Idéalement situé, à 15 minutes à Carlsbad Beach, Oceanside Beach, à 45 minutes du centre-ville de San Diego, 1 h à OC et Anaheim, 1. 5 heures à Los Angeles. Vista est connue pour son climat idéal toute l'année, ses journées ensoleillées, ses nuits fraîches, sa brise océanique et son atmosphère de petite ville rurale. Réveillez-vous au son des oiseaux qui chantent.

Cet appartement 1 chambre - maison d'hôtes - est une unité attachée avec entrée privée dans une maison de domaine privé de millions de dollars dans Vista dans un magnifique cadre de campagne tranquille. Notre famille vit dans la maison principale. Choisissez l'année mûrs oranges Valencia à droite de votre porte d'entrée. Nous partagerons avec vous la générosité de notre saison - oranges, avocats, pamplemousses, kakis, pêches ou pommes, selon la période de l'année. L'appartement dispose d'une grande chambre grande (12 'x 24') avec dîner en cuisine. Il y a une chambre séparée avec un lit King size et une salle de bains privative. Le canapé du salon est convertible à un lit de taille. Les draps sont fournis. Nous offrons la télévision directe avec HBO, Netflix et bien d’autres.

Il est livré avec une place de parking juste en face de la porte et se trouve sur un chemin privé. Il n'y a pas de laverie, mais il y a une laverie automatique à proximité. Près de parcs, courts de tennis, terrain de golf frisbee, épiceries (Albertsons, Von's. Northgate Mexican Market), magasins (Westfield North County, magasins d'usine Carlsbad Premium, San Marcos Plaza), cinémas, restaurants et accès facile aux autoroutes 78 et 15.

We had a very pleasant stay with Susan. The grounds are beautiful and the apartment was quiet, which I appreciate. It was very clean, up to my standards of clean, which is saying something! The small kitchen was well appointed with all the necessities. I was surprised how comfortable the bed was as I've stayed places with horrible beds. And the bathroom was large, with a bathtub! It seems bathtubs are not so easily found these days. I would definitely book again. As a matter of fact, I would have loved to have had more time there.

We are located only 15 minutes from downtown Vista, where there are numerous restaurants, movie theaters, shops and breweries. The drive takes around 15 minutes to reach Oceanside beaches, as well as 20 minutes to Carlsbad beach. We and most of our guests love the peace and quiet at our serene semi-rural property.

Thank you for your 5 star review. I know how much you enjoyed your stay in our Castlegate Guest Apartment. I only wish you had asked me about an outdoor space. We provide a lovely 2 person covered swing in the front garden, with a view of flowers, trees and the local hills. Next time you stay here, I'll be sure to point it out! It's listed in the Guest Handbook along with other information such as where are the grocery stores, what resaurants we recommend, tourist sights, etc. I hope to see you for your next stay in Vista!

A fantastic place!

This was such a quaint and peaceful place to stay. It was so quiet, too. The neighborhood was beautiful and a great place to take a walk if you wanted. It felt like we were far removed from the busyness of the city, but it was actually only minutes to everything.Susan was so welcoming and kind. The place was in immaculate condition. Susan's guest house is a wonderful place for a couple to stay. High ceilings enhance the spacious one bedroom unit and furnishings are delightful and comfortable. She provided oranges from her trees for fresh orange juice in the morning. Thank you!
