. Nice easterly view from the balcony was perfect for December sunrise. Comfy soft beds, comfy sofa, Keurig machine for coffee, no smell in the rooms, neighbors were quiet. You can’t go wrong renting this place.

Fantastic stay!

Condo was very nice. Perfect size for a family of 4. Right on the beach. Nice view of the ocean. Property is well maintained. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Will stay here again on our next trip to Jacksonville Beach!

Mayo Clinic stay

Condo was perfect for my friends mayo clinic appointments. I do wish I knew more about the current construction that was going on. They had no complaints and very happy with communicating with Sheila. Thank yoU!

Great condo

There is nothing I can say negative about our stay. This was our second vacation staying at Sand Piper and likely will not be our last. It’s a great deal for the money and beautiful view as well as a very short walk to the beach and ocean. The manager was very attentive and helpful.

It was really nice to look out the slider and see the beach

Unfortunately my family and I were not over there for vacation but to have a procedure done at the Mayo Clinic. The location for the property was close and provided a peaceful ambience to relieve the stress of surgery. There is plenty to do around the area including food and shopping. We will definitely be going back for a vacation! The apartment was very cute and included everything we needed while being away from home

The best trip!

Tasia a professional cleaner I am very nervous about going on many trips. This location was clean, I had only a couple of comments which is rare! The location is perfect, you are right on the beach. There is tons of food and shopping within blocks of the condo. We barely left the local area the whole week we were there. Excellent stay and will be back again! Very satisfied!
