Maison de plage rénovée située directement sur le lac Michigan

Rénovée en 2013, cette charmante maison de plage est l'escapade parfaite pour tous. Situé directement sur le lac Michigan, vous êtes à quelques pas de la dune de sable de la magnifique plage de Sheridan!

La maison comprend de nouveaux planchers de bois franc au niveau principal, une cuisine rénovée avec des comptoirs en granit et une barre de petit-déjeuner, des appareils en acier inoxydable et tous les meubles de cuisine. Salles de bains rénovées. Au niveau principal, il y a 2 lits / 1 salle de bain, salle à manger, salon, véranda et cuisine. Le niveau supérieur dispose de 3 lits / 1 salle de bain. Il y a une salle de bain complète supplémentaire et laveuse / sécheuse au niveau inférieur. Immense terrasse avec mobilier de jardin / barbecue à gaz surplombe le lac et les couchers de soleil incroyables. Parking pour 4 voitures dans l'allée.

Les attractions à proximité incluent l'Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore avec randonnée, natation, équitation, pique-nique et pêche, centre commercial Lighthouse, musées, golf miniature intérieur et extérieur, de nombreux terrains de golf, Washington Park Zoo, courts de tennis, fermes fruitières, parc aquatique extérieur, Blue Chip Casino, le nouveau casino Four Winds. Les restaurants sont nombreux, y compris la gastronomie et les repas en famille.

S'il vous plaît pas de fêtes ou d'événements. Ce n'est certainement pas une maison de fête! Nous aimons notre maison et voulons la garder en bon état, nous avons donc un maximum de 10 personnes.

** S'il vous plaît noter: Il n'y a pas d'animaux autorisés sur la propriété, cependant, nous avons un golden retriever familial qui passe du temps dans cette maison. Great Family Experience

This house was wonderful for 3 generations of family from teenagers to grandparents. Great private beach with easy access. Super accessible location. Easy travel to Michigan City restaurants and New Buffalo. Very nice house with great beach vibe and lots of sleeping space/bedrooms.

Wonderful vacation! My daughter, her husband and their two children, ages 2 and 4, had a wonderful time at this house. It is completely outfitted with many toys for the kids and great family space. The deck is huge and is perfect for sunsets. The home is very up to date, spacious and has a well stocked kitchen. The path to the lake is such a luxury! The beach is uncrowded on this stretch of sand. It was a fun and relaxing time and we've already booked for 2026!!

Best Family Vacation!

This was a perfect summer home! This house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our cooking needs. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of towels. The deck overlooking the dune and the lake were my favorite part. The evening sunsets were so picturesque. We will definitely be back!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful experience renting from Susan. We had 7 adults, a 5 year old, a 2 year old and a 1 year old. We had cribs, a pack and play, a high chair and all kinds of toys for our little ones. The house was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the sunsets from the deck and the beach was just a minute walk from the back deck. The kitchen was generously furnished with everything you needed. We had a the best time and hope we can stay again in the future. Thanks for sharing this lovely home with us!!

Location Location Location

Not many places one can walk the beaches of South West Lake Michigan, this home is the perfect location for those walk longs on the beach. The home is adorably decorated, nothing more one could ask for to ensure a lovely beachside vacation. Highly recommend. We dined at Farina's Supper Club , Church Brewery, and Greenbush Brewery which also exceeded our expectations.

We had a great stay at this property. It had everything we needed and then some bonus things like baby high chair and toys for the kids! It was nice not to have to bring beach towels either! The beach was excellent as well. Kitchen had plenty of utensils/pots/pans to make it easy to cook in.

Great location

Cute little house that is well appointed for guests of all ages. Hope to stay again next year! We had a slight hiccup at check in that was resolved really quickly so we were really pleased with the responsiveness of the manager/owner.

Great Family Beach House

This was our second year staying at Susan’s beautiful beach house and it was just as wonderful as last year. My little grandkids are already asking to go back! The path to the beach is right out the back door and the beautiful sunsets can be seen from the deck. Thank you Susan! Lori

Great vacation, great house!

Had a wonderful vacation! The house is great. Comfortable, bright, cheery, right on the beach, clean. The kitchen is well-appointed, has everything you would need plus updated appliances. The bathrooms were clean and nice, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Lots of towels for bath and beach. Beautiful deck for watching the incredible sunsets. Really have no complaints. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back!

2021 Family Vacation

Great beach vibes and children loved all board games provided. Not from this state so not as familiar with water currents. Would of loved a outdoor fire pit to roast marshmallows which was not allowed here. Still great time!

It's like being at the ocean. Charming, clean, and comfortable!

This property is charming, clean, and well stocked. The walk to the beach is short and the beach does not disappoint. The sand is clean and the water is clear, it is like being oceanside. There were beach chairs and coolers and games to use during our stay which was wonderful. The bedding it extremely comfortable and all the linens are very nice. The kitchen is functional, stylish, clean, and stocked well with all the items you would need to cook. The owners were easy to communicate with and responsive to our inquiries both before and during our stay. The view is one that would never get old, I hope to come back with friends and family again someday.

Great vacation home

This beach house is absolutely beautiful and on a direct path to the beach. Lake view from the deck is awesome with gorgeous sunsets! Owner was super quick and kind with responses to our inquiries and very informative about the area. We made many memories here and the grandkids are already asking to go back! Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful property with a nice location. Lovely, uncrowded beach a short walk out the back door and over the dune. Beautiful views from the deck. Cozy and comfortable living space. Small, but perfect, kitchen with a huge dining room table for meals or 6 perfect spots at the deck table. Perfect for few or many.

Wonderful family vacation!

This home was perfect for our family vacation! Susan even provided a pack and play and high chair for my 18 month grand baby! Everything you could have possibly needed was provided... I was so surprised to see shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. We all had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beach home! It’s just what our family needed during these crazy times! Thank you!

Beautiful spot

We loved our stay at the beach house. The beach and water were just steps away. The house was super clean and charming. We had one issue with the TV and the manager promptly responded and got it fixed. We spent a lot of time on the deck reading in the early mornings and cooking out on the grill in the evenings enjoying the sunset over the water. Thanks so much for opening your home!

ALL THE AMENITIES

This property was just the right size for our family of eight. The trek to the beach was a bit longer than I imagined, but very doable even carrying "stuff". Washing all the towels before checkout was a bit challenging and I'm happy that we didn't have to wash the sheets also. The kitchen was a bit "snug", but had all the appliances needed. The soap, detergent, shampoo and conditioners, toilet paper, etc. lasted us all week. And the beach toys were a bonus. Overall, a good time was had by all.

Wonderful Home and Location

This is a lovely home and was perfect for our recent family vacation. We wanted a beachy vacation without the long drive to the ocean. And that’s what we got! The kids enjoyed the sand and water while the adults enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning and the gorgeous sunsets in the evenings. The beach was quiet and we had it mostly to ourselves the entire week. Also, a great location that is close to parks and restaurants. The home is well decorated, has a great floor plan for a large family, and best of all has a direct path right over a sand dune to the beach. The house was well appointed; you really only need to bring personal effects as everything you could need is stocked and ready. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it if you are looking for a great place to vacation on the lake.

Beautiful lakehouse with stunning, postcard views!

This lake house was a dream! The pictures do not do it justice! It was perfect for our two families with small kids (five kids 6 and under). The beach was uncrowded, everything we needed was in the house, the sunsets were unbelievable! We hope to rent here again!

Special & great stay at this beach house

Our group which included my family of 4 and some extended family had a wonderful time at this house. The owner, Susan, was extremely flexible for us and responsive to our many questions. The house itself was endearing, with everything we could need down to the pool floaties and sand toys. The location, a short walk to the beach couldn't be beat, nor could watching the sun set from the deck. Overall a wonderful time at a great house in a great location!
