Il y a du parquet dans tout l'appartement. Ici peut laisser 5 personnes confortables.
Il y a un salon lumineux avec une table Ă©lĂ©gante avec des chaises, un canapĂ©-lit double et un canapĂ©-lit simple trĂšs confortable et Ă©lĂ©gant, un grand tĂ©lĂ©viseur HD et une climatisation efficace; dans la chambre il y a un nouveau lit double, un grand placard et une grande fenĂȘtre.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was fantastic—close to all the major sights but still in a real, local neighborhood. The place was clean and comfortable, and I slept well. Breakfast on the balcony was a highlight, and the owners were incredibly kind and helpful. A great spot for exploring Rome!

Perfect location if the Coliseum is your main attraction. Also very close to many other great sites and the train station and metro. Great communication from the host. Great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops.

Great location, easy to get to. One stop away from Roma Termini on the Metro A line and an easy walk down Via Machiavelli. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés and mercatos nearby. The flat is comfortable and has all the essentials, the host was friendly and outgoing. Enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Rome.

The check in process was difficult and confusing. There were no toiletries such as body wash or shampoo and there was less than a full roll of toilet paper. It would be great to have instructions for how to use the washing machine and how/where to dry clothes. A coffee table in front of the couch would also make that space more comfortable. The pillows were not comfortable and the bath towels were rough.

The accommodation was perfect. In a great location with lovely restaurants nearby. The host Dany was super helpful and patient. Loved the corner balcony.

This place was great for our stay. It is a little far from the city center so be prepared to take transportation or to pay for taxis. It’s close to the colosseum but we spent a good amount on transportation to other city spots. However I can’t stress this enough this place feels local the neighborhood had a lot of cute spots we would not have found otherwise. We highly recommend the wine bar/ cafe on the corner they were so helpful! Water is a little hot and cold in the shower and be prepared to buy laundry detergent as there was none there for the washer.

Ideal home base for exploring Ancient Rome

Just a few minute walk directly to the Colosseum. Location couldn’t have been much better. Traveling with my kids and this was a great property to stage our Rome adventures out of. We spent our time in the old part of Rome near the Colosseum and forum but given the metro stations nearby can easily explore anywhere in the city. The property has all the essentials. Great to have a room for me and also beds for each of the three kids. And enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night as things were winding down for the day.

First time in Rome

It’s a good location, not too far from the Train station. There’s metro right there as well. Seemed like every time I mapped a walk it was 7-10 minutes. Just fine for us. Hope we can come back someday.

Wonderful host & great place

Terrific stay in a vibrant Rome neighborhood. Our first trip to Rome and Daniela was super helpful even to the point of helping us with logistics like directions and transportation. Great location that allowed us to walk to most of our tours and also great dining options with a responsive and accommodating host. We hope to stay again

All major bus, underground and tourist bus routes are off the door. 5 minutes of walks from Domus Aurea, between the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and St. john in Lateran. . At 900 mt there is the principal train station 'Termini' (where arrive and leave the train from/to international airport of Fiumicino). At 100 mt there is the subway stop "Vittorio Emanuele". Here you can find everything, bus, taxis, restaurants, pubs, bar, pizzeria, ice cream parlour, theatres and cinemas.
