Magnifique appartement de 85 m2, comprenant deux chambres et deux salles de bain, situé en centre-ville, juste à côté des Ramblas et de la Plaça Catalunya. Spacieux, confortable et moderne, décoré avec goût. L’immeuble est très sûr, avec interphone et ascenseur, et tous les équipements nécessaires pour vous sentir comme chez vous, dans le plus grand confort, à Barcelone!

Ce spectaculaire appartement se trouve en plein centre de Barcelone, à quelques mètres seulement de la Plaça Catalunya. Sur cette place convergent les célèbres Ramblas et le superbe Passeig de Gràcia, l’avenue commerciale la plus chic de la ville, avec ses nombreux immeubles Art Nouveau catalan comme la Pedrera, œuvre de l’architecte Antoni Gaudí.


L’appartement a été entièrement restauré dans le pur style du Barcelone actuel. Son emplacement est imbattable : à environ 100 m de la Plaça Catalunya, des Ramblas et du célèbre Passeig de Gracia.

We enjoyed our stay - the apartment was in a fantastic location. Easy walk or metro to most major sites. The apartment was well fitted and comfortable. We had a small issue that was handled by the hosts. They are super fast to respond via WhatsApp and it was a wonderful added benefit to be able to leave our luggage at the office in the morning until the apartment was ready. Very good experience - Enjoybcn was so great.

Great BCN location

We enjoyed our 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment and its superb location near Placa Catalunya . Easy walking to the Gothic area and access to metro and buses for further excursions. Personnel at Enjoybcn were very helpful and available via WhatsApp which made contacting them easy.

Perfect location

This home was perfect for our group of 4! Set in a perfect location, walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see. The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for small families or a small group of friends. The company was very accommodating and took our luggage for us on arrival since the home wasnt ready yet. I would definitely stay again when in Barcelona!

Great Location to Explore

My family of 5 stayed here to explore Barcelona! Great location to get anywhere from restaurants to sights. Place was well done and very comfortable and easy to access when we arrived. On top of that the EnjoyBCN was an incredible partner and was great in assisting us. Sara there was an incredible help and really attentive. We would definitely come back!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

2 couples stayed here for 3 nights. Place is pretty spacious, however one bedroom is definitely A LOT smaller than the other, bathrooms are small but overall the the place is clean and efficient. The location cannot be beat, we've stayed in Barna multiple times over the last year and this is by far the best location of all the rentals we have stayed at... doesn't get better than this.

Perfect location & comfortable apartment

This was a wonderful experience. The apartment was comfortable, decorated in soothing colors, had a fabulous tapas restaurant right around the corner for breakfast and lunch/dinner. The owners/management were very responsive - showing up to replace burned out light bulbs and adjust the lock on the front door. Good value for money.

Quiet and clean, with some supply and maintenance issues

Overall it was great, as the fundamentals were met.Excellent soundproofing and was clean. Layout adequate for six people. Located in a good area. Communication was good.One shower had issues with water getting on the floor, and it couldn't stay at its set height (I tied it in place to get by). Some outlets must have tripped and did not work. Air conditioning wasn't strong but was effective if kept on for hours.Supplies were not generous for six people over four days, and did not include basics like conditioner and moisturizer.Getting the key at check-in requires walking a few blocks to the main office.

Barcelona Coliseum apartment

All was as explained, straightforward, clean and well equipped. The location is brilliant and the set up is ideal for families. Only improvements would be to put a door on the twin room and perhaps the addition of a desk or table in the sunroom area would mean there is somewhere to work rather than only the dining table.

Great place in very good location

Great place in very good location. Property was well kept and, moreover, the management company was incredibly responsive to our questions. Although there were only two of us staying there it was fun to have 2 bed/2 bath. Beware of slippery showers with drain tops that move - my wife did fall down. Face clothes would have been nice but we just went and bought some.

Clean and convenient!

We had a four year old and grandparents visiting Spain together. The apartment was clean and looked the same as the photos. The BCN staff was helpful to address our needs such as calling the airport for us on the delayed luggage. The location was perfect! We walked to Casa Batlló, La Rambla, La Sagrada Familia, and many amazing restaurants. The location is definitely for people who want to explore Barcelona!

Perfect place in the core of Barcelona

We were impressed. The apartment was even better then the description and perfect for us, as we were 2 families, each one with independent bathroom. All facilities fully equipped. Excellent beds and all beautifully clean, plus a mid term cleaning which we were not aware off. A big 10 for the team managing BCN- Coliseum - very nice, good sense of humor always there to help. A place I will recommend with pleasure to all my friends and a place I will try to return soon.

Clean, modern and very good location

We really enjoyed our stay in this modern and clean place. It has all we need. We are a family of four, with two daughters 9 and 11. We usually like to make our own breakfast: fried eggs and toast bread. The wash/dry machine was convenient but it caused some confusion since we didn't know Spanish. We were able to connect to the TV via Air Connect so we watched the Olympic ceremony. Check in place was a 7 minute walk, not so bad but I would like it simpler, like just a code into the place.

What a great location!

This property could not be in a better location for anyone who wants to explore all of Barcelona. 1 block from Catalunya plaza which is the heart of Barcelona and 20 minutes from airport and train station. There are no surprises here, the apartment is just as advertised. You have everything you need and the apartment is clean and well maintained. From here you can easily walk the entire Ramblas to the water, into the Barri Gotic and El Born (loved these two areas) and walk by many of the moderist architecture in Eixample as well as hop on the metro and go to all of these places very easily and inexpensively. I highly recommend this apartment and Barcelona is one of the must see cities of the world.

Great flat in the heart of the city

This was a fabulous flat for our group of 6 friends for just a 2 night stay in the city. It is small, but it was clean, had tons of supplies, and the property management group made everything super easy!! The air conditioning and lift were also huge benefits that are rare to find. One thing to note, the pullout looks like it’s a separate room but it is actually the sofa in the living room. That room also connects directly to another bedroom and there isn’t a door on one side. There’s plenty of privacy to be had, but it is open space. It’s a small place, so our large group was fine for just 2 nights but it would’ve been tight to be there much longer. But the beds are comfy and the whole place was super clean!!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location is very good and in walking distance to many interesting parts of town. Management company was also very helpful by allowing us to leave our bags at their office as we arrived in town early, and also providing a fan when there was a concern about the air conditioning. One inconsistent item in the listing is a number of bedrooms. It is listed as a three bedroom apartment, however, the third “bedroom“ is really the living room/dining area. Therefore, if this space is occupied as a bedroom, there is nowhere for other guests to sit and relax.

Nice, quiet apartment in convenient location

We visited Barcelona for the first time in August 2017 and we were quite happy with our stay here. The apartment is clean, well-furnished, and accurately reflected in the photos. We often made breakfast there before heading out for the day, and the kitchen is stocked with ample cookware/dishware/glassware to do so. There is a large Carrefour supermarket nearby on Las Ramblas and several small 24-hour minimarkets on the building’s block for picking up groceries, water, etc. Other amenities include air-conditioning (which we really appreciated since it was hot when we visited), dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Though the building is in a busy area, just a couple blocks away from Plaça de Catalunya, the apartment itself is nice and quiet as it doesn’t face the street. There are several metro stops nearby but we found it easy to walk everywhere—to neighborhoods like El Raval, Barri Gòtic, El Born, Eixample, Gràcia, Poble Sec, and Barceloneta. The management company that maintains the apartment is super helpful and their offices are conveniently located upstairs from the apartment. The friendly staff greeted us when we arrived and gave us great recommendations for our visit, which we appreciated.

Not really for 4 adults travelling

This apartment was clean and quite bright but we would not stay again. There is a lovely front bedroom which accesses directly to living/ seating area which was quite nice, though only had one couch which sat three. The second bedroom was the same size as a cruise ship cabin and had an ensuite. No room even for a suitcase unless you unpacked and stored the suitcase . It is very noisy in that back room if your neighbours decide to have a party. The only window on the back room is into a shaft between all the apts so very bright at night if the neighbours have the lights on. (Which ours did along with parties 3/4 nights). This room might work for two children. It also had no ventilation unless bedroom door open - rest of apt had comfortable A/C. So it was clean and equipped kitchen but hard to recommend for two travelling couples. I already mentioned the laci of hair dryer to the management company. But location is good so may mitigate some of the drawbacks.

Great experience in Barcelona

The apartment was in a great location and overall, the stay there was a very good experience for us. No complaints about cleanliness or anything. We would use EnjoyBCN again, and would also recommend it to friends. We recommend Citrus restaurant a few blocks away; we went there twice and had great meals both times. I will mention only a few minor problems, but only for informational purposes. - the wifi was not accessible from the master bedroom, probably because the router was at the other end of the apartment. This was quite inconvenient if we wanted to use wifi in the bedroom. Instead, we had to go to the living room to use wifi. - the sink drain in the master bathroom was stuck, so water did not drain easily from the sink. We could not figure out how to raise the drain plug. - we had a lot of trouble unlocking the door to the apartment, every day. Even though two very nice employees of EnjoyBCN came to the apartment and showed us how, my wife and her sister still had problems. This may be more our fault, not understanding how the unlocking works on such doors. But it was a constant problem. I don't know what you could to change things; it was probably more our inability to understand the workings of the lock than anything else. - taking out the trash the last day - the directions to trash containers on the street did not work - we couldn't find the containers from the map in the apartment, for trash, recycling, etc. We finally just put everything in a container we found down the street.

I am not a fan

The location of this apartment is perfect - around the corner from The Ramblas - in between a lot of top attractions - and a 30 minute walk to the Mediterranean. But downtown Barcelona has its drawbacks - from our experience the worst of which is a sewage system that doesn't always function well. From what I finally learned after two days of a sewage smell in the master bedroom (the second night it was awful) someone had not closed the valve in the shower correctly and the sewage gas was coming up instead of venting down. But you could also periodically smell sewage coming from the airshaft and outside in the hallway. I don't know why it took two days to figure that out but it was way long enough to sour me on this apartment. The service people who help you are nice and well meaning but not really organized so they are not the best source for local places to go. We asked for a dinner recommendation one night and were sent to a restaurant that was supposed to treat us well because the employee knew the owner and they had forgotten to include its name. When we checked every restaurant in the building no one had a record of a reservation for us. They do refresh the apartment halfway through a week's stay which was nice. Once the sewage smell was gone the apartment was quite pleasant. The layout is kind of strange - we needed the sofa bed and so the living room was pretty much unavailable while people were sleeping and with their stuff everywhere. The front of the apartment has a small table with chairs but we did not eat in much as It wasn't very conducive to sharing anything but a takeout meal. In America or in a hotel they would have comped us for a few nights or offered some sort of giveback or extra for the sewage. My request to be moved to another apartment was ignored. Even though it was clear the fault was theirs they tried to laugh it off as "downtown Barcelona." You can do better.

Bel appartement bien situé, bien équipé, propre. L'appartement est calme. Toutefois la chambre parentale est un peu petite et le rapport qualité/prix général est perfectible.
