We had another wonderful stay with our kids and parents. The place is cozy and perfectly located. It was so convenient for us to meet up with local friends and family. The host was responsive and very helpful. We look forward to returning next year!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Getaway

In town gem

This is the perfect location in town. You can walk from the ferry, to all the bars/restaurants and Jetties beach! Very clean, spacious and the hosts were very accommodating! Would definitely stay there again!

You can’t beat this location! Apartment was beautiful- had everything we needed for our 3 generation family vacation. Communication with the property manager and the other staff at the store downstairs was perfect.

What a beautiful apartment! We absolutely loved our stay. Great communication, PERFECT location, beautiful space. We loved being able to pop across the street for coffee in the mornings, or go for a quiet walk around town before the ferry comes in. Patricia and her team are so easy to work with, and so kind! We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at C Breeze! The location was amazing. There was plenty of room for myself, husband, two eleven year olds and my mother. We didn’t need a car and easily met-up with our island family for shopping, coffee and meals. The property manager was extremely responsive. We already booked again for next year!

Holiday Stroll

This is the absolute best place to stay for Stroll weekend, our group of 4 - 6 has stayed there 2 times now and it is so much fun! The location makes it super easy to get to all events and resturants and it also gives those who might not want to partake in all events the option to "hang at home" for a few hours. This year, sadly for the businesses there was a big black out, we were very happy to have our own kitchen and bar ! ( our lights were on but most resturants and bars were closed ) Highly recommend

Family Wedding

Our visit to Nantucket was from Thursday to Monday. We were delayed at the airport and arrived late Thursday to find Kathleen, our very accommodating contact, waiting with a smile. The place is beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect for our needs. If you get an opportunity to visit Nantucket this is a place I would recommend for a wonderful trip.

Girls trip

4 gals from Cincinnati enjoyed a lovely 3 day trip to visit Nantucket. The apartment was FABULOUS! It was centrally located in town, with easy access to the entire island. The apartment had all the necessary amenities. The coastal decor was darling and cozy! Kathy was a kind and attentive manager! it was a perfect visit. We will definitely be back for another visit!

Owner a nightmare to deal with

Our stay was fine. However, after we left the owner sent us a scathing email because we hadn’t washed the sheets and because the TV was unplugged. She proceeded to send us pictures of the laundry which we had placed in a neat pile, and 3 unopened sodas in the refrigerator. We had paid for 5 hours of cleaning and this was nowhere near 5 hours of cleaning. Despite this, she did not refund any of our security deposit. She stated this was primarily because the tv was broken. Now mind you, we are talking about 24 inch old tv (still has vhs) here and even if it had broken, you could argue we had done her a favor. The point remains though that tv was in perfect condition and left as found and Patricia still took our entire security deposit. Keep this in mind when renting from this individual.

Sadly I did not know I rented to a group of young men that treated C-Breeze as a party house. My fault. Leaving C-Breeze filthy with dirty laundry, garbage, left over food, moved furniture, dirty bathrooms, and open beer cans everywhere....not right. Along with disconnecting the TV leaving me to believe it was broken.

Perfect Main Street Location

We really enjoyed C-Breeze for Stroll weekend and would stay here again for stroll or even a summer visit! Patricia was very communicative before our visit and Kathie was the perfect host on Island. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. Thank you for having us.

Ideal Location

Stayed here with my wife and 2 other couples for a wedding. Location was perfect right in the middle of town, walking distance to the ferry and all weekend events. The property manager Kathie was very accommodating and always responded immediately to our questions and requests. Will certainly stay here again if we make it back to the island.
