A lovely 420 sf studio unit in Oceanside situated 1 mile from oceanside pier (5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk ) and old downtown ambience .This terrific property offers a peaceful retreat for guests looking to relax and recharge. Offers 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed, it comfortably accommodates a small group or a couple seeking a romantic getaway. The studio is equipped with heating & Air conditioning, an iron, a washing machine, WiFi, and a hair dryer, a patio deck with a beautiful ocean view to unwind with your favorite cocktail ensuring a comfortable stay. Whether you're exploring the nearby beaches or enjoying the local attractions, this tremendous studio provides a cozy and inviting space to come back to. Units has its own entrance and courtyard patio, full kitchen with all the amenities . Unit offers up front street parking only . Studio is a non smoking unit as well .

What a lovely stay. The cottage itself is beautiful — spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and genuinely comfortable from the moment we walked in. The kitchen had everything we needed, the linens were soft and fresh, and the little touches (great coffee setup included!) made us feel completely at home. Our host was warm and responsive from start to finish, which made everything effortless. If you're considering this place, book it — you won't regret a thing. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Excellent stay! This space is very well laid out with high quality finishes. We were very comfortable here. Enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, pier and restaurants/shops. Walk was about 40 minutes, sidewalks and crosswalks the entire route. Would definitely recommend!

My daughter and I stayed for a weekend of soccer. The place was exactly what we needed. It was our own space. Kitchen was stocked well. My kiddo was excited to have some quick snacks in the pantry. I was grateful for the washer and dryer in-between games. It was a quick stay for us so the luggage racks were helpful vs. unpacking. I didn't know how to use the a/c but the owner was nice enough to walk me through it. Parking was right outside the gate. We had everything we needed. Location was perfect for us. 10min drive to the fields and 12mins to the beach. We are planning on coming next year for soccer again. This studio will be saved as a favorite for us.

We had a great week in Oceanside. The unit was clean, well stocked with everything we could need, organized and smelled clean. For not being a very big unit, it took care of us very well. We met the host who introduced himself, he lives on site, and was very friendly and informative. We would stay here again.

We loved this vrbo! Nice and clean, had access to a bbq, a lovely back yard with fire pits, a hot tub, bikes, paddleboards, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards. Eric was amazing and responded to any questions we had. We will definitely be back.

Eric is a fantastic host and checked multiple times during my stay to ensure all was well. The unit is clean, fresh and peaceful. AC worked great but not needed with the windows open during the cool Oceanside nights. In unit washer and dryer are super convenient. Upgraded walk-in shower (no tub to step into). Access to the upper deck has a view of the Pacific and great sunsets. All around great stay, easy and quick drive to the beach. Worked perfectly for my needs in Oceanside!

Cute, spacious studio with all the amenities to enjoy a stay close to all that Oceanside has to offer. Unit is east of the 5 freeway, very easy to find and secure. The view from the deck out back is amazing - to watch the sunset and the occasional sounds of freedom from Camp Pendleton were just the R & R we needed. We didn’t make it back to the studio after dinner to enjoy the hot tub, looking forward to trying it next visit.. The extensive movie collection & complimentary snacks were appreciated as well. Thank you to our host Eric for recommendations and quick response to any questions we had.

Birthday weekend stay

Clean and spacious studio with a cute beach vibe, felt very private and secure with the separate locked gate entry. The studio was well appointed and had every thing I needed. It was a quick drive to the beachfront. I would definitely stay here again.

Calm and Relaxing

Beautiful property. You can tell the owner put a lot of love into this property. Everything was accessible. I had the best experience. I'll definitely be back. We had an amazing time with great local restaurants.

Overall our stay was great!! The studio was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Communication with Eric was good. He was very quick to respond and helped us out by accommodating an early check in. Its clear he cares about his guests very much. Our only disappointment was that the listing said it was a 10min walk to the beach. However it is not. It's a 10min drive. We were very much hoping for something closer and walkable. We did ask Eric about this upon receiving the address after booking and chose to still come. Having beach gear available to use was big to us and he supplied everything you could need. We will definitely come back!

Intrusive property manager

The property is fine but the property manager was highly intrusive. He was not respectful of my privacy of my sleep schedule. I was on a work trip and would not arrive back to the unit until late in the evenings. I would return to sleep, and then leave in the morning. He wanted to know what my schedule was and what I was doing in town. He knocked on the door one morning waking me up and I asked him to leave but kept knocking and wanted to "check on the unit". He then proceeded to push by me into the unit. He also stood outside the window one morning looking in when I was trying to work on the computer. I asked him to leave as I but he just stood there and kept talking wanting to know what I did for work. It was a complete invasion of my privacy. I would not recommend this VRBO.

There is no response, the guest is a complete liar , he damaged walls ,brand new sofa and ruined premium towels . He departed leaving the unit completely filthy .i believe the parents booked for this individual becaus .he was under 21 and i have an age 21 or over requirement . I would never ret to this individual again As far as my property i take pride in offering an upscale living studio with all the amenities of home ,extremely clean for new guest arrivals , i offer a quiet living space that most will appreciate . This unit was completed in july and very fresh and new
