Une retraite insulaire récemment rénovée! Ici, vous trouverez toute la tranquillité et le luxe que vous désirez. Tout nouveau, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur! Sugar Reef est un duplex, donc les deux unités peuvent être louées pour un groupe plus important. Voir liste # 684977 pour le RÉCIF SUCRE "A". Chaque unité peut accueillir 4 personnes. Avec des plafonds voûtés et un plan d'étage ouvert, l'unité a une ambiance de plage ouverte.

Vous apprécierez la commodité de marcher à seulement deux pâtés de maisons pour un accès direct au golfe du Mexique! Vous aurez également un accès rapide à la baie, au parc riverain, au lancement de kayak et à l'aire de jeux pour enfants.

EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT!
Sugar Reef est situé au centre de l'île Anna Maria, entre Manatee Avenue et Cortez Road pour un accès facile sur et hors de l'île. Vous pouvez facilement monter sur le chariot GRATUIT pour parcourir toute la longueur de l'île. A 20 minutes en voiture en voiture de St. Armands Circle. Situé à distance de marche de nombreux Bridge Street historique et de nombreux restaurants et magasins.

Easy walk to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Only issue was with the wireless network that didn’t work while we were there. Hopefully, this can be corrected quickly so others won’t have a problem.

Thank for your review. As we communicated while you were there and afterwards, Spectrum came out to find the neighborhood upgrade they recently did was slowing the system down considerably due to wiring connections that were no longer compatible. All has been replaced and the system is faster than it has ever been. I know this did not help the issue while you were there and I truly appreciated your patience. I want to assure future quests that this issue has been resolved.

Everything was amazing, start to finish. Immaculate and comfortable! Great location, a quick 5 minute walk to the Gulf! Communication with our host was top notch. There was everything I needed for the month of February.. I will definitely be back!

3 adults stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect. It was large enough (2 twins in 1 bedroom, a king in another), clean, had a washer/dryer, a car port, an outdoor shower, and took a few minutes to walk to the beach or trolley stop.

When we found this property we knew it was in the perfect location! It's a great neighborhood and so close to the beach. It's super close to grocery, pharmacy, beachy shops and restaurants. Our purpose was to create a comfortable, well stocked beach home where you can litterally arrive and relax.

Sugar Reef is located centrally on Anna Maria Island, between Manatee Avenue and Cortez Road for easy access on and off the island. You can easily hop on the FREE trolley to ride the full length of the island. A 20 minute drive by car to St. Armands Circle. Located within walking distance to historical Bridge Street and many restaurants and shops.
