Alors bienvenue au lancer de pierre!

Ceci est notre condo personnel et je fais toute la location et la communication moi-même. Nous sommes très fiers de faire en sorte que nos clients passent un séjour merveilleux et disposent de tout ce dont ils ont besoin, et plus encore! J'aime vraiment que tout soit bien fait pour que nos invités soient heureux. Il suffit d'apporter votre brosse à dents, tout le reste est fourni, y compris tous les draps et serviettes de plage.

"Stone's Throw" est une belle, étincelante propreté, thème tropical amusant, entièrement meublé et équipé, 2ème à la fin, Condo Penthouse calme avec des vues nord et ouest sur le golfe du Mexique.

Voulez-vous un accès Internet rapide et de jolis téléviseurs à écran plat, y compris dans la chambre? Tu l'as eu! Internet haute vitesse sans fil et téléviseur haute définition avec toutes vos chaînes préférées.

La plupart des condos n'ont pas de laveuse ni de sécheuse - nous en avons! Cela vous fera économiser 3 $. 50 par charge laver et sécher- beaucoup plus pratique aussi!

Ce condo est situé sur Gulf Island, un complexe de condo privé et privé pour les adultes adultes. Les gens ici sont sympathiques et apprécient la beauté de cet endroit où la nature et la sérénité abondent.

Regardez les couchers de soleil incroyables directement depuis le balcon privé presque toute l'année. Les dauphins, les lamantins, les balbuzards, les aigles sont des résidents réguliers et des visiteurs. Parcourez le sentier de la nature, détendez-vous sur la plage privée du lagon, jouez au tennis et au pickleball, fabuleux à la pêche depuis la digue et le pont du sentier de la nature. Vous avez oublié vos cannes à pêche? Pas de soucis! Nous en avons 2 et un attaquant!

Excellent terrain et voisinage pour les promenades du matin et du soir. Nagez dans la belle chauffage / refroidissement de taille olympique piscine extérieure. Vous voulez des options de remise en forme? Accès illimité gratuit au clubhouse avec centre de remise en forme inclus!

Salle de jeux, bibliothèque et salle de club proposant de nombreuses activités sociales.

D'autres commodités incluent votre propre espace de stationnement privé dans le garage sécurisé bien éclairé situé directement sous le bâtiment du condo et juste en face de 2 ascenseurs. Beaucoup de condos ont seulement un parking extérieur ou facturent un supplément pour une place de garage.

Courte promenade en vélo, en kayak ou en bateau vers plusieurs excellents restaurants directement sur le golfe. Tous les services de la région, les épiceries, etc., y compris l'hôpital et le quai pour votre bateau à moins de 5 minutes en voiture. Beaucoup de grands terrains de golf abordables à proximité aussi.

Moins d'une heure de route des aéroports de Tampa et Clearwater / St Pete.

Détendez-vous où la beauté et la sérénité abondent! Prenez cette seconde tasse de café sur votre balcon et appréciez les vues infinies sur le golfe du Mexique - (Oui, nous avons un Keurig et une cafetière ordinaire également). Faites-vous de nouveaux amis avec lesquels vous aurez plaisir à vous amuser d'année en année. Ou prenez cette escapade dont vous savez que vous avez eu besoin et que vous méritez.

Nous aurions beaucoup plus de critiques mais beaucoup de nos clients sont des Snowbirds qui reviennent chaque année, ainsi que des amis, des amis d'amis et de la famille. Nous restons ici aussi chaque fois que nous le pouvons et nous avons hâte de vous accueillir.

Our stay was Wonderful! The condo was spotless and very comfortable! The view was amazing - looking over the lagoon and the Gulf...very relaxing! The King bed was very comfortable and the reclining sofa and love seat were wonderful! The host was very accommodating and accessible - never waiting for a response to any of our questions. If you can...we would recommend you book this unit - you will NOT be disappointed!

Mini Vacation and Family Visit

We visit the area on a yearly basis. Stone's Throw was a nice home-base while visiting family and just plain relaxing. This trip we met some very nice people. Nancy was a wonderful host and we highly recommend this property.

Very Nice

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Nice inside with special extra touches that made it particularly pleasant. A million dollar view of the Gulf of Mexico. We also met several residents of the condo complex and they added to our enjoyment. Plenty of parking and nearby access to shops and stores for various items. Nancy & Fred made the whole process easy.

Million Dollar View

The View from Stone’s Throw is amazing and you will see Dolphins and Manatees and the occasional Osprey! The condo is perfect for two people.We stayed for a month and it was fine. The owner Nancy is awesome to work with . It is close to some very nice parks in New Port Richey and lots of good restaurants too. The nature trail on the property makes for a nice walk and the condo grounds are kept immaculate. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the bath and bed linens. Our time at Stone’s Throw was very relaxing and a nice break from the cold in Massachusetts!

Relaxing Getaway

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Stone’s Throw. Nancy and Fred proactively communicated with me throughout the whole process, which essentially made the stay effortless. They even had a birthday card waiting for me upon check in. The sunsets from their 8th floor unit were incredible. I really enjoyed the nature trail, it was a unique feature. I used it to workout each morning. The fitness center is nice as well and the game room had a lot more options than I expected - air hockey, ping pong, pool, etc. I enjoyed drinking my coffee on the balcony each morning and watching the baby dolphins feed in the lagoon. The pool was really nice and not crowded at all. Grocery stores and great restaurants are close by, but I enjoyed the property so much I didn’t want to leave. I can’t wait to return.

Great stay

There were just two of us staying in the condo and it was exactly as advertised. Clean, with everything in full working order. Lots of extras in that there was everything you would need if you never wanted to leave the building at all. Great views of sunsets. Overlooks the pool so you can people watch from the 8th floor balcony. Bed is comfortable and there is more than enough towels and pool towels, waste bags, washing up liquid, soap, wash liquid etc etc. really everything you need and that's not the case in all the rentals we've had over the years. The pool is open from 9am to 10 pm weekdays and 11 pm Friday and Saturday and is beautifully clean and comfortably warm to swim in. Lots of sun beds and umbrellas for shade. Gardens and small beach area all beautifully kept. In garage parking space to car not too hot until air con kicks in. Mixture of residential and properties to let on site. People we passed were all friendly and lots of opportunity to meet people by the pool. The clubhouse was quiet while we were here other than its use for two weddings at the weekend. One was outside on the patio so there was loud music until 10.15pm. Happy noise though so no problem. No internet access in the condo so had to go over to the clubhouse, which we knew before we booked so no complaint re this. Clubhouse closes at around 10 pm for security to lock up, full details of time shown on access doors. Place would be totally perfect if it had Internet in condo but if this isn't an issue for you then it's already perfect. Nancy did all she could to make our stay great and was readily contactable if needed. Can't fault this condo or Nancy as a host. Would definitely stay here again. The guest book in the condo shows others who have stayed here feel the same.

Hunker Down in Hudson

We wanted to find a place to relax for a week that had beautiful water views. Stone’s Throw fit the bill perfectly. It was comfortable and the view from the balcony was spectacular. While the beach at the property was not great, the nature trail around the cove just outside our building was amazing. We saw dolphins every day and several manatees. I never tired of the daily sunsets. The unit was the best stocked of any VRBO we have visited and communication With the owner was extremely easy. We would definitely stay at this location again.

We enjoyed our stay!

The facilities were very nice, the view was excellent, the room provided us with what we needed (including underground parking place, laundry in our condo, quiet location, king-sized bed, small efficient kitchen and all the amenities needed). The pool is a saltwater, heated one overlooking the lagoon and Gulf of Mexico. Loved it!

Great Condo!!

We completely enjoyed our stay at Stones Throw! The unit is roomy and very comfortable. A/C worked very well, made for great sleeping, every night. We found it very quiet here, there is literally no traffic noise as it is well off any main streets. The view from the balcony is amazing, although because of the time of the year (December) we could not see sunsets. We were, however , able to see a bit of it from the entrance side of the unit. It is probably visible from the balcony at other times of the year. We saw daulphins from the balcony several times and also close up when we walked on the nature trail there. Of all VRBOs we have stayed at, this is the best stocked one we have ever seen! There is absolutely everything you will need to get started on your vacation there! We hope to return someday soon. Thanks to Nancy for answering all our little questions and offering us great advice!!!!!!!

Great location, Great view. Nothing was needed. Everything was supplied, even glasses in the freezer and something to put in them. This is an ideal get away location. First class accomidations and the words are true: location, location, location.

Getting around the area was very easy as highway 19 was designed with the motorest in mind. Really enjoyed the Tarpon Springs area. Definitely would recommend.

Stone's Throw

My sister & I stayed June 25-July 2, 2016. Paradise on earth. The owners think of EVERYTHING! Perfection. Spotless, too! As therapeutic as being on a Caribbean island & more affordable. Why did I enjoy it even more than over Thanksgiving, 2015? Because I had 3 more days of luxury! Great restaurants. Check out nearby Sun West Park. A great way to experience the West Coast of Florida. Eager to be a repeat customer this June. Don't miss it. Book early. The weeks fill up wicked fast.

Everything you could want and then some

We stayed at Stone's Throw for two weeks over Christmas 2015/New Year's 2016. The weather was beautiful and the accommodations were top knots! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We were close to many nice restaurants and bars and the best fish market was at the end of the road! The condo grounds were clean and the area around them peaceful. We even saw a dolphin in the lagoon in front! We met a few neighbors and they told us all about the condos and the area. We took advantage of the bicycles and the nearby beach. Nancy was so accommodating and gracious. We have been thinking about purchasing one of the condos for our retirement. I recommend Stone's Throw without hesitation.

Very Nice

Beautiful views from the unit. Enjoyed watching the dolphins feed on schools of fish in the lagoon. The unit is well equipped with everything one would need and the owners were a pleasure to work with. A nice leisurely walk around the entire complex can take an hour or so provided you don't run into all of the friendly people there. Then 1 hour turned into 2. There are some great restaurants in the area as well.

Birthday Weekend Celebration

I took my sister away for her birthday to this wonderful condo. The dwelling was spotless and fully equipped. The owners anticipated our every need from the kitchen fully stocked to the extra beach towels. The area is quiet and very peaceful with a beach within walking distance. Restaurants nearby as well as shopping . We saw a dolphin on our first morning and a bald eagle on the roof, there is so much to just watch very relaxing .There was a breathtaking view from the front door and the balcony I couldn't decide which to gaze at! Thanks Nancy for your hospitality . This place is amazing!!

PERFECTION INSIDE & OUT!

"Stone's Throw" is a 1/1, sleeps 4, condo at Gulf Island Beach & Tennis Club. Mum & I stayed 4 1/2 days over Thanksgiving 2015. Paradise! Spotless! Gorgeous decor. Ultra-quiet. This young couple thought of EVERYTHING! All the comforts of home at your fingertips. Panoramic view of the Gulf & Lagoon from a delightful balcony, which is frequently visited by a pair of osprey. It is enjoyable any & all times of the day. We didn't see manatees or dolphins in the lagoon this trip, but there was an incredible rainbow--without rain! The most mallards we saw at one time was 25! Don't miss the nature trail. Hudson is small enough & easy to find your way around with great eateries, but Spring Hill is just north if you want a bigger town. We have already booked 6/25 -> 7/2/16. Make reservations fast or you'll lose the opportunity! Thank you, owners!

FABULOUS & BREATHTAKING!

I spent a glorious weekend at "Stone's Throw".... just ME! I needed this time to get away by myself, and to reflect. This was the perfect place. As a single female, I felt 100% safe.... the security at the gate was friendly - and greeted me with, "Oh, you're the one we're waiting on! Nancy said you were coming!"... the parking garage is clean, well lit...and the entire building is well lit and clean. The unit itself looks exactly like the posted pictures! CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! The fresh sheets on the bed smelled like fresh ocean breezes... the kitchen and bathroom sparkled! It was such a joy to sit on the balcony with my coffee in the morning.... and then to sit by the lagoon or walk the nature trail. It was the perfect get away, and I treasured this time to reflect. I have already booked another long weekend in September, and I'm thinking about booking the holidays as well. A peaceful, beautiful retreat.

We are SO happy you had such a wonderful stay. And you are so right- the peace of mind that our guests have knowing they are on a secure island oasis is priceless. Next time you come, the weather may be cool enough to sleep with your penthouse balcony doors wide open to enjoy the gulf breeze!

We fell in love with Gulf Island Beach and Tennis Club while visiting the area during the summer of 2014. We rented a different condo here over Thanksgiving 2014 and were lucky enough to find this one. We have been loving it and loving sharing it with others ever since.
