Une retraite insulaire rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e! Ici, vous trouverez toute la tranquillitĂ© et le luxe que vous dĂ©sirez. Tout nouveau, Ă  l'intĂ©rieur comme Ă  l'extĂ©rieur! Sugar Reef est un duplex, donc les deux unitĂ©s peuvent ĂȘtre louĂ©es pour un groupe plus important. Voir liste # 684977 pour le RÉCIF SUCRE "A". Chaque unitĂ© peut accueillir 4 personnes. Avec des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s et un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert, l'unitĂ© a une ambiance de plage ouverte.

Vous apprécierez la commodité de marcher à seulement deux pùtés de maisons pour un accÚs direct au golfe du Mexique! Vous aurez également un accÚs rapide à la baie, au parc riverain, au lancement de kayak et à l'aire de jeux pour enfants.

Sugar Reef est situé au centre de l'ßle Anna Maria, entre Manatee Avenue et Cortez Road pour un accÚs facile sur et hors de l'ßle. Vous pouvez facilement monter sur le chariot GRATUIT pour parcourir toute la longueur de l'ßle. A 20 minutes en voiture en voiture de St. Armands Circle. Situé à distance de marche de nombreux Bridge Street historique et de nombreux restaurants et magasins.

We were surprised to see how stocked the house was on amenities that someone may forget. Also there were many beach accessories available for all ages if traveling with children.

3 adults stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect. It was large enough (2 twins in 1 bedroom, a king in another), clean, had a washer/dryer, a car port, an outdoor shower, and took a few minutes to walk to the beach or trolley stop.

Perfect location!

Location could not be beat. We lived walking a block either way to see sunrise or get to the beach. Laura was a pleasure to work with, and the home is clean, well stocked, and perfect. We would love to return!

My friend and I truly enjoyed this place. A bock to the gulf one way and a block to the Bay the other way. Was extremely clean and furnished with everything we needed. Very safe area.

This place is a gem!!! Very short walk to the beach. Had all the amenities needed for the beach: chairs, wagon, umbrella, sand toys, etc! They had the most comfortable beds! Decorated cute with everything you need for the kitchen!! I would highly recommend this place and location!!!

When we found this property we knew it was in the perfect location! It's a great neighborhood and so close to the beach. It's super close to grocery, pharmacy, beachy shops and restaurants. Our purpose was to create a comfortable, well stocked beach home where you can litterally arrive and relax.

Sugar Reef is located centrally on Anna Maria Island, between Manatee Avenue and Cortez Road for easy access on and off the island. You can easily hop on the FREE trolley to ride the full length of the island. A 20 minute drive by car to St. Armands Circle. Located within walking distance to historical Bridge Street and many restaurants and shops.
