Dear Ms Davey, Thank you very much for your kind review. We are glad to hear that you appreciated the apartment’s full amenities and the support provided by your house manager Elizabeth, who, as you mentioned, was always ready to assist whenever needed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the hot water, which was immediately addressed and repaired. Regarding the temperature, we regret any discomfort caused; however, in Italy, for environmental protection reasons, we are legally required to provide a maximum temperature guideline depending on the season, and in your case, this was fully respected within the allowed limits. We hope we have addressed your concerns and apologize again for any inconvenience. Our aim is always to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our Guests, and we sincerely hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future. My kindest regards,

Thank you for your kind comments and for the useful remarks, that we will definitely check. We hope to see you again in Lucca and to be able to assist you for a perfect stay.
