Emplacement exceptionnel!!

Nous avons séjourné 9 jours pour nos vacances familiales et nous avons adoré! Le logement est propre, il ne manque de rien et son emplacement prÚs de la baie, du parc, de la plage et du boardwalk exceptionnel! Maria est trÚs accommodante et disponible.

Condo was clean and location was perfect. Right by the bay! Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked... just bring your groceries. Great space for family time. Enjoyed drinking my morning coffee out on the balcony looking over the bay. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Everything was fine except the mattresses. All 4 of us were very uncomfortable because the mattresses provided no support, they sunk in and we weren't sure if they were just too soft or too old or both. The pillow topper didn't help.

Great location and host was wonderful!

Stayed for 8 days and hade a great trip! The location is really nice right by the bay and walking distance to the ocean side.

Beach walk!

Great place a super short walk from Mission Bay or the ocean. Host was amazing and even snuck in a few holiday decorations for my kids!

Great location, amazing host but a little old property

It was a great stay. Maria was really nice and cooperative. She let us check out a little late. The condo is well equipped with everything. Bayview is really nice and the park is great for family with small kids. The property is very old and you can feel that but very secured and well maintained

Best Experience

The host for this property was exceptional! EVERYTHING you could possibly think of was made accessible so you didn’t need to worry about extra towels or even laundry detergent when you needed to wash. There were even spices for cooking and extra blankets if you had a little one that fell asleep on the couch. There was a list of recommended restaurants and this is just a small portion of why this place was so awesome! The beach being footsteps away and the patio overseeing the beach was amazing! My family and I would definitely recommend and book again. Also, I gave 4 stars on cleanliness instead of 5 due to the carpet in the master bedroom. It seems that overtime the path from the entrance to the master bedroom and bathroom within it has been walked on with wet soles, maybe more than it should be which has caused some wear but nothing that should stop you from enjoying this lovely place!

Clean and Close to Beach

The condo was clean, had everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. We especially loved the beach park within walking distance and the local attractions, Seaworld and Belmont Park only a few minutes away.

Perfect spot

Roomy apartment, right on the bay, and a short walk to Pacific Beach and shops / restaurants. Simple access to downtown by bus / trolley, or a short Uber. The apartment was clean with everything you could need, and the pool was nice to cool down. We loved it here.

Awesome place to stay!

Great location, patio overlooking a vibrant park and Mission Bay. Close to Mission Beach, Belmont Park and Sea World. Nice sandy beach with playground equipment and calm waters. Great place for kids. We had an incredible trip!

Fanuel Park

Great stay overall. The unit is right beside the Mission bay. Pacific beach, grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies etc all within 10 min walk. The unit is a nice size with a large kitchen. A little older but priced accordingly, offering good value. Perfect for a family getaway! Excellent communication with the host aswell.

It was great, thank you. Great location and a good size place for the family. Water pressure in the main bathroom was weak, and the fan in the smaller room was very loud. Master bath the shower was great but stuck in shower mode (wasn’t sure if that was on purpose) and it was no. Big deal. The air unit in the master bedroom was making a grinding noise at times. Turned it off for a few hours and turned it back on and it was fine.

The location this unit is ideal – right on the bay and walking distance to many amenities. The unit itself is adequate. Sparsely equipped kitchen, pretty old and dingy carpeting. But beds were comfortable and it has all the basics. Great communication with property manager.

Great location view of the bay

Great 2 bedroom.2 bath condo with outdoor balcony to look at the park and the bay ....excellent location. Clean and easy....living room furniture for lots of us to sit and enjoy. Lots of space in the kitchen and great to have extra chairs for eating at the cute table or eat up bar. !!! We enjoyed the memorable family time. We will come back again.

Great Family Condo in SD

Place was clean and great location. Short walk to park and walking paths. Short drive to Pacific and Ocean Beach. Property Management is responsive and friendly. And place is well stocked. Would recommend staying.

wonderful location

This is the first time we stayed on this part of the Mission Bay. The park across the street was a real treat - a toy filled playground for kids that provided many smiles. Sprouts market was a walkable 6 or so blocks away. And, of course, the bay was right there for walks as well.

Nice unit in a great area

Family of four with two young kids. This unit was prefect for us. The area is great. Close to the beach and walking distance to many great spots. The unit was clean and stocked with the essentials. Would definitely recommend.

I remodeled the condo but had to move out when our 3rd born was about to join our family. Love this location and want to share it with all of you. We live a mile from the condo and are around if you have any questions or needs.
